This location is the best! All of the staff, including the owner, are professional, courteous, and so very helpful. Each time I visit this location, I receive the best customer service experience. Frankly, I don’t go to another other UPS store, even when it is out of my way. I would highly recommend.

My name is Linda and my family has been going through a terrible loss of a close family member, my youngest brother. We needed very important documents for my mom pertaining to my brothers affairs - went into this UPS store Cummings Park location and I can’t say enough on how much Jason and James helped get the documents out to NY after NY messed up in sending us legal documents with incorrect spelling of my mom’s name - UPS in turn provided a priority return envelope all postage paid, making it easier for NY to get the corrected documents back to us and even made copies for me of the very important documents I needed to provide to NY in order for them to provide my mom with the document she needed to handle my brother’s affairs. We, believe it or not received the documents back late and damaged - the family was a wreck - prior to receiving the documents damaged Jason went above and beyond - made calls to locate our flat priority envelope and when we did receive it damaged he went above and beyond to assist my family and made sure we were refunded on top of all the top notch customer service we received from this location. While Jason was providing all his time to assist us James took over helping all other customers coming in to the location as to not interfere with Jason’s ability in giving 100% of his time to assist and make sure all that he could do and then some to help us was done. They both made us feel they took the situation as seriously and as important as we did.Highly recommend this location to meet all your needs - it’s been a long time since receiving top notch customer service like these 2 provided. Jason and James are top notch employees and run this location without skipping a beat - I reached out to Linda the owner to let her know how lucky she is to have employees like these 2 as you don’t get the top notch customer service these days that these two provided - I wish I could rate more than 5 stars - they were really amazing A++++++ - no words can describe how thankful we were to receive such help during such a difficult times for us. Thank you Jason and James keep doing what you 2 clearly do best - giving top notch customer service while showing compassion to our situation.

Arrived at 08:30 on a Wednesday. Sign said Open and it was. Pandemic protocols all in place (one way foot traffic throughout, social distancing enforced, proper mask worn & expected - and all taken for granted so its on to business). The staffer on duty was cheerful, clear, and sympathetic and immediately understood what I needed and began to collect my shipping data. The cost for standard 2-3 day delivery (8lb box Boston-to-NYC) was less than expected -

Easy place to get packages taken care of. Huge parking lot so you will always find a spot, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fast service all around. You’ll be in and out in no time.

Jason and the other staff is always welcoming and very easy to work with when ur comes to shipping orders. I am a frequent shipper at this location and never had any issues with the staff and their service. They always go above and beyond to make sure my packages are secured and shipped properly.

I was helped quickly and professionally. The employee who helped me thoroughly explained how and when my package should arrive, as well as the tracking details. I’ll definitely go here again.

I built a bookcase for my grandson in CA, Jason assured me is would be delivered without any damage. It was packaged (bubble wrap, 2”+ of styrofoam, then boxed and cardboard wrapped) and delivered in PERFECT condition, my grandson was VERY happy, packing/shipping was expensive $$$, BUT you get what you pay for. Needed something notarized. Place was clean and directions were clear on how to enter and exit the store and maintain proper distancing. The staff were extremely helpful and minimized contact as much as possible.

Having a small business is tough, but Jason and his staff there do a great job with all my shipping needs and any copying I need done. They are super friendly and Jason will even come to my car and get out a box if its too heavy for me. awesome place and locally owned. highly recommend.

Stay away. Lost my package so i lost money because i was never offered insurance. Never knew anything about insurance. Will never use them again. Strongly recommend using someone else. Friendly staffbut Manager basically called me a liar and refused to refund money when ups lost my package. Horrible experience.So you are basically calling me a liar. Even when i spoke with James on the phone he told me he may not have offered the insurance. He wasnt sure. But you insist that he did. Even when you were not in the building. Sorry. Your 100% wrong. Why would i not purchase the insurance when Amazon offered to pay for all shipping cost

This is an amazing UPS store. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. They are very cheerful. Always willing to go extra steps to help customers. Store has extended hours on Saturday and Sunday as well. Very convenient location. Excellent owner and staff!

I was standing outside the UPS Store the other day waiting for my turn in line, when a man with NO face mask barged into the store past the customers already in line. The person in charge, Jason, asked the man to wait his turn in line, but he refused! After Jason told him he had to wait a second time, the man told Jason he just earned himself a bad Google review. He even called the female employee a snowflake. I have been in this store several times and have always been treated with the upmost respect. Neither employee needed to be disrespected for doing their job.

Had to be to work at 830. This store is on my way to work. Website states they open at 8am. By 8:15 the doors were still locked with the lights on. If you say you open at 8, here is a novel idea... open at 8.

The staff is the nicest at this location. I drive out of my way to go to this location. Better experience overall including parking.

I used the store to sent some documents to Europe via DHL. Laurie was extremely proficient and patient with helping me figuring out the service I need and preparing my shipment. She was meticulous, making sure they have all contact information needed to ensure the timely delivery of the package. While working with me, Laurie helped several other customers with their drop offs and inquires and did not let a waiting line to form. Great service.

Joe and Laurie were extremely helpful! I have been here a few times for different shipping needs and have always had a great experience. I drive by two other shipping places as well as two staples to go to this specific store for their great customer service! This week I had to return a wet tent due circumstances beyond my control, they came up with a fast and convenient way to ship the difficult package then even got it out of my car!😌👌🏼👍🏻

Went in to ask a question and the two ppl in there are freaked out because people are in the store trying to do business. The snow flake manager told me No I cant answer a question someone tell me what has happened to America. These melenials are left to run businesses and they cant even tie their own shoes. This place is very professional has outs standing customer service very kind and caring about the costumer. And also Jimmy was the worlds nicest person he was so amazing and he cared so much about his job and other people. Laurie is very good with my packaging and my mail and stuff. She knows what she is doing and a very good person.

Terrible experience trying to get a refund. Shipped some packages overnight and they didnt make it because plane was full. Asked for a refund of the $1500 and they said i would get a check within 2 weeks. Here we are 5 weeks later and I keep getting the run around with everyone at the store saying different things. Owner is extremely rude and blaming corporate. Every other store on the planet and do an immediate refund to the CC you used, but not them. Would not recommend.

Never have a bad experience at this location. They will box up electronics for you to ship if need be. I needed to send an Xbox 360 to my brother, but didn’t have the bubble wrap to keep it safe. This location wrapped it up carefully and made sure everything would be shipped with no problems. I will remember this location when Christmas time comes around and I need to ship items back home to family members.

The man was knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything to me in a patient way that made sense to a normal person. I had 2 issues to resolve and I was happily leaving within ten minutes. The store was neat, tidy, and had the news on for while I was waiting. Well done.

I am surprised to see the bad reviews posted here. I actually had a great experience with Laurie and Jason. I needed packing and shipping service for an office, they showed up on time and did exactly what i needed and more!Would definitely recommend their service!

Really bad service, came at 6:57pm the attendant said he was already close and i sai but it’s not 7pm yet, and he kept saying his computer was showing 7:04pm, and he kept saying he was closed even when I showed the time on my cell phone .He got the packages and gave me a receipt, guess what time was on the receipt when he printed 7pm .But on the beginning when I got inside the store he was saying that was 7:04

The phone number doesnt work. Cant actually use the dial pad to make a selection, just ignores it and hangs up.

These people are thieves. They charged me $45 to ship two 8 inch fry pans by the slowest, cheapest way possible including $8.00 for Packing supplies (basically one foot of bubble wrap and a small box) and another $7.00 forthe service. Ill Never use these people again.
