Sky is AWESOME-SAUCE.COM!I want to say I had the Pleasure of speaking with Mauricio from your Customer Service team on March-15th. He was so AWESOME with helping me make my experience(BDAY) memorable.

I have traveled on these packages and have no issues. If your looking for a affordable vacation and you dont mind doing a vacation ownership presentation. This is the place to go!

BEWARE!!!!!!! Ive tried multiple times to call the Customer Service # on the website, and always get a recording. Ive left my name and number via voice mail each time, and no one ever calls back. Fortunately, I did not sign up on-line (I had some questions that I wanted to ask first); if they will not answer inquiries about selling the package up-front, I can only imagine the nightmare of trying to talk to them or make reservations/changes/requests after the sale.

The horrible customer service and the managers, I never buy anything for this place, they try to make a reservation for a particular hotel and they make a reservation for a different hotel and then they tell me they cannot change it for the short time in which one made the reservation but if they charge you the money and they promise you things that are not and it is not the service that someone expects to spend a few day. These companies are thieves, please do not fall into these shared times.

Biggest scam of your life. Dont do it. They dont care about you, they dont care about the lies they tell to get you into a package. This company are con artists. They will sell you packages you cant even use then make you jump through hoops trying to use it.

Im so thankful for the staff at best vacations ever. Ive been on one trip with them and saved thousands off of the resorts website. Im looking forward to my next trip to Napa Valley, CA

SCAAAAM, DO NOT USE!! We paid the same price on our own when we got there as we needed extra room for my mom. The hotel was outdated and besides the original fee they stated there was a booking fee and the hotel fee plus taxes. We ended up paying more than through priceline. We wasted 90 minutes on a presentation for nothing. Do NOT book with them, horrible service, shabby hotel and not a good deal.

Save your money. Restrictive locations - they’ve dropped at least two locations and several properties in the one year that I’ve had one of their promotions. TONS of unavailable dates. To get a spot you pretty much have to reserve months in advance. Depending on where you are, you are expected to taxi to a different location to attend the presentation. No choice in presentation time and it’s gonna be smack in the middle of the day. When you call them the hold times are always super long. Not worth it. When I showed up at my property the front desk said they didnt have my reservation. I was asked to hold the entire cost of my reservation on my personal credit card. Save yourself the headache. Just book your own vacation.

I have given them 1 star because there is no 0 stars available option. Those packages are a scam. They make you pay up front and then every time you want to book something is more money. Customer services takes forever to respond, waiting time is just ridiculous. They refuse to give you your money back when you request it. Save yourself dome money and make the reservations by yourself. Crappy company and services!!!!!!!!!

The manager that works in the customer service is soooo rude!!!! I asked for a change in the date because my son couldnt make it to the trip and she told me she has kids too and that wasnt a reason. So beware that some people there get tired to help (thats their work!!!!) so I dont know whats the need to be so rude and disrespectful to the customer. Also, the hotels they offer are not like in the pictures in the website and sometimes the conference is too far from where you are going to stay.

Since I have absolutely no idea where youre talking about there are large question marks floating over my head at this time. Dont know where you could be talking about because I wasnt on vacation. I live in Central Florida why would I vacation here. LOL the joke is what do people from Central Florida do when they want to vacation leave.

SCAM ALERT - Staff on call was very nice, called Angela, have a son that just turned 15 years old and bla bla bla. Asked my home address to send me a package, and was trying hard to get me the deal saying that worth a bunch of money, 6 nights 5 days stay for free AND (here is the trick) you will have your SECURITY DEPOSIT back and some extra cash after your stay... you decide it. Sorry guys, but the world doesnt shows it selfs so easy, getting things for free, just for be who you are. I do believe in goodness, Ive just lost the hope on the human being.

Google, I never knew you get sold so easily. Good work deleting my first review on these scamsters. But I will not relent. I wish google had 0 stars rating. Or better- give me adjectives to bring out my frustration, disappointment and anger with myself for trusting a company. I’d use each of those adjectives in the thesaurus for Best Vacations Ever. It’s my fault really. Which truly deserving company calls themselves “Best” with no one vouching for their credibility? I should have never put my money down on these idiots.I’ll cut short on my monologue and get to the point. Luring tactic no.1 - They make u spend 300$ promising a three night stay in Orlando plus 2 nights in any destination of your choice.Fact - The destinations are just in Florida, pigeon forge, Napa valley, Vegas and myrtle beach.Luring tactic 2- they show you pictures of good looking accommodations with possibly good brand names.Fact- I’m pretty sure they are forging pictures coz my Ramada inn plaza in Fort Lauderdale was a disaster with rust, bugs, sub par bedding.Luring tactic 3- They promise just $300 and u are done.Fact - Lol! If you wanna book, shell down another $100 per booking for I don’t know let’s call it “Haha-we-got-you” fee. And THEY MAKE YOU SIT THROUGH A TORTUROUS PRESENTATION FOR 4 HOURS ON YOUR VACATION. Well, you’d think okay I’ll get it done with and head for the beach quick. Oh gosh did you think you haven’t crushed your vacation dreams with these sleazy guys? Oh poor you! They force you on a Saturday morning. So well, your weekend is ruined, hence your vacation, hence the next 3 months while you wait for another vacation. The guy giving me a presentation was literally holding me hostage till the clock ticks four hours. The minimum this company could do (apart from closing shop), is let us choose our own timings for these sick presentations.

I announce that this company is mostly a scam, my wife earned a supposedly paid vacation in the radio, to which when they attended her they charged us 300 dollars that supposedly were from taxes, the vacations were to two different destinations for 4 people, when We wanted to reserve months later they told my wife that she did not qualify for said vacation due to low annual income, because she was not a resident of the country and finally because she had to be over 24 years old, knowing her age they asked her At the time of collecting said vacations, total no money and no vacations, they believe they kept my money, to which I warn them that it will not be like that, I will take action, they will know about me soon 😡 EYE WITH THE HOLIDAYS EARNED ON THE RADIO AND LESS WITH THESE OFFENDERS, THEY ARE SCAM

Incomplete and misleading information, they do not explain that you need a credit card at the time of making your reservation and they sell you packages to Orlando when they know that it is not possible for Orlando residents to go to their timeshare presentation, at the time of simply making a claim you dont have any answer

What the Best Vacation Ever company offered me was a lie, they offered me a Hotel Resort within Disney, breakfast included and transportation to the parks and in the end, they gave me any hotel outside of Disney, I had to pay for breakfast every day and transportation to the park. I made the claim and they did not reimburse me for everything I had to pay. They never reply to an email from customer service.
