This is a great place to get car fixed. Came here two years ago to replace some valve, and I ended up paying about 100 dollars less than the quote (quote was about 300 bucks). Have been coming here for regular maintenance since. The staff are very friendly every time I come in.

Associate are courteous and answer your questions so that youll understand it . Ive bought all my cars down there wont go anywhere else

M&S Auto did a really great job getting several issues sorted out on my Subaru Forester. Best mechanic in town! I had gone to a few in a short period of time trying to find the right one, and m&s was the last one Ive needed to see for a long time. Theyre thorough, professional, and best of all honest! They will tell you when the work isnt worth doing on an older car, such as mine for example. They even let me know the car isnt in the best of shape and to not put too much more into it - honesty like that is hard to come by. These guys are great!

This is without a doubt the best place Ive ever used for mechanical work on my cars. Mark is one of the best mechanics Ive run into...he works hard at keeping up with new developments and does excellent work. He also has taken time to get to know me as a customer and understands my car maintenance priorities (like safety and reliability for cars my wife and kids drive; a little more idiosynchrancies tolerated in the cars that I drive). He is also about the most honest business man Ive met and is very open about telling me when I shouldnt waste my money on a particular repair. I never hesitate to recommend M&S to anyone who needs a trusty mechanic.

I had Mark & Ryan install the O2 sensor and routine maintenance on the Mini Cooper. There was a problem with the sunroof with in the convertible top. They recommended that I take it to the dealer rather than have them try to save me money and still beet the learning curve. The dealer charged $ 800 and it is still not fixed.

This place is fantastic - Mark has the best customer-service mentality out of any mechanic I know. Its hard to find a car auto shop that has integrity but M&S auto repair is it. We ran into a bunch of problems with our 2012 Nissan Frontier (breaks, wheel bearings, and more. Mark communicated with me every step of the way, never going ahead with a repair until we knew the cost estimate and options to fix it. For a situation that is already stressful, Mark made it easy. He even followed up with me the day after we got the car back from the shop to make sure we felt good about the repairs and that everything was working smoothly. I will definitely refer Mark and his shop to my friends.

Since I moved to Wilmington last year, I have been been dreading finding a new mechanic. It took me a year, but I think found exactly what I am looking for. I discovered M&S on Angies list where it was highly rated. After talking to Mark for a couple of minutes I was immediately at ease, and felt like my car was in really good hands. I needed my AC fixed. Mark explained to me how they diagnose, find, and fix problems with the AC. Mark really impressed me with his knowledge of the AC in my cars make and model. He called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before performing any work. He made recommendations on parts, and gave me my choice. He ended up charging me $70 less than his estimate. Mark earned my business, and I thought Id write a glowing review so that others can find this guy as well.

These guys are my heroes! Im used to car shops that try to intimidate me, but these guys were nice and straightforward - they listened to what was wrong, and figured it out, and fixed it the same day for a very fair price. My car was basically undrivable before, they basically worked wonders on my brakes.
