Its a good thing this place has dud in its name because thats exactly what it is. Everything is out of order, including the vending machine and some video game arcade machines. Every 3rd machine is not working. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because the woman who worked there helped me navigate the chaos. Its reasonably priced but there are plenty other laundromats around that are equal in price. Their drop off and go is 30cents more per pound than Ive seen in the area and its just done on site in the same machines you would use. In a pinch, or if you have to wash a bath mat, its fine but I wouldnt recommend using this place regularly.

I saw some one star reviews for this business and I thought I have to give a review too. I am really happy with this laundromat, I do NOT go there to play video games or use vending machines or to watch TV. I go there to do my laundry and this place has good machines at a very reasonable price. The staff is courteous and helpful too. Sometimes when they are busy I have to wait for a machine but its OK and yes,

Very clean, curtious staff and brand new, really large washers, the dryers get really hot so no need to put them on too long. I really like this place

Its a good quick spot to go to. They have new machines which is quite helpful but since they do drop off services, many times alot of the machines and dryers are reserved which kinda stinks

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years. It’s always clean & always cleaned inside the machines. Never had a problem.

By far the worst laundromat i have encountered in my life. I’ve gone to the slums and had better service in a laundromat. How does a machine charge me $42 dollars and• 1 not give a laundry card• 2 not reimburse the inconvenienced customer(me) in any possible way.These are issues they need to fix and not take lightly.

Laundry is very clean. Someone is always there to assist you with smiling face. Free wifi. Nice place to sit and work while doing laundry.

Here at this laundromat. Not happy at all. The wash cycle is running with very little water. Clothes are barely wet and the machine keeps spinning the content pretending it is washing it. Where is the water??? Laundry with a gallon of water?? Wasting money and time right now. So frustrated. And no meaningful help or proper explanation from the staff. Terrible customer service.

Come here twice a week to do my laundry never have a problem prices change here and there but overall place is great staff is super friendly and owner is as well

Good oversized machines and others, lots of dryers too, clean and nice people running it.

Been coming for years the place is always maintained reasonable prices excellent customer service, the many times I’ve been there I have never had any major problems,prices go up everywhere it’s inevitable love the free WiFi and TVs as well!!

These people are paying there employees way under the minimum wage!!! They refuse to also pay there employees. And over charge completely for there washes and dryers!!!!

Dropped off a comforter for wash, dry and fold service. Was given a price, which I paid in full. When I went to pick it up later in the day, I was told that I was undercharged and would not be able to take it unless I paid $2 more. $19 to wash and dry 1 comforter? I would not have cared had I not been given a paid receipt earlier in the day. Dishonest, trashy place. Definitely not recommended.

Started coming to this laundry mat a few months ago. Everything was fine at first, but now everytime I go in, the worker runs up to me to remind me that they close at 9:15 PM and Im there 30 mins before last wash. Theres always atleast 10 to 15 machines down thru out the place. Ive even had the worker tell me I cant fold my clothes because she wants to go home. I dont recommend coming to this place. Its even more expensive than the one down the street. Plus these dryers suck.

They have roaches

Got there at 840 doors were already locked . I just needed to dry a small load of clothes and was turned away. Sign said last wash at 8 or 830. Will not go there any more . Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to give review

Expensive, card operated, attendants are rude af. Id rather hand wash than ever come here again!

Shows how much of a owner you are then that you need to lol also as the owner you laugh thats the first thing number 2 as I said to you that the washers were filthy you took a wet towel to clean the top of the washers with out any cleaning solution spray to disinfect and sanitize the machines thats how people get sick from unsanitary machines next time clean your machines properly by sanitizing them with Clorox fantastic Lysol sprays not just take a wet towel and wipe down the machines and get people sick laughing clown heard of cleaning supplies and who knows maybe you used a dirty towel that people dont know what was on that wet towel use sanitizing wipes also bozo the owner laughing clown will look good also for people to see that you dont sanitize disinfect your machines and have garbage on your floors also so advice Mr laughing clown owner clean your machines properly before you get someone sick and have the county / township health department in your laundromat

Machines arent kept in working conditions

A lot of broken machines. No air conditioning. Ceiling fans were of little help.

Clean, you can always find a machine available. I like their drop off service, but its a little pricy. Also dont forget your detergent! You can buy there but again its over priced.
