We were very pleased with the service we received from Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners. Henry got back to me right away, was patient with questions, and provided helpful suggestions in a low-key way. He cleaned carpet that hadnt been cleaned in decades and got it looking like-new. He used a product that significantly faded some brown and red stains. The carpet feels clean and dry under our feet - no traces of soap residue left behind. Juan, Sr. and Juan, Jr. also did a very good job stretching 30+ year-old carpet and cleaned up all areas afterwards. Im happy to have discovered this carpet cleaning company with a very conscientious owner and workers and the skill and products to clean our carpets well.

I hate to give a bad review, since there are so many great ones, but this was my bad experience with Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners today.I had an appointment set between 11am-1pm. Long story short, they did not show up until 4:30 without calling. (Heres the long story, if you care to hear it.) At 1pm, I had not heard from anyone, so I called them and received a call back saying they had the correct time down (11am-1pm) but thought they said 12pm-3pm. They said they would be here at 3:30pm. I said that was fine. At 3:40, I got a text saying they were a half hour away. At 4:30, I picked up my phone to cancel because they still werent here and then they finally pulled up.I greeted them outside and explained I literally had my phone in my hand to cancel. I told them I was not happy with their poor communication on timing and wanted to confirm the price before we got started. For fair representation, I was stern but not out of control or demeaning.Inside, the owner proceeded to tell me that the phone works both ways. He said customers can contact him about timing. He told me they were working their butts off since 7am. I let him finish and then told them we were finished here. I did not want their services. Never in my life have I been reprimanded by a company for their poor communication and customer service.Perhaps they do amazing work, but I did not feel respected enough as a customer to find out.

Henry did an amazing job !!! He was very professional and friendly. He not only responded quickly but was able to squeeze me in last minute. He made sure I was satisfy with the work and even said to let him know if I have any questions afterward. Also, the payment method was super easy and quick to use. The price was reasonable. I am selling my home and used Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners to have my tile floors cleaned, carpet stretched and cleaned. The kitchen tiles always bothered me because the grout and sealant that was used looked discolored. No matter what I did, I could not remove or change it. They were able get all of that fixed and the floor looks great! The stretching made a huge difference and they were able to get the carpets back to like new standards. Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners did an absolutely beautiful job. A friend was ill and created a complex stain, to put it nicely, including red wine and brisket. We tried ourselves and realized it was a fool’s errand - we needed experts.Henry was incredibly responsive and made me a same day priority. From arrival to completion, it was about 1.5 hours, including multiple chemical treatments and odor elimination in addition to the usual washing. A final round of microban was also added given the nature of the stain and to help with killing future bacteria that could create odors.Henry, Alfie (apologize for any spelling), and Jenny were totally professional and fantastic at their jobs, communicating clearly to each other and with me as to what needed to happen, what their team and I thought, and why literally every treatment would apply. Pricing was transport to a T - I was quoted 140 by phone, due to the odor issues and severity was asked if it would be okay to treat further for an additional 40, and my bill came to an even 180 plus tax.The floor looks incredible! This is an amazing amazing service and team. I will be calling on them for any emergent or move issues going forward.

Wow, All I can say is amazing. They did a fabulous job on my house two flights of stairs and master bedroom. I recently got a new puppy and of course we know what puppies do the tinkle everywhere!!!! Better communication is a must. There should be general information that is provided to all customers about the services provided, what the customer should expect, how the customer should prepare their home, and payment options. I was never voluntarily provided this information and had to ask about all of this. I was also charged an additional 3% fee to pay online because the vendor did not discuss payment with me before I left my house. From what I can tell, my carpet is still wet, the cleaning was wonderful just very disappointed with the communication and lack of customer service.

The carpets came out cleaner than I thought was possible.Henry did a thoroughly professional job and was finished in a few hours. Amazingly there were no odors or chemical smells. They apparently use a process that keeps these smells from occurring I highly recommend them
