Good service. It is crowded. Definitely have to stay on top of laundry and be aggressive in order to get it done quickly. Most of the machines work which is great.

Very nice ladies who help you move your laundry and very Clean

So far the Best coin laundry that Ive ever been. The location its good has plenty of parking lot and its close to a gas station, pizza place, other restaurants and a bank of America across the street. Also the staff is always very diligent and helpful you will see them all the time in the floor cleaning the machines or helping people around. Also they have drop-off laundry service at 1 $/LB (include wash/dry/folding and soaps) btw theres vending machine for sodas and soap, bleach and softeeners. Its a no brainer if you live or staying in the area. Sorry I almost forgot they have a free wifi, I personally never used it so I can not review it maybe next time.

They have 2 or 3 different sizes of washers and dryers so even if you need larger ones they are there. The staff is always very pleasant and busy wiping down and cleaning the machines and any spills on them or the floor. Very nice place ! On the once or twice I have had any problems with the machines, the young ladies there are right there to assist me ! 😊😊😊

I dont go to the laundrymat very often. I am blessed to have my own washer & dryer. But I do go once in a while for bulky items. I was so impressed with the staff. They were waiting on the sidewalk to assist me & even took my laundry to my car. What great service.

Great place. The workers are helpful from the first time you enter the place up to when you leave. And they keep up with the flow and pace and keep the place clean as well as their machines.

With my dryer awaiting parts for me to fix, Ive found this place a couple miles from my home. Service is great, as soon as you get there the employees are there to greet you with laundry carts. The facilities are clean and every few minutes the employees are cleaning up and cleaning the lint filters. The washers and dryers get the job done, are well maintained, and reasonable in price. They also do drop off service which Im interested in trying based on the great experiences I had here. Good to see a small business take customer service and experience very seriously.

The owners are always available to offer their help. Their is a machine to change money and the dryers are efficient. The tables prepared for folding the clothes are always clean for costumers to use.

The workers are very nice there. They are literally cleaning and sweeping every 5 min, which I love because it shows the pride they take into their job. I definitely recommend this laundromat.

Most of the machines are not working especially the dryers. I put money in a dryer to dry my clothes. After one hour, the machine was not hot and my clothes were still wet. The lady working there didn’t refund me the money either.

I love the ambiance. Someone even offered to help bring my clothes in, I refused but thought it was nice

Great laundry with alot of machines fairly priced and great customer service!

So I give this laundromat 4 stars, the washers and dryers are pretty decent and I dont have to spend so much time with drying. This is my first review and I chose to do one because of my experience today which was not so great. I do realize that it is the day after Christmas so it was packed to what seemed like capacity. The customers acted as if they owned the laundry carts placing items such as detergent, bleach or hanging bras on the cart when not even using it, some even were occupying the folding tables sitting on bar stools just to hold their place until their clothes were finished. All of this was just unacceptable, I even had to ask a customer if I could borrow their cart and would return it once i was able to get my clothes to a folding table. Why did I have to ask? There are employees on the premises who should have made sure that this does not happen. Today was like a zoo and due to this experience I will be going elsewhere. Maybe there should be signs posted so in the future this wont happen to someone else. I think all of our goals when choosing to use a laundromat is to get in and out without any holdups and today the customers made is almost impossible.

Clean, the owners are helpful and friendly. There are change machines but you need cash, no atm in facility. SunTrust across the parking lot. Dryers seem very efficient.

Great place to wash my clothes I go every week, very friendly, the workers are great they come out as soon as you pull up, love that they have Spanish & also English signs for everyones convenience .

I like this place but I used to be alot more better because there was a wonderful lady with a great customer service named Delmy. She would literally be always paying attention for my needs and everyone else. Lots My friends use to go there and now most of them go to the new loundry they all think the same way. I would honestly love to have Delmy back at this loundry because she works with great costomers service and responsobility. She shows a unique attention.

Difficult social distancing

The place has a bad smell and the ladies that was there helped everyone but me and my wife we watched them take them too washers and help them get started I had to look and try to get my own washers I dont know if I would return especially since we learned that the ladies had her own kids running around causing chaos screaming throwing stuff not good for a business all though the mavhmach did work but the environment needs to be all good not just partial

It was an ok place but way too busy. I’m guessing it might be because it was New Year’s Day, don’t know if it’s this busy year around so it might not be a fair review.

Cozy, efficient, free wifi, lots of ceiling fans and spanish spoken, beddings washed well...

The staff needs to check the toilet because it had someone else’s urine and my cousins phone fell in it.

We had asked to get a refund because the vending machine took 10 Dollars and one of the workers said that is not our problem and we got mad and got kicked out just for asking for refund

Came here for one visit after my dryer died. Place was busy, but I was still able to find washer and dryer. Staff kept the place clean.

Poor customer service.. Was calling to see payment types accepted, and the Hispanic employee I was speaking to questioned me then hung up without giving a response. Going in soon to confront the situation.

Terrible washers and dryers not working properly and unprofessional and untrained workers who dont do their job correctly; most of them on their cell phones during work hours and overfriendly with men but not with women.

Very clean, 50 washers and 50 dryers, regular, large, and HUGE. If you need a laudromat, come here.

Bad attention . On this day there is a worker who does not know how to attend years of clients. Its been 3 times that he says very heavy things. And he has a very bad way of speaking that leaves the laundry in bad. And that is very bad
