My husband had accidentally broke the charging port of his phone in his IPhone today. I was able to run over to Ubreakifix and worked with Octavio and my experience was excellent. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and immediately knew how to fix the issue. I was done with great service in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend coming here with all electronic issues. Also they appeared to be able to work on any type of system which means my family will definitely be back in the future and ask for Octavio.

I had a booting issue with my device! Where the system would not stay on properly. I turned in my laptop on Saturday, August 14, 2021. I was advised that they would keep the laptop for 7-10 days. And I would receive an update when they determined the solution. I DIDN’T hear from anyone for the next 10 days. I drove back to the store on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. And I spoke with Tibia (not sure if that was his name). But he advised me that the hard drive needed to be replaced. I’m not sure WHEN they determined this? And then he quoted me a price. I advised him that I just wanted to pickup my computer. Without replacing the hard drive. He then went to retrieve the device. And returned with the WRONG laptop. He then returned again. And advised that he COULDN’T find my laptop! And to return later in the day after they locate it. I explained to him, that I didn’t have time to drive all the way back to the store. Another employee arrived 15 minutes later. And it took them 45 minutes to find my laptop. This just shows the level of professionalism (or lack of) and courtesy this company has for their customers! They DON’T value your time at all! And have NO regards for your devices. I even had to return to the store. After realizing they DIDN’T return my power cord as well. I will NEVER take any of my devices back to this location again!!

Ali and Michael did an Amazing job fixing my S21 Ultra. Ali at the front was very helpful and polite, great customer service. Michael did a terrific job replacing my screen in less than 4 hours, flawless replacement. They both are the best!!!

I was skeptical at first but then I met Ali. Ali is a professional, knowledgeable, carrying young gentleman who took the time to look at the device, quote the repair and give an estimated time when should the repair be complete. True to his word everything was done per the contract and more . After, the repair I even signed up for the Ausrion total care package.

My go-to place to repair devices I either dont want to or cant fix myself. Staff is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with a lot of transparency with regard to cost and time of repairs. I especially like how staff takes the time to make sure you understand what is being looked at and any repairs that are being made. I had an appointment from Verizon to get my screen replaced. The process was super simple and (I didnt catch his name unfortunately) the guy up front was an angel! He was thorough and on-time with the estimate he gave me on when my phone would be ready. So far, my phone is working perfect. :) Definitely recommend!

Did a great job fixing my phone. Thought I would have buy a new one but they did such a great job I could not tell it had been cracked. I would reccomend to anybody with any piece of technology that is broken or malfunctioning.

My son took my granddaughters iPad in to get repaired. They gave us an estimate and luckily it was of the lesser that it cost. Process was a little slow at first because I was waiting for someone to contact me but once I called to see what was the diagnosis my iPad was ready the next day. I will definitely use them again.

Went in while they were understaffed. Had a 20 minute wait in line only to be told that the person who did the repair I was looking for was not in today. I had called a few days ahead of time to make sure it would be possible, so I was disappointed. The clerk helped me find another location that would be able to do the repair the same day.

I had trouble charging my phone for months, finally today it just stopped charging. The uBreakiFix technician took the phone into the back and got it charging again. It turned out the phone contacts were just dirty. What a relief! Well I was pretty happy, and they didnt even charge me. uBreakIfix has got me for a loyal customer for next time.

Very quick and cheap repair, quality service as well!

No complaints about the quality of the work done. Screen was replaced in a couple of hours. Unfortunately it took 3 weeks to get it fixed. First I was told the screen was ordered just to show up and be told they infact did not have the screen. Then was told it would be ordered and would arrive by the next Monday. Not sure if it arrived by then because no one bothered to call me to let me know. I had to finally call and see if the screen came in or not. Always only one person working up front that seems to be more interested in pushing their protection subscription than actually getting through the process with customers in a timely manner.

I was told that the part for my tablet came to the store defective. This was after about 2 weeks that I was told that my equipment would be completed, so I wasnt too happy that I had to contact the store to find this out. Nobody contacted me about this.

I came here because I had taken my phone to Apple and they said it was unrepairable. I took it here to take a chance because I needed it to turn back on and they got it to turn back on and explainedto me what was wrong and didn’t even charge me! I still have to get a new phone, but it’s covered by my insurance. Thanks to them I didn’t lose any of my data! I would recommend this place to anyone if Apple tells you your phone is unrepairable!!! Took my switch in, turns out it was a quick fix that i probably could have googled myself. But James and Tim were both super helpful, and super professional and kind! Their help was much appreciated!

Made an appointment online, got a call the next morning to come in. Walked into the store and noticed they followed safety rules for Covid-19. James and the crew were very friendly and made the visit easy. Brought in my Note 9 for a cracked screen and had a factory-like repair from these guys. Very clean, no residue, and is this screen OEM? Passed the scratch test on the glass, very very good quality parts. 2 hours later and it was done. A+ on punctuality. Reasonable price for the quality of work.No issues with how my phone was returned. They did not go through my personal information or mess with any settings, my phone tracks the activity. Glad I can trust these guys. I hope James got his spicey chicken wings for lunch. Thanks everyone!

They were very knowledgeable about my Google Pixel 3xl and provided a detailed description of what the failure with my device was. They also provided additional information for me to seek further resolutions with the device operation and data recovery options.

Everything went according to plan! The staff was super nice. James got right on everything with checking me out. Whoever did the repair did an amazing job!!

Long story short, wife got new phone and cracked the screen within 3 to 4 days. I called 2 other places of ubreakifix and wasnt happy with their attitude or lack of concern. I found Justin who was working there for the day and told me to see Tim the manager when I arrived. Well, it took me 2 or 3 weeks before I arrived and Tim already knew who we were. The fix took over about 2 1/2 hours, maybe a bit more but was worth it. The phone is brand new again, wife is happy. I cant say enough how polite and professional there were even when I admitted I was not in the best of moods. It didnt phase them at all and more than likely understood why. If me or my wife breaks another phone, more than likely, no other place will we take it to other than Potomac. I would like to see thank you for all those who were involved from the guy at the front desk, to Tim the manager, Justice his sidekick and whoever did a great job on fixing the phone. You cannot even tell it was ever broken. Excellent job, thank you!

Brought a 5th Gen iPad in for a charging dock replacement, took them 6 days to complete it. After being told it would take 2. It gets better. I was told a tech would call me to confirm the the needed repair and pricing prior to the work being done. Never received a call and the repair was done with out my consent. After getting a call saying the repairs were done I go to pick up the iPad not knowing they wanted to charge $150 for the repairs. After talking with them a put the issues and time delays it was marked down to $99. As I stood at the counter and they were typing notes in the computer I inspected my iPad. I found a bunch of large dust particles between to glass and the LCD. I requested they clean them out as they were not there when dropped off. They kindly did but brought it back with fingerprints this time. I showed them and again they took it back to clean it. Finally they brought it back clean.Now fast forward 4 weeks. The iPad 5th gen started having issues charging tried different cords and even bought a new one to try. No luck. So I brought it back as it covered in a 90 day warranty. Was told it would be done the following day as the tech gets in at 10am. So the following day I called them at 1pm, “sorry Sir the tech was out all weekend and hasn’t gotten to your device. It will be completed by tomorrow.” So the following day I again call them as they don’t call you like they say. I was told the tech called out sick and my repair has not been completed. Then after the person on the phone speaks to someone else he then says my iPad had been looked at and the charging dock did work, it was just loose and needed to be tightened. Even thought the tech want in they said they could get it all taken care of and would call when it was finished. Later in the day I received a call saying it was done. I went to pick it up and inspected it. Sure enough the dock was replaced (not just tightened) and the screen again had, more than last time, large particles of dust under the glass. I requested they clean the class and was told I would have to leave it with them for a few hours for them to clean it. At this point I was to frustrated with there customer service and ability to maintain their own time lines that I said I will handle it and left. I personally will not be using them ever again.

I really needed my device fixed. This company not only had great prices but it was fixed in hours. I picked my phone up the next day and it’s working fine. Apple was a hassle and made it difficult to even make a repair appointment.

The manager of this stores deserves a raise, so much praise, and more from upper management. Ive never experienced the kind of customer service like I did with him. If you need to get your LCD screen fix, do not come here. My phone screen popped out the day after I received it back. Its also cheaper to get the LCD fixed somewhere else with much better quality. They even recycled my computer without taking the memory off it first after telling me they would transfer the memory to my new computer. Dont go there, period.

I took a non working HP Pavalion DV Entertainment Laptop to Ubreak Ifix for repair. I bought it off EBAY because it needed Windows OS installed. After 4 days Ubreak Ifix called and told me it was not installable because of defect in laptop that caused the cpu to overhead and shut down. I picked up Laptop but was not given the 90 watt AC adapter Charger that I gave them with Laptop. Still have not gotten Charger back .Went back today and techinican found a 45W HP power supply and said that was the only one they had. It is not the one I gave them. Watch what you give them to fix, you may not get all your parts back.

4/3/21 appox 3pm was told my screen wasnt in stock and they would call me around Tuesday when its in stock. Its Thursday and Asurion has advised me the repair was canceled and she was issuing a refund. Should of trusted my gut when I heard an employee in the back complain about doing another repair since he just got done with a camera replacement on Iphone.

Went in for a quick fix and left in minutes. Thanks to Octavio it was a lightning fast in and out operation.

James and Tim tranferred info from old to new phone. They were quick, informative and extremely knowledgeable.
