Cell Doc was quick and professional! He knows was he is doing. He fixed my iPhone 7+ front screen and back frame. He even checked the phone to make sure everything was working correctly. He is very thorough and detailed with his work, which is something I really appreciate especially when it comes to iPhone repairs...there are just to many scams out there. I highly recommend CellDoc.

Horrible. Called to see if they could fix a cracked screen on my iPad Pro. After telling them several times it was a 10.5” and being assured they could do it same day within 30 minutes, I go to drop it off and wait only to find out they don’t have 10.5” screen replacement. Bring it back tomorrow at 10. My husband took it back at 11 only to find out they don’t open until 12 (website says 11). Something that should have taken one trip ended up taking three separate trips. Pick it up and the display looks OK (definitely not a genuine Apple screen) but large parts of the screen are not responsive to touch and the home button is about to fall off. Checked it in the store and all seemed OK but upon getting it home and actually trying to use it, it’s lost most of the Apple touch screen functionality. We’ll see if they will refund my money. With how much of a pain it was just to drop it off, I somehow doubt it. Will be disputing it with my bank either way. Save yourself the hassle and take it to Apple.

I took my phone there to fix a few weeks ago thinking my cracked screen needed repair. Little did I know that the $65.00 Id pay to have this fixed was going to cost me in the end. Its NOT an apple OEM part even through they say it is. And the people there messed up my phone even worse. The screen started acting up that very same day upon getting home. Its not bright like an iPhone screen, no matter how must you adjust the brightness. You will also lose your true tone setting once the screen is installed. This week the home screen finally went out and wont respond to any touch. What a waste of money. I wouldnt let them do a repair on an ice-cube. When you call to tell them how its not working right, they are not very receptive, nor apologetic and practically hang up on you. BUYER BEWARE!!! Save the hassle and just take it to Apple, thats if you want a working phone later on.

Cracked my iPhone screen. Took it into repair because I was at the mall and they said they could repair it in 30 mins. Phone did not work the same after that. The screen response was delayed and was never the same

They bricked my Iphone 11 trying to change the display. I went back to them twice before they claimed that it was a software issue that would be solved by a reset...2 weeks later and I am paying full cost for a repair from apple for the fake display they installed poorly, also damaging my antenna so all of my calls drop now.go somewhere else, they are shady.

Not super happy with this place. Went in they said it would be 20 min. Great deal. Came back and my phone was ready to go. Everything looked great aside from the touch screen not working. When asked why that was I was told that when you get an iPhone screen replaced anywhere, the touch stops working. I have broken 2 screens prior to this one so I know that isn’t true(yes I am very clumsy) and I requested the screen be taken off and my old one put back on. There was a younger girl there and I felt bad because she had to keep calling the manager/owner because I couldn’t not have touch screen. I need it for work passwords/cards exc. Took it to another place less than a mile away and they fixed it and the touch screen worked normally. Paid an extra $15 but worth it to have the touch screen working.

Super fast and affordable service. Customer service was excellent too. My wife severely damaged the screen of her iPhone 7 and I found these guys. They close at 8, we got there at 7:15 and were out the door by 7:50. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and speed of work that I left my iPhone 8 with them to repair. The glass was cracked on the back. They repaired that and it looks brand new. I was quoted by Best Buys Geek Squad for $350+. Screen Cure charged me $180. Hopefully I wont need any more repairs, but if I do I know where Im going.Oh yeah, they only charged me $70 to repair my wifes cracked screen. These guys are DOPE!

Denise is fantastic. When I cracked my retina screen, I knew I was in for a world of hurt. But Denise made it a lot less painful. We had to order the part, so Denise helped me find it, shipped it directly to the store and he made the repair within a couple hours of getting it. (I know because I got the phone call very shortly after the UPS notification that it had been delivered!)This lady is doing it right. Great, fast service. And very reasonable prices. Trust me, I shopped around.If youre reading this now because you messed up your mac and are frantically searching for a way to avoid paying a million bucks at the Genius Bar... well, look no further. This store is honest, quick and cheap! Very nice customer service and better then Apple “geniuses” they said the repair would be $319 so I left and went to Celldoc and it costed $74. It took 15 minutes to repair the whole thing and I was very impressed on how it turned out. Left a $16 tip. :) Honestly, underrated store and would definitely recommend.

I walked into the Potomac Mills location with a busted battery port on my Galaxy S4 and they were incredibly helpful, quick and professional! It only took about 20 minutes, and they made sure I tested and was happy with the finished product before paying and leaving their store. Very impressed with their friendliness and customer service! After dropping my MacBook Pro my on porcelain tile floor, the laptop casing located behind the screen had separated. After visiting the apple store, they no longer had the needed part since the laptop was so old. So I took it into Mac Guys and they wanted me to buy a new screen, I ask why when since the screen itself was perfectly in shape. They told me the part I need and the screen was all in one. Nevertheless they did not have the part and what I was told just did not sound right.So I looked for another Apple repair shop & found Cell Doc went in & they actually had the part I needed. Which was the casing and not the screen! Thank goodness Mac Guys did not have the part since they would have charge me much more for a screen which was not needed. Cell Doc save my computer and money I did not need to spend!I will always use Cell Doc for all of my Apple repairs and I highly suggest you do the same!!

Took my iPhone 8 Plus here and they fixed it it worked good for 1 month and then it got “Ghost touch” went back to see what they could do for me and all they said was I had to replace the screen again for the same original price I would not recommend

I must give this place 5 stars for being honest. I called and asked if they could fix my apple watch, they asked me to describe the problem. Once I described the issues, they told me that while they could fix it, that I should try apple first as it sounds like a quality issue that they are currently fixing them even when out of warranty. I took their advice and apple is currently fixing my watch for free. If I anyone ask for a place that repairs phones or watches I will be sending them here.

Took my girls iPhone 7 here to get her screen replaced due to a significant crack caused by fall damage. I REGRET IT. Dont take your expensive phone here! After 2 weeks of normal usage, her phone got ghost touch. This glitch occurred due to poor worskmanship and low quality, non-genuine Apple replacement parts (I was told this by a technician at Apple). I paid $90 to get the phone fixed at CellDoc. Went to apple to get everything corrected which costs $149.99. Dont cheap out, get your phone repaired by its original brand/store. This store sucks. Dont believe me? Try it yourself. Idk how this place got good ratings. Good luck!

I would NOT recommend this place, they installed a temp glass on my phone. The next day, I realized the side had cracked when they had replaced it. Owner refused to fix and replace it for free, and even had an attitude and tried to blame me as if I had already broke it. You could clearlyyy see on my phone that the glass broke on the side and spread and that was something I did not do! They are very disrespectful I would recommend going anywhere else BUT there! They have no customer service incentive and could careless about the money you spend in your store.

Do Not Use Them. They replaced my cracked screen and 3 weeks later it goes black. They refused to fix it under the 3 month warranty and wouldnt give me information to contact anyone about why it wasnt covered. Phone looked good when I got it back originally but 3 weeks later it is worse than before I took it to them. Use a different company.

Took the phone there for repair of the screen for my Iphone 6plus, And I went to Apple store supposedly to upgrade it and it turned out Apple Store told me Sim card tray was missing, and the screen was kinda opened. So I went back to Cell Doc and ask for my sim card tray and was told they dont have it and I told them that, before I took the phone to them my phone had a sim card tray on it. They gave me one that does not even fit my phone. I went back and the woman manager was awfully RUDE. She does not want to replace my sim card tray but simply told me buy it myself. I never will recommend this Cell phone repair store named Cell Doc at Potomac Mills Mall.

I want to shout Denises name from the roof tops!Spilled a HUGE glass of water all over my 2015 Macbook Air. Did what that internet said: Turn it off, turn it upside down and put a fan on it for a week. After a week. It wouldnt turn on.Waste of time.Took it to CPR. They didnt even open it up. Just plugged it in an told me, Yep, doesnt work. Said I could send it to Mac to refurbish it for $800 or just buy a new one. And they could MAYBE get the files off the hard drive for $200.Waste of time.Called around and found CellDoc... and the magic begun! All I was hoping for was my files, but she did so much more. Im typing this review on my 2015 Macbook Air which Denise fixed and is like new. For only $240!!!!I cant wait to return the new Macbook Air I purchased and tell the Apple store to cram it!Dont waste your time anywhere else. GO TO Denise! Shes fast, brilliant, friendly, and honest. Seriously, what are you waiting for?

Celldoc in potomac mills is a first and the only company comes to my mind when i need to get my family members phones fixed. It is a place where quality of labor as well as wellcoming customer service are served together. As a loyal customer, i can recommend to everyone when needed. I must also add that they got huge range of phone and tablet cases so i really enjoy spending my time in there!!

My iPhone 6 took a pretty tall fall at work and I cracked most of the left side of the screen. I couldnt make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for another week, which they quoted me for $139 for the repair and I wanted to go to them because Ive seen repaired phones with messed up home buttons and stuff. I found iPhone repair here through google and the multitude of 5 star reviews eased my mind.I was able to make an appointment after work today, I showed up 15 mins early and the lady technician assisted me right away. She was extremely quick and professional! My 30 minute repair took 10 mins and she sold me a tempered glass screen protector for cheap. The repair, screen, AND tip only cost me $124. It also comes with a 90 days warranty, in case you experience functionality issues with the new screen.I could not be more pleased with the service and quality! Im also bringing my mom back here to get her cracked iPad screen repaired.

Last month,one Of my friend s iPhone was broken.We took it to Apple service.They Said They can t fix it.Than we found Celldoc and leave the Phone there for 1 day.I have no idea How They fixed it but, They fixed it.it was increadible.Last week i broke my i Phone 6S screen and took it to Celldoc again.They fixed it in 20 mins.They are so kind, helpful and proffesional..The price was less expensive than the other places..PLUS They put screen protector for free.Thank you so much Denise for these Great jobs. Took both my daughters phones their for cracked screens. Once we left the store other things started going wrong. Brought back paid for new battery phone because they said that was the problem when it never cut off before they touched it. Problem still their brought it back to be told its the battery again which the receipt claims 90 days. And they tell me the warranty does cover what they did. Been their 5 times in one month with the same issue. They break phones so you keep coming back

I went to him to change my iPhone screen ($75) and after 2 days the screen was freezing and shutting down for no reason, I went to him again and he charge me $65 again to change it and guess what the screen was with NO ID touch unable to activateDon’t take your phone to him he’s not a trustworthy
