Almost a year of renting, and rent is expensive for what you get. Unresponsive management and maintenance. Lost hot water in my whole building four times, and once I had to wait for a 2 days until it was fixed. Whenever I call the office or maintenance, theyre never friendly and seem annoyed that Im reaching out. I called twice to get my broken window fixed and they told me they would reach back but they never did. Been waiting for over two months for response. Trash or recycling is always full

It was a great place to live when Hamilton Company was managing it. Now it’s a pain in the neck when it comes to maintenance. My microwave Brock 2 months ago. I have called every 2 weeks to get it replaced or fixed. Nobody ever came, and every time I called It seems that the request was never made. Staffs are so unprofessional. I was so happy to move in to this place now it’s a nightmare for me because maintenance issues never resolved. I also had heating problem in the winter. It’s took them weeks before they send somebody to fix it. Still the job was not done well.

Lived here for a year now and I don’t think I could’ve found a better place to live while going to graduate school. The staff in the office are always extremely helpful and are always there to answer questions and help out when it’s needed. For being a suburb of Boston, the rent and utilities are extremely reasonable, especially with all that is included (garbage, the pool, parking spots, heat, and water). I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

This place was very nice before Hamilton Company has purchased it. It is now terribly managed, maintenance never shows up after weeks of requests. Trash area is durty.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and couldnt have been more pleased with our experience! Anita and Hallie are amazing, personable, and efficient. Any time we had an issue - maintenance was there next day. We would definitely continue living at CCGA if we did not have to commute into the city for work. Highly recommend.

We were one of a handful of tenants paying full price for what was actually Section 8 housing. We were treated horribly with any request we had (which we called maybe a handful of times). Had mice and cockroaches on a regular basis. The apartment needed to be gassed 3 times in the 18 months we were there. After giving notice, the management broke into our unit to make changes without our permission. Thankfully the maintenance crew had compassion. The management team instructed them to toss all the belongings, but they nicely stacked everything in a corner away from the construction. They even helped me load up the rest of my belongings, and came with me to meet with management. All in all their construction crew had more respect than the management itself!!

Location is convenient right off of 93 and 95 switch. Staff is personable and maintenence does a great job taking care of the property. Only knock is if rent was more affordable... Id still be living there!

Been a tenant for over 3 years, always a pleasant experience dealing with staff and maintenance crew. Any concerns Ive had were dealt with in a timely matter and handled professionally. This is a great location and near many shopping areas. Thanks ccga!

This has to be the most unprofessional and uncaring people I have ever had to deal with, especially Hallie Malitsky, Assistant Property Manager. She has all rights to make decisions and controls even her manager and regional managers decisions too. I thought senior management is their for a reason and to listen to clients needs but no they are just too biased and doesnt care about their customer needs and dont even have a minute to talk to them and listen to their issue.I have never seen a company who doesnt want to rent their unit when they have more than 10 units available and forces their new customers to sign unfair deals and pay extra. Dont let their first impression deceive you. It was the most frustrating housing experience and I strongly advise people to be weary of this company.

Super convenient, all stores are within 3 miles radius, 93 is 3 minutes away.

A great place to live if you like paying too much. Every single year we have been here they have raised the rent by at least $100 per month. Every morning you can hear kids screaming through the courtyard as they go to school and every afternoon when the get home. Even if its good weather you will still have kids screaming and running up and down the hallways. To top it all off, they like to do construction and yard work early on Saturday mornings. I have been woken up every weekend by a lawn mower or some kind of back-up alarm from their continuing construction, though Im not sure what they do for construction because the buildings are falling apart. They dont even keep the laundry working. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies.

They didnt want to let me know a parting just because I didnt have credit as if the credit was banned, I wasnt asking them for free, it wasnt money that was going to be very bad for them to miss
