Very bad and totally unprofessional management.I wish I never seen this apartment online its my bad luck. Even when manager in the office she don’t want to see us. Every time when we tried to contact them over phone they said leave a msg and never come back to us.
We have been living here from past 4 years and we are very happy with our stay. The leasing staff here are very helpful and understanding. Even the maintenance people are very good at work. Whenever we had an issue management will responds and fixes the issue in less than 48hours. Overall its a beautiful community with helping staff.
Ive been living here at Inwood West for over 6 months now. I can definitely say Ive been pleasantly surprised with my experience! The apartment itself looks new and the common areas are well taken care of. What I love the most, which I know sounds antisocial, is how little you need to interact with others lol. You can submit maintenance requests through an app and they will come and solve the issue that same day or the next. Ive not received any complaints from anyone and have had no reason to complain about others. I live on the second floor and can confidently say I have not heard any of my neighbors while in my apartment. The only times I have heard any sort of noise is specifically when (I believe) someone runs upstairs, but you can imagine how rare that is.I would definitely recommend living here at Inwood West if youre looking for a quiet and clean space!Moved-out update: (08/21)Loved living at Inwood West. Moving out was easy and I am being refunded my entire deposit. Definitely will continue to recommend Inwood West!
The apartments are very spacious and the rents are compatible to other complexes in the area. The staff is very professional and responsive. The only negative issue with the complex is the package issue. We pay for packages to be put in lockers, but most of the time they are on the package room floor and you have to search though a lot of packages to find yours.
I just moved in to this place, and I’m in love with the cleanliness, organization and the excellent customer service I received from Richard. Thank you. I’m enjoying my new home with my daughter.
Have lived here for nearly an year now. Its a well maintained community with responsive and professional staff. The common areas and grounds are well kept. Apartments are nice and spacious. Units come with smart controls for the lock and thermostat which is great! Service requests are handled promptly. The company managing the property does small things which make you feel warm & welcomed such as fun activity emails during the quarantine, positive signs around the community, etc. They resident portal is quite savvy and allows complete lease and rent management online which is perfect for someone like me who prefers doing things online rather than in-person.But like others have mentioned, there are a few downsides. There are units which are very close to the freeway which can be quite noisy - might take a while to get used to it. But its also a more well lit view out of your window if you dont like the darkness of a wooded view in the night. Parcel pending which a lot of communities include for free is an add-on service. Lease conditions are quite rigid.Overall, you can have a really great experience or a poor one at Inwood depending on what youre looking for. I would certainly recommend it to anyone but making an informed decision based on your needs helps!
Move in was an awful process. Packages are stolen too often. There is a paid service for your package to be secured in a box (which only works 50% of the time). Dog poop all over the place and management doesn’t seem to care. Been waiting on an email to be replied to from maintenance for about 2 months. The list goes on. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you have low standards at a premium price.
A year after my prior review. Not much has changed. Junk furniture left uncollected for weeks. A derelict junk car in the parking lot since last summer, in spite of lease prohibitions against unregistered vehicles. Jagged damaged pavement more than two months old - hey management, take note - kids play here!
Ive had my worst customer care experience ever!!! No exception, the office team is very arrogant and incompetent!!
We rented for a little over a year. Since day one we had issues. We complained about mold in our ceiling and in our 8 year olds bathroom and all they did was paint over it. When I told them I’m concerned with the mold they told me they tested it and no mold was found. This was a lie. When we complained in person nothing was done. I emailed the office about 2 weeks later informing them of the same issues ( mold and building locks not locking) and still nothing. When I passed in our letter to leave the property, the leasing manager pushed back and said we were breaking the lease. I informed her we were terminating the lease not breaking the lease. She told me we will have to see about that and was noting our lease as broken by tenants. This place does not care and try’s to scam you every way they can. We have also had multiple packages stolen in what they call is the mail room. They did nothing about it besides put a piece of duck tape on the door lock so anyone can go in and take whatever they want. I’m hoping this review helps you when making your move.
I have had nothing short of an amazing experience at Inwood West. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment we had with our family was beautiful and spacious and the grounds as well. The pool in the summer was great, and it was nice to see the amenities they were always upgrading. Our family got a bit larger and we had to end up buying a house to accommodate the amount of people but we will always miss Inwood West and would always highly recommend to anyone looking to move.
I have enjoyed living here. The facilities and amenities are exceptional. Plenty of storage space and nice appliances in our unit. We have found the staff to be excellent; very responsive and courteous. When we had a couple of small items to be fixed, the maintenance person arrived immediately to fix them. The other residents here are very nice and responsible. The location is terrific. I highly recommend Inwood West
All the glitz and glam quickly wore off. Over priced for the particular apartment we had and the dog park closed shortly after we moved in and was barely done when we moved out 2 years later.
The quality of the apartments really stand out in the Greater Boston area. Everyone who visits is impressed by the look and feel. I have also found the staff at Inwood West to be very friendly and responsive to issues of maintenance. I will highly recommend living here
Great experience! Awesome apartment! Rent is reasonable!! Nice people! Great staff!! Awesome service when thinks are broken! Lots of amenities!
Very happy here! We moved here recently and love the apartment. It is newly renovated, clean and offers plenty of space. We were able to pick from a variety of different apartment layouts and choose what best fits for us. We also had the option to customize our unit such as putting in the wood plank flooring etc. The amenities are also great. Resort style pool, small but nice fitness center, indoor basketball court and a spin studio! I would definitely recommend Inwood West to anyone looking for a new home.
Leaving one star is giving them credit would rather leave no stars. This place is horrible do not move there. They lie, gaslight you!!! Elevators are out of date for inspection, nothing is ever cleaned in the common area GROSS, nothing gets fixed,. Let’s talk rats, they are HUGE and run around in daylight. Had to buy out of lease to get out worth every cent we spent!!! Thank god we got out before lock down never would have made it through the quarantine!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will regret it!!
If you like broken a/c, broken elevators, bug infestations, car theft, no response to phone calls and emails...then this is the place for you. If you are so lucky you can experience all of those fun perks during your 12 month lease as well....and don’t bother complaining because they don’t care!
AC problems bad costumer service we moved here and bug eggs and stains were the first things we saw my daughter is always complaining about bugs ending up in her bed ( ECT) you guy can do better
My fiance and I put in an application but due to life circumstances we had to withdraw our application--Also they rejected our Emotional Support Animal form signed by my doctor --- So all around Inwood wasnt going to work out but they still charged us the $250 application fee and then an additional $75 fee--all while WE NEVER STEPPED FOOT INSIDE THE APARTMENT-- I understand the $250 application fee, but after they rejected our animals and then to add an additional $75 fee because the payment didnt go through, and rather than notifying us the payment didnt go through-- they just send us a bill with the ridiculous fee. I had to call to find out that the payment didnt go through. No communication just a SURPRISE $75 FEE. UDR (who owns the property) seems like they will try to get extra money by any means necessary and it seems to be a common complaint made about UDR by residents. Lots of extra fees. We found a much better situation elsewhere that doesnt charge obscene fees with no explanation.
Honestly cant complain such a great place to live. Parking spaces are too close together.
There is very very little sound proofing between ceilings and floors - neighbors do not respect living here and it is pricy. Oh, and youll see this type of professionalism frequently from this elite management staff.Dear Jody, we did let onsite management know about the excessive noise, which is more like living under a daycare center, and doing so only devolved into, in the end, the onsite management referring us to the UDR lawyer. That was pretty unhelpful advice from you.
We toured the community with fabulous leasing agent Barbara Calla. Great experience and a pleasure. Top notch agent. She knows her community, matching us expertly to the unit that was 100% of what we wanted but also what we didnt realize we could have. Great pricing strategies. Pristine leasing office and community center/amenity areas.Thank you Barbara!
Ive had my worst customer care experience ever!!! No exception, the office team is very arrogant and incompetent!! When I first moved the apartment was really dirt full of cat hair (even after notifying the office my roommate was very allergic, took then 2 weeks to take action and very emails back and forward). I was double charged for the electrical bill cause the office was incompetent to repass the money they was charging me every month... once more took days to get it solved). Every interaction with the office was painful and irresponsible. What is a shame cause the community is beautiful, the apartment is brand new and spacious. The maintenance team is extremely friendly and efficient. Overall dont recommend living there. You will need the office staff eventually and they will make your experience miserable. Even when I moved out they tried to give me illegal charges for a day after the key was returned previously. Good luck calling the finance department!
Staff is really attentive! Worked with Jay. He was very kind and accommodating to my family’s needs. The apartments are really great, modern and nice. The community does a great job to keep the place neat and with high standards for the tenants. Great experience!
Nice location. Friendly staff.
Save yourself the stress of living here at all costs. Our 12.5 month lease consisted of issues from day 1. Our move in day, the AC in our unit was broken and we were stuck moving in to an apartment that was 85 degrees with no sense of urgency from maintenance. Our whole time there consisted of dealing with non responsive management. The elevator in our building was broken on and off for over a month during the winter. We would call the office to let the know of this issue once a week and it took over a month to get fixed. Our last few months in the apartment, we had serious pest issues which was our breaking point and when we realized we could no longer deal with Inwood West. The location is convenient but I would recommend spending a little more anywhere else if you want a clean home with responsive management. I wanted to love Inwood West but the bad reviews are all extremely accurate.
I had the best time of my life in this place. Great complex, facilities, neighbors, and best staff ever. I moved out of state and thats why I had to leave this place. I would live again there when if/when I go back to MA
Exceptional!! JAY, The Leasing Agent/Customer Service is truly a SUPER STAR! he has been incredibly patient, responsive, supportive and understanding, it takes him literally minutes to respond to any request he resolved our issues with speedy expertise. The maintenance team are very responsive and always in a great mood, it feels like royalty to live here . It goes without saying Inwood West is the BEST place to live in as a renter, dont bother looking anywhere else if you like having peace of mind. Sara&Eyad
Ive had my worst customer care experience ever!!! No exception, the office team is very arrogant and incompetent
This place stresses community living and theyre happy to help you sign your lease, but then thats it. Absolutely no support whatsoever. Theyll make the walk to drop off a letter that you owe them $20, but they wouldnt make the effort to help you with anything. Consider this a ***RENTER BEWARE****
The leasing process was extremely easy and painless! Jay from the front office was extremely helpful and honest in giving us our tour of the property and was there to answer all of our questions throughout the process. We are looking forward to moving in!
Briefly, the process of getting the key to the new apartment was fast and easy. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. Jawad, the staff member I was working with was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the moving process was easy for me. Thank You again!
The only reason we did not lease here is because the commute to my new job would have been rediculously far. Other than that, we would have LOVED to live at Inwood. Jay was super helpful in our search for a two bedroom and we instantly loved the community. Will definitely consider Inwood if we decide to rent again. Thanks Jay for taking the time and making sure we saw any all available units.
Horrible experience
Truly the best experience I have had with a leasing office. I am happily renewing my lease due to the level of customer service, and the comfortable amenities and environment.
My brother and sister in law had a terrible experience here. Don’t waste your time Or money!! They were both charged a completely unreasonable amount of money. Save yourself the time and money and rent elsewhere!!
The most disappointing management I have ever come across so far. They will show you most deceiving apartment and make us to apply for the available vacant apartment saying that the unit is fully upgraded as shown (model). But it doesn’t, and the management people or the people in the front desk, wont even bother to answer your questions and not much helpful for new tenants. We recently approached here for rental but we got deceived with new looks of other apartment but the one which we choose is supposed to be not upgraded (but they said it is upgraded one) and this was not notified to us before. Luckily we came to know after roaming to their office many times. We are totally disappointed with the management. They wont even respond to the calls.
Great community with up to date amenities. I highly recommend!
This place is crazy beautiful and spacious. Love it.
Can any existing tenant tell me whats the average utility bill you pay per month? I greatly appreciate your help.
Seriously, do yourself & your wallet a favor and keep clear of this place. Dont think youre going to leave there without paying an absurd fee. I thought the same and I was wrong. Do not ignore the negative reviews like I did, there are truths to them all. This place isnt as luxurious as it sounds. Check out the Reading Commons in Woburn and Seven springs apartment in Burlington! Ive heard great things about them from friends and family.
The apartment itself is great and so is some of the staff. I love the gym and the basketball court when it is open. To be honest, not sure how this company operates with possibly the most faulty payment system in the world. We have lived here for 9 months now and signed up for automatic payments and the first month it didnt work and the staff said it was just a glitch in the program and it would be fixed. Next month came and same issue. Fast forward 9 months and it is still not working. 127 locations and they cant figure out how to get a payment portal to work. We were late on one payment because of this and they slapped an eviction warning on our door. Love the apartment but this is extremely frustrating and now I might be forced to renew.... So excited
Nice community, lots of parking, big apartments, good service and good amenities, but watch out for that rent increase when your lease is up for renewal! They will get you every time, plus, if you dont give 60 days notice (you get 10 days to decide if the rent hike is worth it or not), then they move you to a month-to-month lease with a $1000/month surcharge. I liked living here enough, but they made it really hard to stay, and I ultimately passed on renewing.
All the negative reviews are true! Don’t let them fool you! Do not sign that lease! They are having you pay crazy rent for nothing! It’s not luxurious and the management are the most rude people I’ve ever encountered! Kelly Wollinger specifically! She doesn’t treat you with the dignity or respect you deserve. All they see is $$$ and they’ll find a way to get it from you even if you dot your I’s and cross your T’s
I never ever write reviews but I feel like I have to. When we first moved in, everything was great but it takes time until you realize how it really is here. The amount of noise you can hear from neighbors is concerning, the bugs are concerning we are always killing centipedes all year round. Neighbors are inconsiderate and no one picks up after their dogs. People leave trash in hallways. When it comes to winter the plowing is horrible and they barley salt the sidewalks. My boyfriend actually fell last year and I’m petrified about this year because I’m pregnant. The leasing staff are nice but are not helpful, they come off like they are but don’t fix any issue you go to them about. When they don’t want to deal with you anymore they completely stop responding to you and ignore you. They only care about their end of the lease and not yours. It is also SO incredibly expensive to live here it doesn’t even make sense and they raise your rent after each lease is up. We cannot wait to move out of here next fall, a huge stress will be lifted off of our shoulders. Please really consider the reviews here. We read them and thought “oh people will always have something negative to say” But I can see why now and I felt like I had to help out any future people who are considering living here. The one star that I’m giving this place is for Bill, one of the maintenance people because he always goes above and beyond for us.
Clean nice apartment complex.
I moved in 4/2017; my rent was $1,787. Upon renewal, they raised my rent 20%, from $1,787 to $2,147. Unfortunately, I had to renew due to my circumstances.I read reviews prior to moving in and saw similar renewal increases and asked mgmt to make sure I wouldnt be put in the same situation as the other reviewers. I was assured that they followed standard renewal increases at 3% max.I definitely do not recommend Inwood West, unless you are prepared for about a 20% increase in rent upon renewal.
AC in our unit was broken and we were stuck moving in to an apartment that was 85 degrees with no sense of urgency from maintenance. Our whole time there consisted of dealing with non responsive management.

I was a resident at Inwood since October of 2018. I relocated out of state for a few months and once I returned back to Massachusetts this month, I was going between a few different apartment communities. There’s some beautiful communities in Woburn, and some brand new ones going up as well. I chose to come back to Inwood West for 3 main reasons. Biggest reason being the service that the leasing office provides. Kelly, Jae, Lauren - thank you! You are far too patient and Always want to find solutions to any requests. This time around I was extremely picky with apartment preferences, features, floor plan, building number, etc and Kelly went above and beyond. I rented a unit without seeing it and when I arrived in the middle of the night from my 24hour plus long drive, the unit was perfect. Even better than my last apartment. From acknowledging my building preference, to flooring to amenities. Everything was just as explained prior to me arriving. And they even put my bed into my apartment that was delivered before I arrived. Other reasons for choosing inwood over somewhere else - maintenance guys are awesome - they fix everything when needed. And most importantly, I feel safe in this community. Not that Woburn isn’t safe as is, but you really feel a sense of home here at Inwood West.
Very dissatisfied with this complex. They are extremely misleading and have had hidden fees. It’s truly sad to see an organization put money before the needs of their customers, who keep them a float: I would highly recommend other individuals to steer very far away from this place. Save yourself the trouble and hassle in the future.
Decent place to live but with a non-responsive management team. Very family centric with an active community though. Maintenance is quick, even when a water main burst in our apartment and almost destroyed one of our rooms. There is NO GUEST PARKING, all guests must pay $3/day to park from 9pm-5am. Be sure to shell out extra monthly costs for the personal mailboxes in the parcel center, because Ive had packages stolen from the room and management has yet to even acknowledge the problemIf you need to rent here, only plan on staying for 1 year, as rent can jump up as high as 10% for even re-signers. Their perks for excusing the huge rent jumps are laughable at best.EDIT: adjusted for recent experiences.
If you love thin floors and listening to foot stomping and what sounds like bowling balls coming through your ceiling, this place is for you. If you are looking for rude inconsiderate neighbors that only think of themselves, this place is for you. If you really love incompetent, rude management who are only interested in signing leases and not service after you move in, this place is for you. If you love your rent going up $150 per year, this place is for you. AND if you love your car being vandalized or hit in the parking lot, this place is definitely for you. If you read this review and still decide to rent here, dont say you have not been warned.
We had a terrible experience with the leasing office today. We have signed a lease with the office by looking at the model room, and we want to have a look to our own room before our lease starts, they refused our request very rude on the phone. Then my wife went to their office, they are still very rude and refused our request at first. They asked us to leave and told us we didnt made an appointment. After insisting on visiting our room, they finally let us enter our room. My wife is sensitive to the noise, and she can still hear the noise made by the air condition in the model room (just below our room). She previous called whether they would shut down the air condition and heat when they went off of normal time, they said they wont. When we was visiting the room, they said shutting down the utility is their routine work, which is totally inconsistent with what they said in the phone. How can you trust these persons. We feel really disappointed in the whole process then we previous visit. When you havent signed a lease, they do not require you to make an appointment to come, but after you signed the lease, things have changed. Their attitude is rude, they are not trying to help you, they are just cheating you and make you sign the lease, then ignore you!!!! Just like the previous review, I want people like us be aware of that.
The apartments are nice and the location is great. In terms of maintenance this place is not worth the price we pay. Since we moved in we have had mice, a washer that broke and leaked everywhere, our sink disposal has never worked quite right (despite numerous maintenance requests), the window in one of our bedrooms wont stay open (again despite numerous maintenance requests) and the worst issue has been a faulty alarm system in our building that is right up against our bedroom wall..for the last two months we have submitted over 15 maintenance requests to fix it ( when it goes off it continuously beeps)..they have yet to fix the problem for more than a day. Also when you call the emergency line no one answers and the voicemail box is full! Dont waste your money..
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Even worse than the one where I had a grown mans watery feces rain into my kitchen. My first year was fine. I moved in mid-summer of 2018. The management was friendly, and I had no serious maintenance issues. The problems began the following spring. I had just reluctantly signed a renewal lease, despite a pretty substantial rent increase of about 7.5%, because my experience at the property up to that point had been good enough that it wasnt worth the hassle to move. That was a mistake. I have had a few severe issues since then:1. My air conditioning system has been malfunctioning since late spring of 2019. Through the month of June, I submitted 3 maintenance requests. The first time, the coolant was refilled. The second time, the coolant was again refilled, despite my suggesting that there might be a leak in the plumbing. The third time, the coolant was refilled and the leak allegedly fixed, but come Independence Day Im sitting in my living room sweating at 83 degrees. I submitted a fourth request, which was allegedly resolved this evening without ever entering my apartment, yet the A/C is still blowing warm air.2. I have had issues with my clothes washer since at least the end of May. The washer spin cycle would sometimes fail to engage, leaving my clothes soaking wet and with some soapy residue that dried and hardened after running through the drier. I submitted a maintenance request in June, at the same time I submitted my first A/C request. The maintenance crewman with whom I spoke said that this had happened with several washers across the property, and that I would have a replacement unit installed when they had new ones available, in a few weeks time at most. The next day, the request was closed and marked as resolved, and in the 1 month since then I have not heard anything regarding a replacement washer.3. Also in June, a severe natural gas leak occurred in my building, causing it to be evacuated at about 5am. So, the fire department and the gas company came, shut off all gas to the building, and vented it out before letting us back in. Stressful, to be sure, **especially because somebody died due to a gas explosion in Andover last fall**, but I understand that gas leaks happen sometimes, and theyre almost always resolved without issue. However, the managements response to the leak was abysmal. I called the front office early in the afternoon to ask whether the cause of the leak was determined, and the person I first spoke to was not even aware that a leak had occurred and that a whole building had been evacuated. They then handed the phone to another person who had just heard about it. As a reminder, **somebody had died due to a gas explosion less than a year prior, less than a half-hours drive away**. And the front office apparently didnt hear about the gas leak that caused an entire building to be evacuated in their complex until I called to ask them about it ~10 hours after it happened. Its now just under a month since that leak occurred. I have received no official communication from the community management about the cause of the leak. I spoke informally to a maintenance crewman, who told me that I and my neighbors were lucky that somebody woke up at 4:30AM for work and reported the smell, because there was a ruptured gas line and the gas concentration could have become sufficient to cause an explosion within a few hours after that. For the record, I largely blame the management for these issues. I dont think theres a single person in the front office now who was there when I signed my first lease. I believe the maintenance issues are a direct result of penny-pinching management, toeing every line, doing everything they can get away with to maximize profits. If the management really wanted to, Im sure they could find a way to have my washer replaced and my A/C system repaired within a week, but evidently they care more about money than they do about establishing good will with the residents.Dont rent at Inwood West.
STAY AWAY.Dont bother with this place. Anything they sell you on wont work or will be broken. Theyll tell you anything to get you to sign the lease then will surprises will come bit by bit. They dont take care of the place and if they eventually fix something it will be months.Very dissatisfied after a few months here.
Decent living there. Fine with pets. Charged us $500 dollars to repair 3 small stains in the apartment upon moving. Would never recommend to anyone.
Great move in, like this smart property.
I never seen bad place like inwood west
The most AWEFUL experience. The apartments are nice however the practices of the leasing office is unethical AT BEST ! Compleat scam in every level. I highly suggest getting anything said in writing or be sourly disappointed in every step of the way. The management is the absolute worst and be prepared to shell out a lot of unnecessary money due to undisclosed expenses. The elivator s break, and they hardly shovel snow. Good luck getting packages, or mail.Update:The rats are also the size of cats and they run around without fear. The general location is good but everything and everything about inwood is absolutely horrendous !!!!!!!!!!!! Folks who have disabilities they openly discriminate against those who have disabilities!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great place to live, quiet building, easy to park and easy access to major highways for commuters
Quiet and peaceful place. Great playground for the kids and nice pool for warm days.
Luxury??? NOT. Maybe just the price. I have lived here for 6 months and am very unimpressed. The complex is nice and off the main road. The mosquitoes are awful they have retention ponds on the property for them to breed in. A month ago my roof started to leak had to catch it in a bucket and it STILL has not been fixed. Even after telling them I have an infant with respiratory disease who CAN NOT have mold. They are PHONY and keep saying next week. Someone has not even LOOKED at the problem. After the lease is up they increase by 20% in rent so ALL of my neighbors have left since October. Maybe if employers offered raises of 20% a year the increase would make sense. This is the first review I have ever filled out because I really do not want someone else to be fooled.
We lived at Inwood for less than a year. There is excessive turnover with the management team,, the noise is excessive and it is the worst place that I have ever lived. I cannot recommend it to anyone, my opinion.
Highly recommended.. beautiful place to live
It has its ups and downs. Ill go more into detail once I move out next year.
Moving into a cardboard box seems like it would be an improvment
We had high hopes for this apartment community, but have been very disappointed. We had to wait over a week to get a response regarding fixing our in-unit dryer. Also, there has been an ongoing issue in our building with a resident continually pulling the fire alarm and vandalizing the building. After 3 months, this issue is still unresolved. Management is difficult to reach and has been unresponsive. If youre considering moving here, I would definitely look elsewhere.
I am super surprised about all the negative reviews! We have been living here for about eight months now and as far as apartment living goes it has been a wonderful experiance. Yes, sometimes you can hear your neighboors, but living in close proximity to others that is to be expected from time to time. For the most part it is very quiet, so quiet that we even forget we have neighboors from time to time. The staff at the leasing office have always been friendly and very helpful. The couple times we had maintenance requests service was provided in a timely manor. One time it was our air conditioning unit that went out. A part had to be ordered so until it arrived, (which was the following day), they installed window units to keep us comfortable. Yes people dump furniture from time to time when moving in/out. However trucks come by periodically and pick it up. I would not say it is a bad thing nessesarily. We have picked up some really nice pieces people have discarded as well as donated furniture we salvaged to a local charitiy. Though I do have to say it would be nice to have a designated place for people to leave thier unwanted furniture! The grounds are kept very clean an nice. Love how the landscaping is updated often; especially the flowers as the entrance. The amenities are great, upkept and very clean as well. I would deffinitly recommend this place!
Great place with great people! Very welcoming community!
Great place! Great team! loving the Inwood West Experience!
Unprofessional and unresponsive when you have an issue
Over-priced and under-maintained. Stained mattresses and discarded furniture lie around for for weeks; hallway carpets are worn and stained (at least, in my building); garbage overflows from the dumpsters almost every weekend.
Stay clear of this place! All the negative reviews are true. Do not rent with them!
The management is a combination of incompetence, arrogance and laziness with an officious and predatory attitude. Their payment system is needlessly complex and innacurate, their rental fees are excessive and in my case they informed me that my rent would increase by almost $500/month when the lease ended. I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE A NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY!!!
Great place to live love the service!
Great place, friendly people!!
Do not lease from this residence, ever. They do not answer your emails or your phone calls if you have an emergency. They are incompetent and overpriced for low quality appliances and customer service.
They are the worst. Do not move in here.
Horrible don’t least there Management is the worse called several times left messages never got back appliances are cheap hallways are determined trash everywhere awful place to live I got out as soon as I could lease somewhere else
If you like overpaying for an apartment this place is for you.
Buyer beware.
