I have been doing business with these folks for years. I like it when I am greeted with a hello and my name. They sell and service Toro and Stihl products. I have purchase several Toro mowers and snow blowers, a Stihl chainsaw, several blowers and trimmers. Each time my kids bought their first house they got my old trimmer, blower and snow blower and mower and dad gets the be one. All of these products are still running. They fix things right the first time

I have used Rapids Rental various times for renting brush mowers, post hole diggers, tillers, etc. Each and every time, the staff was courteous and helpful, all with a smiling face! The owner is top notch and I had the pleasure of buying my new Columbia riding mower from him on Friday. Great service and an excellent business.

Great place and people

After doing a lot of shopping around, trying to decide what type, size & kind of riding lawn mower was right for our needs, we were left undecided. Big box stores have good prices & selection, but no setup or followup service without calling some place else. Then we stopped in at Rapids Rental to see what they had to offer. After Todd spent significant time, patiently listening to our situation, needs & price range, he explained a few options to choose from & what the pluses & minuses would be for each model, taking into account our yards situation. So the selection was easy; not too big or too small. A 42 deck, twin cylinder engine, a foot controlled hydrostatic tractor with a rear bagger setup fit just right. And then with them being in business for 4 decades, keeping customers happy, we felt theyd be there for us too, long after the sale. Theyre very friendly, very knowledgeable, very experienced & nice people to deal with. We even got free delivery & 2 additional mower blades with our end of season purchase. So were very pleased & recommend them & their services. Thank you Todd, Alec & others at Rapids Rental & Supply! 👍

Super friendly and professional service selling top notch brands and parts. First time in and I love the place. Asked about a part over the phone and when I walked in they had it sitting ready for me. The techs are very smart and relatable. I would go there again and again. I get same great service from my trusty Stihl dealer back where Im from.

Very helpful and friendly.

Rented a brush cutter the day I needed it. I called ahead and it was ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at my project and the machine had a belt issue. I returned the machine to the store and they had another machine all ready for me to take as a substitute. Upon completing the job I returned everything and received a significant discount for the trouble. Great service. I will be back again.

Amazing customer service! I was in a bind and emailed after hours to reserve something the next morning. I received a response within an hour and I picked it up the next morning! Very friendly and helpful staff! Family owned and local! Highly recommend and will be using for all my rental needs!
