Very slow and kind of expensive. Nice waiting area though.3 hours and $120 for an oil change and a Massachusetts state inspection

The employees in this location are very unprofessional.especially the manager. My headlight wasn’t working and initially they had told us that the diagnostic fee is about $50. Then the day we came to get our car, they said that the diagnostic fee is $500. We spoke to the manager and she literally shushed me. Her name is Kathy Kidik. And she left in the middle of our conversation. What kind of a manager is she? They need to replace her. If she can’t talk to customers then she should not be working as a manager.

Customer service representative at the service center was polite. I went in for a recall (software update) and a headlight. It took them 3 hours and 25 minutes. Instead of changing the bulb, they changed the whole headlight assembly and charged me 111$. Never again.

I had a very good experience here it seems theyve got things down pat came in for an oil change with no appointment I dont mind waiting a little bit it wasnt very long the waiting area was well spaced and ventilated the people were courteous and the price was right full synthetic oil change came I think53 dollars I will be back again to get my oil change again

Great experience! Mike the used car manager was great and kept in contact during the whole process. Vehicle was nice and clean and everyone was gloved/masked. Would definitely recommend!

I went for an inspection sticker and it took over an hour just to check in and it was at 3pm on a monday, it was quiet

Great service staff and attention to detail. I had trouble with a pre-owned car that I purchased in August, but they fixed those issues, no charge, and made sure I was taken care of.

I fix my own Taco. So I dont do much about the service department. But I have never had a problem because I bought a tacoma, except when I smashed my front end of my taco into an x5 on route 1. LOL RIP. I fixed the taco in my driveway and made it even better. Its a TRD PRO, I love this truck, its a special blue and one of a kind. I got so lucky. Thanks guys! Be careful these TRD pros are beasts with a tune
