Clearly knowledgeable, fixed my dryer that a previous repairman broke. So great to have someone working on it with experience. Very Professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Unfortunately Ive had a few things act up in my house in recent years but thankfully my home warranty company has assigned AA Noor multiple times. They always reach out promptly after submitting a ticket, are able to get to my house usually within 24 hours, and are quick to repair/replace the item. Ive had them replace an ice maker, replace a washer/dryer, and replace the control board in my Advantum convection oven.

Tech was sent out by home warranty company to fix an ice maker that had not worked since we moved in.Appointment setting was prompt and easy. They were able to accommodate my schedule and request for a call ahead of time.Tech was courteous, cleaning his feet, etc. And replaced the ice maker in less than 30 minutes. Professional and pleasant.

Have you ever called tech support and gotten someone who is completely unable to understand an issue that doesnt perfectly match their script of how to fix problems?Thats AA Noor. They will try the absolute simplest tests to see if something is working (ignoring you if you say that isnt the problem) and when that doesnt do it, they will say everything is fine and demand to be paid. Dont waste your money.

We were assigned to this company through our home warranty (First American) to repair our GE refrigerator. We tried reaching out to AA NOOR ENT. to confirm our appointment but we had no success.The first time we called, we received a basic electronic voice message. We left a very detailed message which included our work order number and our contact information.When we didnt hear back after one business day, we decided to call again. This time the company answered the call and immediately hung up. No, Hi, Hello or intro.Unfortunately for us, we had to call First American again so they could find us a reliable contractor.Not Recommended!

Company assigned by First American Home Warranty to deal with malfunctioning control panel for gas range. Technician came at the end of the day and smelled awful. Looked briefly at the appliance and said he didnt know how to fix it. At least he was honest and left quickly. First American should have informed him of the model; this would have saved everyone time since he isnt certified to repair this model.

To me it looks like this company had to deal thru home warranty companies, because by their own they wouldnt be able find customers. It took 2 months for them to change a panel on range. 4 different panels delivered from factory. At the end they gave up. “Not right part”.Wish you luck with dealing this folks

One Saturday morning I woke up to to do my laundry and washing machine was not working so I called first American and they recommended me to AA Noor Enterprise LLC and I never tried them before so I decided to take the risk and try a new company and they came out within an hour to come take a look at me washer and and by hearing the noise he told me that the motor was worn out but he also took it apart to check and make sure and it was the motor and he checked around with a few companies around my house to see if they had my motor in stock and luckily one of the places did have it in stock and within two hours I had my washer up and running never had a problem with it ever again, and if I ever have problems with my appliances I would definitely ONLY want AA Noor to come out to my house, would recommend to everyone, thank you so much for your help :)

Tech came to fix the microwave and was able to resolve my issue promptly. I recommend them.

The worst service I have had from any company, bar none. They were sent out by my Homeowners Warranty Company to fix my oven. I opened the service claim in April, and by the end of June, I had to request another contractor because they replaced one part that didnt fix the oven, then they were never heard from again. The HOW attempted to contact them and were ignored as well. Absolutely worthless!!!
