I visited the Sears Hometown Store this week looking for a low profile microwave, Troy was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I bought my Husqvarna mower from here earlier this year after reading reviews about weathered mowers being bought from out front of big box stores. I was hoping for a price match to Lowes, but it ended up being cheaper. I just bought a 9 yard bagger that came with the wrong bracket. I took it in and three guys at the Sears store tried to put it on their floor model. They confirmed it was wrong and got me the right bracket for my mower. Super helpful.

I ended up having to order the freezer online, use the coupon, then do store pick up to this store just to get the deal.
