I used to go to this laundromat before with the previous owner and it was a mess!! NOW is great I love it ! The new washers and dryers leave your clothes very clean. I love the fact I don’t have to carry a bunch of coins anymore the card makes things easy. I think I saw the owner or the manager I’m not sure but he was very helpful in every way. His friendliness is above and beyond. Thank you so much. God bless this place.

This business is above and beyond for a laundry mat! The owner, Tony is very pleasant and helpful to all. He assisted customers to include myself with using the card machine, washers / dryers, helping fold large items such as comforters and assisted many with taking their items to their vehicles. I will be returning and HIGHLY recommend!! Clean and reasonably priced!

I have had a great experience here. The facility is very clean and the customer service is exceptional. Their wash and fold service is affordable and timely. Tony is accommodating with pick up times to fit my schedule and I even get a text when my clothes are ready. Tony meets me at the door and helps me bring my clothes in. Clothes are clean and fresh as expected, but Tony’s personal service sets this place apart from others I have used. Tony’s friendliness and helpfulness makes all the difference. The lady working in the afternoon is very nice as well. Credit cards are accepted. I will keep coming back!

The location is clean and comfortable with both WiFi and air conditioning. The owner is on site, very pleasant with a good sense of humor, and quick to assist patrons with their laundry.

I loved this place. The machine los are really big and I got to wash my bed covers really good. Also the staff is really helpful and friendly. I am definitely coming back!!

Our washing machine broke and this place was our savior. Super clean, efficient and all the machines and dryers worked great! 8 loads of laundry and we were done is less than 2 hours. The laundry card is the best option, made everything quick and didnt have to lug around quarters! all the machines take debit!

As a resident of Dale City for 22 years, I am so impressed by the owner who upgraded EVERYTHING for our convenience! The previous owners would open the place, leave with no notification of the broken machines so you would waste a lot of money. The new owner has put in all new machines and when I pulled up, he met me with a cart and put my clothes in it so I did not have to lift a thing! He is here available and helpful! I would encourage anyone local to do their laundry at this establishment! It’s clean, you don’t need change for the machines, you can use your card. My dryer went out last week and I am so grateful that I could come here and dry 3 loads of laundry in one dryer for $1.50! I don’t know if I want adryer at home anymore lol!

We had a comforter that would not fit in our washer. I looked at dry cleaning and thought it would be faster to wash. The owner of the laundry mat was there and was amazing - helped me through all of my ‘newbie’ questions. 23 minutes later my comforter has never been cleaner. The dryer was quick too. The place is clean and feels safe.While I was there a large family came in - they filled up 6 washers and talked about his much time they save.... I never thought about doing all of your laundry at once....

I frequent this place quite often, about twice a week for my business and the owner and staff are super nice and friendly but lately I’ve noticed more people not wearing a mask. I’ve seen it last time and tonight and they’re not being told to wear a mask so I don’t feel comfortable going inside to grab my stuff while waiting in my car. Besides that, this place is clean and they’re all super helpful!

Terrible I always go there but not after tonight. Lady walk up to my car at 9pm telling me they are closed clearly they close at 10 and all I had was one blanket to dry that would take 20 minutes. The guy thats works there is much nicer and respectful.

M&C laundromat is extremely clean and safe, the customer service is top notch. The owner is present during the morning hours, he is so helpful and polite. I have also seen other employees here too and they also helpful and always cleaning. The machines are newer models, very efficient, and there is a variety of prices and sizes of machines to use. You can use quarters or put money on a laundry card.

This place is very clean and equip with a new machine. Tip of it, very good service with smile. I plan to come here for my big blankets and etc. and their price is very very nice! You have to come and see yourself! You can uses credit card! Simple is that.

Decided to clean my linens instead of taking them to my usual dry cleaners and WOW. I picked this location because of the reviews and candidly, have only had very old 90s expectations of the laundromat but they blew my mind. First of all, I was kindly greeted at the door, helped with my bags and then assisted with the machines (Im clueless). Im so impressed with the kindness, friendliness, helpfulness and CLEANLINESS that I may just do laundry day here instead of a weekends worth of work at my own house. (haha) Sincerely the best location, I will absolutely be back, even if only for my really big loads. Kudos for the free wifi also, extremely helpful as I have work calls to make while I wait.

Due to technical difficulty with my home washing machine I was forced this morning to go to a public facility. Due to recommendations received I checked out M&C. To my surprise this is a very clean facility with great washers and dryers. The machines are very quiet and the process is a lot faster than I expected. Although I will be getting my situation at home resolved soon I will definitely return to this facility for my larger loads. The manager (Tony) was very accommodating and friendly.

This laundromat is a hidden gem in all of woodbridge, the workers and owner are so lovely and they are always willing to help you and go the extra mile for you. I love this place for their cleanliness and attentive service and not to mention their really good prices!

Had a great experience here, clean and comfortable, good parking, they have new machines now, professional and friendly staff cost is $6.50 LG, $3.50 med, $2.50 am to wash and $1 for 24 minutes to dry. Now they are open till 10 pm with the last load being in by9 pm.
