Incompetent when it comes to custom built desktop computers. Brought it in for windows which they couldnt figure out how to install and blamed the problem on a wifi card in the PCIE slot (there was no card in said PCIE slot) so I got to go pick up my non working PC and brought it to micro center who installed Windows same day. Nice people but they need better PC techs, maybe one that can look at a motherboard and not all a liquid cooled graphics card a wifi card.

Buyers beware Geek Sqaud ARE GEEKS!Run DONT WALK!! So they came into my home for TV installation.To find out they cut the end of my cord for my $3300 purchsed new plus $400 more for install voided my warranty because its now damaged (no cord) get it!Whats worse wasnt home my wife kindly paid them for me to discver only 5 months later for there resolve they say complaint has to be within 90 days.Sick just pain and suffering out of $3700 Besy Buys says they have nothing to do with Geek Squad.Whaaat 911 filing a legal complaint in Richmond will keep this public of Woodbridge informed.... Actually splied with extention cord and duct tape stuffed in in my wall to hide it,couldnt be more serious...

Took the i mac to woodbridge location .my i mac had a alots of pop upafter 2 hours they called me to inform me the fan is not working the computer is warming upand was told it will take from $300.00 to $600.00 to get it fixed plus shipping to the centerI had bought tech support for $200.00 for one year from geek squad they told me this cost is not includedmy mistake i should never paid $200.00 program from them just rip offI took the computer to apple store in stonebridge .extremely friendly tech joshtook 5 minutes to fix the problem .nothing was wrong with fan he just downloaded malware and the pop up stoped .it was done with out costI would never go to geek squad again
