This team is quick, efficient and gets you in and out. This was my first time here personally...I was nervous because Ive never had to take my car so didnt know what to explain apart from oil change. Lol I was greeted by a friendly lady, asked what was needed, taken to a wait area, and checked on regularly throughout to talk about updates. I have NO complaints andI will definitely come back again! 🙌🏽

Took my Red Olds Alero to the Jiffy Lube on Occoquan Road in Woodbridge on Saturday, August 14, 2021. I appreciate Patricks professionalism and judgment regarding the services I needed. I service my cars myself, but I was pressed for time, so I have a pretty good idea of whats going on under the hood. Patricks judgment and professionalism are of the highest order. Ill be a Jiffy Lube customer in the future, and I hope that Patrick is still doing his excellent work there.

I went to this Jiffy Lube after another location sent me here, because apparently they couldnt fix the issue they messed up. When I got to this location the person who greeted me was rude and didnt care if he got my service or not. Simply told me cant do anything for you today come back some other day if you want. Great customer service, simply terrific, not! Dont got to this Jiffy Lube or any other, if you need an oil change or any other service, make sure you shop around for a better shop than these clowns.

Not satisfied w/diagnosis. Another mechanic noted problem, fixed it and pointed out issues they should have seen and at least told me of it but didnt. Wont even go there for oil change anymore.

I usually go to this specific Jiffy Lube location when I need an oil change. Everyone here is cordial and thorough and they take the time to answer all my questions. They diagnosed a few things I need (new tires/breaks) and helped me to prioritize the level of need so I could make the best decision on what to get done first.

Great place to take your vehicle to. They are always professional, friendly, and great to work with. I have never had a problem. When they try to up sale a service (everyone does) I politely decline and they don’t push the issue. As long as I live in Woodbridge I will continue to get my vehicle serviced there.

However, there was an issue with the balance. I came back in today and Adam rebalanced all the tires free of charge. Thank you Adam!

I visited for the purpose of getting an oil change and getting a tire repair for a slow leak. I talked to three different people all of which ensured me they would take a look at the tire. After the service was finished, the manager explained all the charges, and neglected to say anything about the tire. I again asked about the tire and he then informed me that the technician said the tire was just a little low. I again explained that I had just put air in it right before coming. But air was slowly, consistently sweeping out. For what reason, I am unsure, but they refused to fully inspect the tire for what might have been causing the slow leak. I went to another service shop and within 10 minutes they told me there was a nail in the tire and patched it. Very disappointed in my experience at Jiffy Lube. I will not be returning.Update: Shortly after positing the original review Manager Adam called. He offered an apology and offered to correct the situation. Adam was courteous and apologetic. I appreciate the quality customer service Adam showed and the remedy to the situation.

Best oil change place around. They come to your car as soon as you pull up instead of having you sit there for 30 minutes. Very polite and professional. The only other thing I’ll mention is that the cost of full synthetic seems to be more than other places, but overall great service.

Hello,Thanks for the great service! I was in for an oil change and it went quite smoothly...10mins and it was done. The interior of my car was also vacuumed, tire air pressure controlled, external screen was cleaned and screen wash fluid topped up all for free. I was also offered tea for free🙂👍. I will be back

I was very pleased with their service and they were patient in explaining things.

Fluids were changed but they did not vacuum or fill my tires like they said they did.

Always friendly and courteous service at this Jiffy location. I feel they genuinely care about my car maintenance and are not trying to sell me everything available. My car runs great. I always get my tires rotated and the filter changed. This time, they recommended wipers.

I was very pleased with the service. The employees were very friendly. I asked some questions and there were no indications of irritation or condescension. The chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable. I should have taken more photos. I will definitely go back. There was no heavy sales tricks for add ons and the price was reasonable.

I am never going anywhere else. These guys are honest, helpful, and plainly - not out to get you. Being a female with zero car knowledge, it can be hard to not be taken advantage of by this industry. Every single person I interacted with was respectful and patient with me. Truly a class act shop. Great job.

Its been years since Ive been here. I remember why. $45.00 for oil change. So what they dont tell you they top off fluids etc if you dont want it. I didnt. I was clear. Oil change only. Nothing else was mentioned. The tech said ok. I get a 45.00 price. Im like for an oil change??? Thats when everything else gets added. Ugh!!! Everything else has closed by 3 PM. If I wasnt going out of town I would wait till Monday.

I pulled right in for service. I was promptly greeted and walked inside to review my last service and plan for today. While I waited inside, the attendant came in to advise me that I still had 1000 miles before service was required. Because it had been 10 months, I chose to go ahead. Service was quick and I appreciated the honesty of the staff.

These guys did a great job. They had multiple opportunities to just say Oh, you need new everything, but they didnt. They took the time to explain and show me exactly what was wrong with my car and three different options I could choose. He fixed someone elses mistakes and only charged me one hour of labor, and they definitely had been working on my car longer than that. Even told me to call or come by in a few days to see how everything looks. What I appreciate is them taking the time to really make sure I saw and understood what my problems were and what my options were.

Second time Ive gotten my brakes serviced here and again very pleased with the service I got. Comfortable waiting area with free wifi. Highly recommend.Update: Needed to replace my tires and discovered my wheel lock key had gone missing... Took my truck to Jiffy Lube and they removed the wheel locks and replaced them (I had to provide the new lug nuts) all for FREE!! Thank you Adam for your help!!

I was there at 8:15 am and the Team were very helpful in making me feel pleased to have stopped in for at first, to have air in my tires checked; I asked about having an oil change and wanted to know how long it would take. They assured me that it would take only 10 minutes and they were right. Very professional service. Thanks to the Team for completing the oil change, wiper changes and checking my tires within the ti I made it to my appointment in Virginia Beach on time quoted.

I went to Jiffy Lube on Occoquan Road in Woodbridge Virginia this morning to have my oil changed in my Toyota vehicle. The team that worked on my car was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. My service was extremely fast and done professionally. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I would like to give an extra thank you to the manager, John Montgomery. He runs a very pleasant shop and his people are as pleasant as he is. I will continue doing business with that particular Jiffy Lube as I consider John Montgomery as a personal friend. I am a returning customer of the Jiffy Lube off of Occoquan Drive and will definitely continue to come back for service. Every time I come in the staff is friendly and they always answer my questions and don’t make me feel stupid for not knowing much about my car. Charles was extremely helpful and honest with me the last time I came in and let me know exactly why it was time to get some additional service done on my brakes. I also overheard the manager giving honest feedback to another customer telling him which services he needed or could wait on. It’s refreshing to know that a car repair place is not only out for the money and respects their customers. Great job guys!

I would give more stars, but there was oil left on the inside of the passenger side door and windshield. Sadly, we did not notice until after we left and the oil had gotten onto the clothing of the passenger.Service was quick, which was impressive for a Saturday morning.

This Jiffy Lube went above and beyond in explaining what parts needed to be replaced, and answered all of the questions that I had. Andre in particular was awesome and allowed me to watch him replace the brake pads and rotors. He explained everything step by step as he worked. I would definitely return again.

Super speedy oil change, pointed out some things I would either need done soon or in the future, but did not pressure me into purchasing anything right then and there (my dad does a lot of work on cars, he likes tk tinker). Everyone was very kind and helpful!

Stayed open after hours on a Sunday to fix a punctured tire after I called ahead. Went to 3 other shops and was turned away. I appreciate their sacrifice and time while working during game day. Took care my issue and couldn’t be more satisfied.

As always, the Manager John McCormick provided outstanding customer service and was totally upfront and stuck to his quote in replacing my Radiator. His price outshined 4 other local competitors, in fact it was not even close!! If you want the job done right, the first time, take your car to his Jiffy Lube (period). This Jiffy Lube has the NICEST people around. I went to another Jiffy Lube Friday night because it was on the way home and the staff motioned to me from inside they were closed. It was 5:55pm and they dont close until 7pm so I went to my favorite (this one) and the man came outside and apologized to me for being closed and told me they open at 9am. Then said I hope to see you then. Little things make a difference. I came back the next morning and got my oil changed. I LOVE this Jiffy Lube and the people who work here.

Tried to Upsell me twice giving me stupid reasons that didn’t even make sense. Yes I’m a girl and tired of trying to be taken advantage of when I go to places like this to just get a oil change.

Received GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Dimitri. My tire was a little flat and I pulled up a little before they opened and he still assisted me! My husband all the way in another state and the fact that he provided me comfort during my time of need was superb! Not to mention Im running late for work AND had to drive to NC tonight.The only negative was another guy came out in all blue not sure of nationality and act like he was upset with Dimitri for helping me prior to opening. The staff is amazing. I was told by another mechanic at different auto shop who changed my oil that my serpentine belt was so old it could snap at any minute while I was driving. My car was a safety hazard to drive yada yada... The mechanic who changed my oil was trying to charge me $180 to replace it then and there and was being really persuasive. I left anyways to check my options. Did a quick google search and honestly, Jiffy Lube was the last on my list to call, but Im so glad I did. First of all, theyll have a mechanic check your belt to see if you even need to get it replaced and then if you, do it costs $99.99 at this location. Already a win in my book. I arrived later that day after calling. All 3 bays were full, but they still were very attentive and friendly when I got there. One of the mechanics brought me to the waiting room and said it would be a few minutes for them to check. after about 5 minutes the same mechanic said I still had quite a bit to go with my belt. The manufacturer recommends that it get replaced but my belt was nowhere near snapping. He said if I wanted to replace it that same day I could, but I really didnt need to. I opted to get it replaced since I was already there and it was over on miles. After another few minutes a different mechanic with a red shirt came in to talk to me. He said that technically my belt was over on miles but had no signs of snapping anytime soon and that there was really no reason for me to get it replaced. I was really happy with their honesty compared to the other mechanic who just wanted to make a quick 180 bucks by trying to worry me into getting it replaced. Even though I didnt receive any services, honest mechanics go way further than anything they could have fixed on my car. I highly recommend coming here.

I always come to this location even though I live in Dale City. When I went today the young lady was very informative and shared important information to me pertaining to my car. I really appreciated that.

I really wanted to make this my go to place but I cant because I no longer trust the service offered. The tech Greg lied about competing a service to my face after i realized it wasnt done. Another employee apologized for that employee and completed it for me. I called corporate and they apologized. Every one beware of the fact that they may try and short cut you on ridiculous things out of pure laziness.

First, they tried to sell me things I didn’t need for my car. Second they showed me that I needed a filter. When I told them no I wouldn’t get it done they put it back with the dead leaves and debris where the filter was. Then last they did not reset my oil indicator so I have to take it to another Jiffy Lube to have them reset the oil indicator. I don’t know if it was because I was a woman or what but the did a horrible job and I hope and pray that nothing goes wrong with my car.HORRIBLE stay as far as you can from this Jiffy Lube.

I first came to this location 20 years ago while living inlakeridge. I moved to Quantico in 2006 and I just recently came for service twice in the last 6 months. After the 1st service I was so impressed that I will come up north for service from now. The service is always completed in a timely and courteous manner.

This was my first time at this particular location and I left happier than when I came in. I came in for a simple oil change and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied customer.

Fast and good service

I ordered some tires from Tirerack, and since this Jiffy Lube was recommended installer I went to them. The management refused to honor the Tirerack install price and gave me some bs about how the tires needed to be delivered to them for that price. I reached out to Tirerack and found out this is completely untrue. These guys are clueless and dont know their own corporate policy. Needless to say I have requested Tirerack to give these folks at Jiffy Lube an education, so future customers like me dont have to deal with this nonsense.

Very disappointed. Took my car to this location for several years, but never again. They were the only ones to service my car. A couple of months after the last oil change, the drain plug fell out. Luckily it was discovered within a couple of minutes. I replaced the drain plug in the rain and refilled the oil. I called them the next day during business hours and got voicemail. I left a voice mail stating what happened and the only thing that I wanted was to be compensated for the money I spent on parts and oil. I never got a call back. They will never get my business again.

I came in here for a routine oil change. They left my drain plug loose. I had a puddle of oil under my car in my garage and immediately took my car back. They told me I was leaking transmission fluid. I drove my car to my trusted auto mechanic right after they told me this. My mechanic confirmed they had lied to me. They not only left my oil drain plug loose, causing me to lose oil, they also lied about the transmission fluid. My regular mechanic confirmed they left the plug loose (hence the puddle under my car) and there was NOTHING wrong with my transmission. My car was not leaking transmission fluid and my regular mechanic had my car running and tested for over an hour. Do not trust the red headed guy, he will mess with your car and give you a business card for his auto mechanic friend to try to get business for him. I will never visit this Jiffy Lube ever again. There is a reason the local trusted mechanics tell people to steer clear of this particular Jiffy Lube. This place should be shut down.
