Richard is the savior of my Macbook!I had a water damage on my brand-new Macbook pro a month ago. I went to a local shop in Charlottesville at first -- big mistake. They charged me $80 for cleaning the water and told me it cannot be repaired -- without showing me the inside, they suggested me to just spend $2500 and get a new laptop.Then I went to ABC Computer and Richard opened the back of the laptop in front of me. He showed me how the local shop scratched one of the batteries and tried to cover it with tape (as shown in pic) and all the watermarks on the logic board. He is very professional and honest during the whole process.He kept my computer for a month and worked very hard to help me fix it. At the end, I was able to fix my Macbook for $700 by simply replacing the keyboard, instead of buying a new one.Language cannot express my gratitude.

Amazing experience, came on Saturday to pick up the computer and by Sunday (which is Easter by the way) dropped off the computer in top shape. All problems fixed, cables and case cleaned to perfection.

Honesty! My wifes laptop was (supposedly) damaged while we were on vacation. Geek Squad assessed that the LCD screen needed to be replaced. I was having some issues with the side of my laptop where the charger is plugged in, and it would not hold charge if I did not position the charger a certain way. Richard was very good. Recovered what had been lost on a broken hard drive as well as repaired a damaged another damaged laptop too within a day. The charge was very reasonable and he was patient in showing me how he set up my old backup drive as well. The recovered pictures off the old laptop were priceless.

I got brand new gaming parts for my gaming computer, I did try to reassemble and upgrade, but i give up, I did contact ABC Computers, they do onsite visits ?? what a convenient service, they pick up all the parts and give me 24hrs windows to get all done, around 7pm, by 12:10 pm the computer was ready and delivered to me, excellent fast personalize service, the best :-)
