My wife and I have been long time patients of Dr Clancy ever since he started working at the Medford Sq location. Weve had nothing but wonderful and professional service by him and his great staff. My wife recently needed emergency dental work done due to a fall. As it was after hours and ahead of the weekend, I didnt think waiting until Monday to address the issue was the right choice. So we called their emergency # and got one of his staff (Leslie) to call us right back. She was extremely helpful. Within 10 minutes, she setup the visit for 8 am the following morning even though the office is closed that day. Another one of his friendly assistants (Michelle) volunteered to come in and assist. Thank God this was accomplished as my wife needed extensive work and not just addressing a loose tooth. It turned out to reveal a looming infection which wouldve put her more at risk as shes battling a separate medical issue concurrently. All the work was done onsite and the crisis was resolved. I would highly recommend Divine Smiles and Dr Clancy for all your dental needs. He is truly a one stop shop. Their level of empathy and diligence to doing whats right the first time really shows in their demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. Lastly, their new location in Woburn is stellar. More a med spa (massage chair, mood music, etc) resort than just a dental office. They do everything possible to put their patients at ease as well as very strict Covid19 protocols. They have earned our loyalty time and time again...

Divine Smiles is Dental Disney World; Dr. Clancys new location is as accessible, modern, and impeccably styled as a downtown hotel. Even the most reticent dental patient should race to Divine Smiles; the care and attention given by Dr. Clancy and his staff is unparalleled and excellent. Not only are they all friendly, knowledgable, patient, and helpful, but they will carefully explain the steps of your procedure, which can be displayed on their giant tv screens (there is even one on the ceiling set to fun channels to keep you engaged during your procedure).Most importantly, Divine Smiles is perfectly immaculate, and every precaution is taken to remain safe and healthy during these complex times. After my Invisalign check in (and a 20 minute unwind in a comfy massage chair), I left with a new bag filled with dental treats. Im already feeling excited about my next visit, and I strongly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an exemplary experience.

Dr Clancy is an outstanding dentist. Competent and skilled in all disciplines of dentistry. Staff is professional and courteous. Staff works hard to accommodate patients needs. Dental office is clean and modern. Nice little perks, juice and water in the waiting room. Parking not great but staff goes out of their way to help patients. Don’t directly accept my insurance anymore. Annoying, but staff again makes concerted effort to alleviate paper work and burden on patients. I would have changed my dentist ( due to insurance change) in heartbeat but Dr Clancy is that good of a Dentist.

I am happy to share my experience at Cosmetic & Esthetic Dentistry in Medford, because it was entirely painless and my teeth are getting the attention they deserve after 50 years. My previous dentist gave me basic typical care, and I thought that was all I needed. I was always told keep up the good work, and for decades I went without any need for any restorative work. However old fillings started giving me trouble. Having that work done at my previous dentist generated too much anxiety, so when I needed more work done I reached out to Dr. Clancys practice because I needed to be relaxed when a drill is screaming away. My mouth is way more sensitive than it used to be.I decided to make an investment in a comprehensive approach to my mouth and jaw. I get severe tension headaches at times, and Dr. Clancy showed me that this was from orthodontia done in my teens. His assistant Michelle is super efficient taking impressions and doing the analysis of muscle interactions.I have had a deep cleaning because either my gums have changed or I wasnt doing such a good job. I guess it was borderline and getting worse. Leslie the hygienist is super kind, and I felt zero discomfort.My experience is everyone in this office is sincere relating to me because that was Step 1 at reducing anxiety and discomfort from the work that needs to be done.

Dr. Clancy, Dr. Martins, Kat, and all the staff at the office have made my long dental journey as easy and painless as possible. While I HATE the dentist and have major anxiety Dr. Clancy and his team do whatever it takes to make me feel as comfortable as possible during all procedures. I love the little coffee and water station. They even had Gatorade when I was dizzy and bars. They are out of network for me which is a hassle but I love them that much I continue to come. This was a different visit then my usual cleaning and check up it was procedural. From walking in the door to being walked out and given water to go, Leslie was amazing. I experience their new spa modality and I absolutely loved it! . You were provided a headset with relaxing music, dark glasses, essential oils were added to the mix by placing on neck, with the lights being dimmed for the mood, comfort and relaxation to begin. It was fabulous! Your comfort is key at all times with the provider checking in doing OK need a break? I was chilled for sure as I departed. Who can say that coming from the dentist? It made it such a positive experience. It is one more reason that I am grateful to get my dental care at this caring, competent and compassionate practice. Thank you!

In two hours, everything was done including milling the new crown. Not only was it pain free, I may have fell asleep. Still 5 stars after almost 8 years! I had a root canal done 2 days ago. It took about 2.5 hours from start to finish and I was eating an hour later. No Tylenol or anything was needed afterwards and the crown looks and feels perfect. The entire staff is great and its always a pleasure to talk to Dr Clancy and Vici, the dental assistant, throughout procedures... unless I fall asleep while they are working! I always feel So friendly and so professional. A+ every time.
