Great place they gave me the best vacation a a great price I have bought 2 vacations from them now and have had the best time thanks

Due to a series of unfortunate events (illness and accidents), and after 9 YEARS of paying more and more and MORE into this company to have a CHANCE to travel, they call in the middle of a pandemic to ask for more money to be able to book! We had planned to travel this spring but the borders are closed for the forseeable future! Now they want $800 to extend for a year! With what is going on, it should have been a courtesy call to say they had given all their customers a 6-9 monthextension to travel!!!!? Garbage!!!!!!!!!!

For you all to have great deals to offer you all completely SUCK! Your customer service is HORRIBLE and is bad branding for your company. They are very rude, nasty, and lack knowledge of your company. There is ABSOLUTELY no cohesion in what you express in FL and the information provided through the customer service line. You lie and offer people PROMISES you CANNOT keep. You fail to provide potential customers all the information they need to partake of vacations you assure/ensure they can have. I do not wish you great success in the future AT ALL. You all LIED to me and to think I was going to become a preferred guest. I dont think so!!! The agony of trying to book my trip has been breathtaking. I cannot believe you deceive innocent individuals in paying you all for nothing! For you you to dupe people out of their money makes you no better than the next scamming company.

$398.00 SCAMI payed for a guest package and never received the hard copy package package required to book. (Also try to find there info phone or address that works, unless they call you or provide) I was unable to confirm a travel date, and today was my 18 month deadline. The word scam comes to mind and I will never entertain over the phone guest packages again.$398.00 SCAMI am sure its a great vacation for all the 5 stars reviews I see. I am sure many of us did not.

An awesome company to book rentals with. We used them twice and had a great interaction. The service was outstanding. If we had an issue, they took care of it asap.

Biggest scam of your life. Dont do it. They dont care about you, they dont care about the lies they tell to get you into a package. This company are con artists. They will sell you packages you cant even use then make you jump through hoops trying to use it.

The only reason I put a star was to get my question out there.I’m getting a bill for a past due of $299.00 for 2029 and renewal fee for $299.00 for 2020. I have no idea who they are. Does anyone know if they use a different name?

We paid into one of their vacation offers a few years ago. We were unable to take the trip, and lost our money.We now get a DAILY phone call from them, and every day, we ask them to take us OFF their call sheet... To NO avail!! Still get DAILY calls from them!My next step is to report them to the proper authorities.

I was reluctant at first because their Promotion sounded too good to be true. Obviously you have to do a Vacation Club presentation which was very laid back. The best way to save on Orlando!

Had yet another great week in Orlando with PGR. Took the family to the parks and also just relaxed at our fantastic accommodations. We travel every 3 or 4 years and always have a great time. Thanks again,Rod and Family

Pure Scam! They called me and made me buy a package for 3 nights Orlando and 2 nights somewhere else (I took Fort Lauderdale) if I go to two presentations which would last 90 minutes. I went there and they TOOK 5 HOURS EACH. It basically ruined my vacation. The people who do the presentation try to selll you some time-share vacation plan that absolutely makes no sense to buy and they make you stay there or otherwise theyd charge you extra hundreds of Dollars. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY OF THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This company calls me every day, sometimes 10 times a day. I block one number and they will call me from another number. They will tell me their first name when they call and when I ask their last name, they hang up on me. I have reported them to the FCC. Do not accept their phone calls, it is a big mistake!

One star is a compliment for these people, what a bunch of unprofessional people, and if you get a Spanish speaking representative, you are done, uneducated, rude, lack of knowledge about their products and if you talk with different people, they will all tell you different stuff. It is so shady!!! What can I say, the worst, plus, you can find better prices by looking yourself. The worst.PS. Just be careful because you will always be speaking to a manager, and they do not even update the notes on their system, lol.

The worst possible experience I have had with a vacation club. Avoid this like the plague. Do NOT part with a single cent of your hard earned money. They will nickel and dime your credit card and then ultimately double charge you for your hotel by fraudulently claiming you didnt attend the required vacation package sales meeting when you did attend. Im sure it is their way of gaining some additional money from you when you decline to purchase their scam package at a cost of over $15K. I would not give them the single star (above) but it was the only way I was able to post this warning to any of their future victims.

I wish, if I could rate them in minus stars. They called me and asked me to make an Instant decision on the package, told me I have to take survey but never told me tat I need to goto another location during vacation and attend some presentation and being failed to do so they charged me extra. They gave Rosen inn in Florida which was filled with roaches and was not even worth 50 dollars, I ended up paying 550 for tat place. Please people be careful before signing up. Later they blame you for purchasing it.

Preferred Guest Resorts is a Great Resort Rental company if you are looking for a 3-7 night stay in one of their 1 or 2 bedroom resort collection properties including Riverpointe in Napa Valley and Rivers Crossing nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains of TN. Also Great rental properties in Central Florida area. Minorca in New Smyrna Beach is breathtaking.

The sales agent was awesome the accommodations were way above what I expected for the money they really under promise and over deliver

I am very happy to have won this vacation, I was able to use my two destinations, I do not know how they attend in English, but the Spanish department is excellent, they helped me with my reservations and they communicated with me at all times, the hotels were very nice and they complied. With everything they promised me, I recommend the company, especially Ms. Maritza was the person who attended me, THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!
