I went to Orlando Watch Co to purchase a high end Seiko model only sold in authorized Seiko Luxe dealers. I am from out of town but was traveling to Orlando for leisure and called ahead to see if they had the watch I was after in stock. I spoke with Fred and he told they did have two in stock and that he would hold it for me in the back before I arrived. I even offered to place a deposit on it just to ensure it was there, and even though I wasn’t fully committed to buying it yet because I wanted to see it in person first, Fred told me that wasn’t necessary.I arrived in town a couple of days later and went into the store. I was very impressed with the store front and the selection of watches they had for both new and pre owned time pieces. I met with Fred and he remembered our phone conversation immediately and brought out my watch for me to see. I decided to buy the watch within the first two minutes of my visit, but wanted to look around and check out all that they had in the store. Fred took the time to show me different timepieces, even ones that were way out of price range, simply because I am a watch aficionado and wanted to hold these pieces in person. One of the pieces I tried on and go to experience was a vintage Rolex with an asking price of 69K!! Overall I was very impressed by the level of service and the knowledge possessed by Fred and some of the other staff that I interacted with.Overall it was a very pleasant and professional experience and they have gained a customer for life! I will always think of Fred and Orlando Watch Co in the future and have no doubt they will always take care of me, both in and out of state.

I took my Rolex to Orlando Watch Company to get resurfaced. I was a little hesitant but after careful research and positive word of mouth recommendations I decided to trust them. I was quoted a 2 week turn around, however it was ready in a week! I picked it up and thought it looked better but wasn’t overly impressed. I thought that way until I looked at before and after pics. I was blown away when I saw the difference! Nick is very knowledgeable and friendly. Fred did a great job and is a true craftsman.I have a few other watches getting serviced and repaired with them. I dropped my watch by because it had stopped working after being boxed up for months and I had hoped it was just a battery. I was told it would be about 45 minutes to examine it. I ran some other errands and returned and was given my watch with a smile.

I am in town this week on vacation from Virginia, and discovered that my Tag Heuer was not keeping correct time. Fortunately, I was in Downtown Orlando and was close to the store, so I decided to make a drop in visit to the shop to see if they could assess what was the issue with the watch.Upon entering the store, I was cheerily greeted and allowed Orlando Watch to take a look at the Tag. It was (fotunately) the battery, so they replaced the battery, did a waterproofing test, adjusted the closure hasp on the watch and had it back to me by 5 pm. So If I am back in the Orlando area and need quick minor service performed on my Tag Heuer, I will be returning to Orlando Watch Company. Thank you and WELL DONE!

I know a one star review is not what a company should have to endure. However I am not a happy repeat customer.A few months ago I purchased a King Samurai Seiko via your store with the assistance of Fred. He was wonderful and I have no complaints about himA few days ago I stopped by to look at a few watches I am debating. Unfortunately I was not dressed in my best clothing. Simple jeans and a t shirt. I asked (after waiting quite a while) to look at two watches which I asked for by brand and model name. This should have made the salesman realize I have a watch knowledge. He acted as if I was bothering him. He offered no additional information regarding the watches. He was not friendly and seemed happy to to see me leave.I was totally embarrassed in front of my daughterJudging a book by its cover is poor salesmanshipI will drive a few more miles and go to Mayors or just orderly directly from the watchmaker.

Fantastic service. I brought my watch in for a service and the process was quick and easy. Its clear that they know what theyre talking about and they know how to handle high-end watches something I found other shops dont know how to do. Its great to find a local shop with their experience.

I have a Guess watch that is the worse design since the notch is right next to the lug so no one can get the tool underneath to pop the back off. I took it to 3 people and they not only couldn’t pop the back off they scratched it all up! Orlando Watch not only changed the battery but buffed the scratches off the back! They were so helpful and friendly. I will only go to this store from now on.

I cannot rave enough about OWC! Great location, friendly and welcoming feel from the moment I walked in the door, extremely knowledgeable staff! While I did not make a purchase on my initial visit, I will certainly be back and will be purchasing from OWC. Too bad every retail experience couldnt be like this! 5 stars. Definitely recommend.

This has become my go-to watch store in the Orlando area. Its a family run watch store/service location. Everyone is willing to help and is very knowledgeable when it comes to watches. There are a large variety of brands on display, both new and used, and they happen to be the only Authorized Dealer that sells the Grand Seiko brand in Orlando.I really enjoyed talking about watches with the employees there and Im enjoying my Grand Seiko that I bought from them!

Weve been going here for years to get watch repairs and replacement batteries. This past week they were super quick on a battery replacement and even fixed my friends purse chain that had broken at the same time. They are awesome!

Great watch store with a large selection of watches and excellent with watch repair. I came to repair the broken metal band on my watch which was a graduation present from my father. The problem was, the piece that broke was a welded piece. I gave it to the store attendant who began analyzing it and first thought, their would be a lot of labor to fix the watch. However, after further analysis, he found a cheaper solution. They fixed my watch in 5 minutes and I was out the door. Great group of honest, hard working guys at Orlando Watch Co.

Best place to bring any type of timepiece but particularly a valuable one. Trustworthy and knowledgeable personnel who genuinely love timepieces. Prices for repairs are very fair and reasonable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took almost 1 month to size my watch and and no one called with a status.

The folks at Orlando Watch Company were awesome and very patient with my decision making process. I spent a couple hours in their store before deciding I didnt want to purchase a particular watch. What they did though is listen to my needs and my objections about the watch I came to look at, then made a great recommendation for a different one. A great watch lovers store with informative and friendly staff. I have gone to the shop 3 or 4 times with out making a purchase - I was even recognized when I entered (they also remembered the watches I was interested in). After going over each watch brand (a solid 30 minutes each visit) they strongly recommended the Grand Seiko Snowflake to me. I told them I wanted to do more research (adding to the list of visits with no purchase). Next time I was greeted with the same class and friendliness. I made the purchase and couldnt be happier. They have replaced the battery in my watch several times and also repaired it for me. Fast, convenient and done correctly. Have gone to other places that left me with a damp watch inside and a hefty repair bill. Not here, service had always been done in about 40 minutes and done correctly. The only watch repair shop Ill go to!!!

Snooty watch company is a good name, if you wear a tie and are from Winter Park, you might get taken care of. They had my Panerai twice for a over six months for service. Running exactly the same as it was before. Will not return phone calls or emails. Had to finally go get my watch. Basically got a $500 watch polish

I called prior to visiting the store, and was told what the price would be. I didnt feel the love from staff this time around, and I figured it was due to how busy they were. What bothered me is that I was charged more than the original quote that I was given. When I asked why that was, I was told it was due to one of the watches being more challenging. Im cool with paying more when it is justified, however I dont feel it was in this scenario. I have adjusted my rating of the store from a 5 star to a 3 star. (2nd visit).

Should be called the snobby shop. I took a very nice very old watch that still runs after more than a hundred years there for appraisal. They didnt call me as promised when I went back the guy was snobby made me feel like I didnt meet his standards he discounted my watch for being American made. If I had been one of their regular cronies with the same watch it would have been a different story.

Shady and unprofessional... so a few months ago I come across their site and see a Cartier Roadster that they have... I am located in Tampa and I call to see if they are interested in trading a Cartier Santos 100... sure he says, of course he needs to see it to evaluate... so off to Orlando my wife and I go... long story short once I get there and he looks at it- he says that none of his clientele would be interested in my watch and that I would probably do better if I just try to sell it on eBay or Craigslist... that he would NEVER buy my watch. So, imagine to my surprise that I go back on his site a bit later to see if the Roadster is still available and what do I see - you got it- the EXACT same type of watch (Cartier Santos 100 with black rubber bracelet) that I had presented for trade. Not sure what he didnt like about my watch or me, but to make the remarks that he made and then go out and procure one for sale really tells me a lot about the character of this guy. Thank you for not allowing me to spend, um lose, my money to you and if this is an indication of your guile as a businessman, then Im surprised to see that youve lasted this long

Visited the store to have a watch battery replaced. No problems with the work. However, I felt like the older man that assisted me was not happy to do so. My kids asked me later, after we left, why the man behaved the way he did. While I could not say for sure, he sure made it seem like he did not want me there. Its unfortunate because the only reason I made the trip to the store was because I had previously been in and was assisted by a nice younger gentleman that made me feel welcome. Two stars because at least the watch works. Dont think Ill be in again.

Gone in a few times for different things. Always pleasant. Three different jewelers had problems opening up my Suunto Core and one of them messed it up. These guys fixed me up and charged for battery only. Highly recommend.

Great family owned business that treats you like family!

The reviews I read before coming here for a watch repair misscharicterises what you will experience as a customer. The staff here is incapable of making finer adjustments to mechanical movements. I found that they render deft and half complete repair. Watch repair here Guarantees that you will deal with shrude repairers. I had to bring my wach back 3 times for a todal of 6 trips only to have send my watch to the manufacturer.If They were too quick to render repair and instead should have evaluated and examined the time peice.

Asked them if they could have the dial on my vintage GP Sea Hawk restored/refinished I delivered the watch to them in Winter Park on park ave. they had the watch for 15 days and did nothing but scraped/damaged the dial and told me they could not do any thing for me.They might be able to change a battery.

I took in a Casio that was my fathers. I had different Jewelers and watch people tell me it would be upwards of $145 to fix. Casio told me I should just get another watch.There was a sentimental value to the watch. Took it to Orlando watch company they replace the coil $15 out of pocket. Could not be happier and will recommend them to anyone

I called the store and spoke to a very nice and informative man who answered my questions and invited me to the store. I could not make it before they closed so i drove from Oviedo to their store the next morning (today) and i got there at 9:53am.A lady acknowledge me thru the window and said we open at 10:00am. OK so i went and sat in my car till 10:01am... Went back to the door and a different lady was standing just inside the front door and apparently did not see me standing there... So after a minute or so i sat down on the bench in front of the store. 2 minutes later or so the first lady came from a door to the left and unlocked the door,this time she did not acknowledge me opened the front door walked in and locked the door again. I cant tell you how Unprofessional that was... So i stood up waited a second and after the Cold shoulder i left! Never will i return to that store again. All i needed was to get a watch sized but they were too busy to take the time and even talk to me.... Very sad

When I talked to them I felt like theyre very passionate about watches. Its not just that theyll look at it and give you a quote or something but theyll actually talk to you about the piece you have. I got the feeling that theyre very skilled and they know what theyre talking about.

So I happened to be visiting Florida from the United Kingdom when I discovered this fantastic shop, originally I had just gone in to have a look but I ended up purchasing a Breitling at a great price, they told me it was preowned but honestly I thought it was brand-new considering the condition.....amazing. I shall be telling my friends in England where to go when they visit Florida! Cheers guys

A diminutive little watch store in the heart of downtown Winter Park on Park Ave across from Panera Bread...... Before you walk through the door, the full windows on either side taunt you with some of thier nicest wearable timepieces they carry.!!!as you enter the shop youre immediately surrounded by timepieces from all over the world from all eras, from new to vintage and all subtly displayed by manufacturers in numerous horizontal and vertical glass cases... the deeper you go to the cases at the rear of the store, the more your eyes are treated to the best valuable and rare watches that money can buy.!!!The staff is an invaluable wealth of information about thier inventory and more. the tinkerers in back working in the rear glass enclosed work space are some of the best that I would trust working on my collection of chronographs. and if they dont have it in house they will order it or do thier best to find it for you, if it exists.!!!Ive been coming here for years and Ive never been disappointed with staff or service... so if they cant find for you, it doesnt exist.!!! If they cant fix it, it will make a great display piece with a story.!!!Time to get rid of that gaudy piece of gold plated potmetal you bought on The Home Shopping Network and buy a true conversation piece that only another watch connoisseur can relate too (so you can keep that sly grin to yourself every time you strap it to your wrist around everyone else) and then pass it down to your children so they can share your grin too.

I brought my Omega Seamaster in to have the crystal replaced. I called back ~1 1/2 weeks later to find out the part is still on back order, OWC stated they would contact me ASAP. 2 weeks go by and I call again to find out my watch is ready. I asked why I was not contacted and they responded with we emailed you. Not my preferred method, as I expected one phone call at least. I pick my watch up look at it briefly and am super excited to have it back. On the car ride home, as I admire the new crystal, the sun shines on the face and I notice a clear finger print. As I try to rub the finger print off of the crystal I realize it was underneath!! Super let down and upset I turn right back around and show the watch. They stare at me puzzled as if they did not do this, good thing I returned within the hour of picking it up. They fixed the watch less than an hour later by opening it up from the back and cleaning the crystal. No pun intended but is this amateur hour! If this is a high end watch company and they cannot even replace the crystal without such an amateur mistake I would be wary of hiring OWC for any further repairs especially more complex. No compensation was provided aside from what I already had paid for and took two times to get right, which I am surprised no good faith was shown on there end to try and build any confidence back in the business. I will not return...
