Loved our stay. Easy booking process, room was very clean; staff was VERY friendly.

We rented a condo at water crest 1402 for a week. I’ll have to say it was the filthiest condo I’ve ever stayed at, very dirty carpet torn curtains, counters in kitchen were dirty bathrooms were very dirty even one of the tubs were cracked along the bottom, master bedroom had a stain on the bottom sheet, ceiling fans had heavy dust on all blades. I’ll never rent through this company ever again and they want to refund me $75 for this, This company is a joke look elsewhere when renting.

Upon arrival to the condo as we walked in we noticed it hadnt been cleaned yet. The beds were unmade and slept in by the previous guests. The bathrooms had used wet wash clothes hanging everywhere and wet towels all over the floor. We were unsure who to report to as we needed it cleaned immediately so we emailed, texted, and called like the instructions stated. We got no one on the phone or email. Someone named Jacob texted and then called us. He quickly said he could be there in a little bit and asked if there was extra linens in the closets we could use...he said he guesses he could come wipe some things down about 45 minutes later 2 women show up to clean. He had told us on the phone that hed do a quick clean that night and send for a full clean the next day which takes up 2 of our days. This didnt even happen anyways we got a quick clean the night we arrived. We expressed we had all our luggage downstairs still, and groceries as we planned to have dinner at the condo. We ended up having to leave that night while they cleaned. Mind you we have 3 little girls and it was late. We were left with 5 bath towels for 5 of us for 7 days. The listing states it has a washer and dryer. It did not. They said they forgot to update it. It was a community washer/dryer that costs TWELVE quarters only for ONE use. There is a coin shortage and both my husband and I drove around searching for some so we could wash our bath towels. With no luck because no where would give quarters. Unacceptable for a family of 5 with 3 little girls who go to the beach and pool every day...We were left with a $100 visa card as an apology. The fans in the condo barely spun they did not work so we were very hot every night. Teeming VR finally emailed back AFTER we checked out to see that our condo got cleaned. 7 days later they responded. They definitely were not sorry and only apologized for the delay and said to hope to see us soon...$2,000 later. Never again. It wouldnt have been as bad if they had better customer service and actually apologized.

I had the best experience with the maintenance team! I had an issue and they addressed it right away and did everything they could to make our stay an amazing experience. We will definitely book through them again!!

Had family stay recently and had to leave less then 24 hours into their stay due to black mold issues inside the rental. This company refuses to refund the stay even with photos and video evidence of the issue. I have advised them to send the information to the health department along with the booking system they used. Also the TVs didn’t work, WiFi didnt work, this place and company. Refs to be avoided at all costs. How a company with touts quality rentals and own a realty company, you would think they would take care of their customers. I would avoid their places as it seems like a good place to get legionaries disease among other issues. Oh after they left they stated they need make sure that my family’s stuff was out so they can rebook the place. Forget cleaning the black mold!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We booked a condo for NSB with Teeming Vacation Rentals and they overbooked us. We had our car packed with a 4 year old and we had to call to ask them what the combo code was to get access. At that time, they told us they meant to call us to cancel the reservation but somehow failed to, They stated there was nothing they could do and told us we would have never got the price we received the confirmation email for. They took no responsibility and frankly didnt care that we were not contacted and that my husbands birthday weekend at the beach was overbooked and we had nowhere to go. WE WILL NEVER BOOK ANY TRIP THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
