Hello others out there that have been through the hellish in efficient customer service of AT &T. If you have to call in with an issue, I’m sure you were on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, more than likely. I’m sure you were probably rerouted and then again and then to a supervisor that is another dead end of their service, until you give up. That is a plus for AT&T benefits from this rerouting, but the customer does not. All the employees have done their jobs, as far as my experience has been.Enough said. You get or know their inconsiderate business plan. My advice, after going to the Apple store, buy your phone through Apple. They have GREAT online and in store service. You can get a zero interest phone for a year rather than paying more going through AT &T! Installment plans are available, too. You have many of choices to choose from and knowledgeable Apple people trained for their product alone. All the correct accessories are available. Protection plans and Apple service helpline. Then chose a phone service,if AT&T treats you badly, because they CAN and will. Then cut your service, go to a competitor and you don’t have to go through their horrific customer service routine of passing you around to other departments ( game they play) until you just give up. You don’t have to endure their BAD customer service, I’m not criticizing the people on the front lines in the store fighting AT&T’s battle everyday. You can go somewhere else with no strings attached. Do not buy your phones there.

Wife went to this store to buy a new iPhone. The employee was new and did not know a lot. That much is excusable with a new person. The problem is the store manager. The new employee had to go over to the manager 8 times. The manager showed no interest in assisting. The manager should have got out from behind the computer and helped. My wife literally left the store with neither the new or old phone working properly. We have bought several phones from this location in the past but I am not sure if we will be back.

I was dreading a visit to activate my new phone today but, as it turned out, it was a very good experience. I was immediately greeted by Scott who was a pleasure, knowledgable and helped me get everything done very quickly. While I was there, I noticed a woman in the parking lot struggling with a flat tire. When I mentioned it, one of the other employees, Mike went out to assist her in getting the old tire off and the new one on. Great service all around!

Scott @ Winter Park ATT was very helpful the first and second time we visited ATT Winter Park. Scott gave us some good advice on purchasing new phones and if we needed any help we could come back and he would be glad to assist us with the new phones. If I could rate NO STARS I would!!Absolutely terrible customer service; thats what I received when I went to this Corporate store on Thursday 8/19.My iphone took its last fall Sunday night and I had been without a phone for 3 days. When it finally arrived in the mail I tried to transfer data from my old phone and cant do that because my old iphone wont even turn on. Before I headed out I made sure to call their technical support. I was on the phone with them for an hour and they unfortunately couldnt help me.So I opted into going directly to ATT; 3 stores later I ended up here.I TRY to explain to this young employee my issues. He pretty much told me he cant help me and sent me to yet ANOTHER store. Instead of trying to grab another employee to help because clearly it was out of his expertise. He sent me on my way!!! I was very upset and voiced that Ive been too 3 other stores today all the other stores directed me to go to a corporate one. The employee was more mad thay someone sent me there and he wanted that stores information. At that point I told him that I dont want to talk to him anymore and I left. He was more concerned about who sent me there rather than help me!!!?? So currently I dont have anything on my new iPhone. No gmail, no facebook, no photos, my phone cant sync to my iwatch.All just terrible and very inconvenient!I dont have any other day to travel to many stores until Monday on my only day off. Feels like Ill be getting the run around that day too.Very unsatisfied!

Everyone dreads going to their cellular providers store. Its never short. I went in hoping to change plans (off my family plan & on to my own). After about 3 hours, i was not able to do so due to various reasons BUT I will say it was the most enjoyable time I have ever had in AT&T. Mike Ortega was nothing but patient, kind, generous, accommodating, & helpful. You could tell he really knew what he was doing AND he was so personable while we dealt with all our issues. I was overwhelmed how great of an experience I had. I have never written a review before BUT I hope this message gets to him/his boss so they know how wonderful he was! This location is a bit out of my way but I will DEFINITLEY be back and ask for Mikes help! Thank you!!!

Service can be a bit slow at times so you will wait standing for 15-20 minutes during busy hours, but the staff are exceptionally friendly and they try their hardest to accommodate you. Business is excellent, they are very polite and make sure that once you are served it is as fast and friendly as possible.

My wife and I had a smooth, fast upgrade to both our phones thanks to Wilbington. He was knowledgeable and helped us get our new phones with no hassle at all, which is rare for an ATT storefront visit. Lol. He even realized a more efficient way for our insurance on the phones that would save us $$$ each month. Pretty awesome.

Your in-store experience has been great. Online leaves a lot to be desired. Telephone customer service is getting less and less friendly. I prefer person to person interactions, thank you. Please do not assume that every 65+ customer can navigate online. Computers can never replace a human voice. We are the group who pays for children and grandchildrens technology; although we do not or care to understand. Respect please.

We visited the AT&T store and the repersentative who helped us was Rita Pagan. Rita went out of her way to answer all of our questions. She never had to leave us to get an answer. She was pleasant, courteous, and respectful. Rita explained everything about our new phones, and choose the plan that was best for us. She made us feel welcome and was going to make sure that everything that we needed was going to be taken care of. I can not say enough about how helpful she was. I have never had a better experience.

I went in with my 86 old grandmother, whom is a an AT&T retiree and she gets a bit flustered when dealing with tech stuff, as we wanted to switch to AT&T from Verizon to stop paying over $200/mo for cell service. Our advisor was Rita, and she was very helpful, kind, and accommodating to me and my grandmother. She even provided me with Tylenol for my sinus headache and a bottle of water, as well as gave us more comfortable masks to wear, on top providing excellent customer service for our needs and helping us set up our new iPhones. She a true gem for the customer and for her company. Ask for Rita should you visit the Winter Park Village AT&T location!!

It took a long waiting time, and when my time came, was hard for the store associate to understand and fix the problem. She tried for 3 times to dismiss me explaining that the problem was the phone limitations. When I was ready to leave the store, my friend insists an the associate tried something different that finally worked. It was my 4th try with an AT&T associate in the last week, 2 stores, and 2 calls for online support.

Ill start off by saying, dont even step foot in the door. I was a loyal metro pcs customer who thought coming to at&t would be a better fit, man was I wrong. I was told by store manager DeMarcus that he would honor an online promotion to bring you own device. I ported over 2 lines. Called customer service to verify this, all is good. Couple days later were having terrible service, dropped calls, no 4g, ect. I call in the store a couple times to speak with him regarding the issues. NEVER returns a phone. So today I go in hoping to clear up my phone issue and get confirmation of the promotions. Instead DeMarcus decides to belittle and degrade me in front of a full store by getting loud with me staying theres nothing he can do to help my issues with the phones. He gets upset when I tell him well be cancelling once promotions go through due to the poor network service and customer service and goes to call his area supervisor to have my service cancelled immediately. When he finally returns not getting the answer hed hoped for has me take a picture of his iPad as proof of my honored promotions. I told him I did not appreciate him raising his voice to me, and I asked for that area supervisors name and number to which he claimed to be the store manager and area supervisor. I then left. I will be writing a letter to Randall Stephensen regarding Manager DeMarcus behavior and unprofessionalism and the un-honored promotions. Save yourself hours of frustration. At&t is worthless!

I purchased a wi-fi box from AT&T directly but could not get it to work. Today I took it to the AT&T Mobility store at 432 N. Orlando Ave in Winter Park, FL. Rita Pagan assisted me in getting the problems resolved, and in the process provided the best customer service I have received in many years, perhaps ever. She was persistent, calling AT&T several times, discovering that the SIM card was defective. She finally resolved all problems with the system after 45 minutes, and I am most grateful. All of my business with AT&T hereafter will be with her.

Literally, the worst. Manager asked me to leave because he can’t handle the fact that he has no business managing a store. Clueless about customer service, lazy reps who can’t be bothered to look up an order for you and tell if it is even ready, and would rather make you wait only to find out it isn’t there. Thankfully the Lee Rd store was able to fulfill my online order. The store should send their employees to that location for training.

Worst Service, I bought a phone with AT&T and they refused to unlock the device even though the phone was paid in full. They advise me to called customer service and that was very rude and disrespectful, the supervisor of technical support rudely curse me out and hung up the phone in my face. I hope someone is listening to the call quality of these so called professional. They absolutely need to do better. It’s not acceptable to be treated this way after my loyalty to AT&T for the last 15 years.

I walked into the store in shambles five minutes before close after having both of my phones stolen and they made sure i was taken care of. John and another employee named John helped me file my claim and even did a lot of the work for me when they couldve easily sent me home to send forms on my own. This is one of the worst places I have ever received customer service. The girl who set up our account was new and set us up for combined billing and we were supposed to just have a regular wireless account ( we do not have any cable or Internet services). So we were advised that after a month just call in and they will convert our account. Now my girlfriend and I have three different accounts and on one of them we owe over $435 we were incorrectly charged. I have called AT&T and spoken with their combined billing department on numerous occasions they will not transfer me to a manager and no one knows what they are doing. I went into the store and tried explaining my situation and the customer service I received was the manager trying to call the cops on me and he kept saying I was raising my voice when I was not. This place is an absolute joke and I cannot wait to call corporate and have them pull that video of this idiotic manager arguing with me and threatening to call the police on me. Is AT&T customer service? right in front of my 2 1/2-year-old son call police? Thanks for the help ATT, your employees are definitely not trained to handle upset customers who do not raise their voice or curse.

Walked into AT&T (the Walmart of the electronics world) off of N Orange Blvd and not one person acknowledged me after aimlessly standing in the middle of the showroom for 5 minutes. I wasn’t expecting anything less though as it’s the reason why I left as a customer the first time. Hasan and Jake were fabulous! I am in Administration at a local business and we needed assistance switching our multiple phones from a different cell phone carrier to AT&T. Jake made sure the transition was seamless and gave us a GREAT deal! Hasan came out to our property and personally handled the transition so there was absolutely no break in service. He was extremely patient and thorough. Jake and Hasan are an asset to the Winter Park Village AT&T location! If you are a normal individual, then you understand the obligation to go into a cellular service store and wait to be taken care of. You already know the wait will be long, the phones will be pricey, and you leave feeling frustrated. You should never give a business a bad rating due to things that are inevitable, none the less.But at the AT&T Winter Park Village store, my faith was restored in the salesman that work there.After getting up at 3am on a Friday morning to pre-order my iPhone 7 Plus, Rose Gold, 128GB phone online, AT&T started what has been the worst week of probably this year so far. Corporate (ECOMM) has certainly done nothing to help and if I could give them a rating specifically, I would.Without going into too much detail, I will say this. What makes this specific AT&T store worth 5 stars, is that they showed true effort to fix what their corporate company messed up. They were honest with great communication skills and proved to be true customer service representatives.My shout out will most certainly go to mangers, Mark and Justin, and Apple specialist, Chris, for being nothing short of the best.While the issue is still not completely over, I feel that customers need to know, you do not live in a perfect world where there are no lines to wait in or phone bills to pay. So rate this store on what truly matters, your service with the physical employees.Thanks guys!

Staff is slow and acts helpless especially when store crowded or near closing to get people out. Have been to this location on 2 separate occasions over a year or two apart and same poor service. Both staff members were moving existing customer through process super slowly and when was our turn they were like what phone do you want, let me check, no we dont have it, no specials or offers on anything, no input on model differences, just wanted to get rid of us so could close on time. Was there an hour before close but waited 30 minutes to get a non-response. Prior visit there in middle of day was not much better. Ended up leaving after waiting 40 minutes. Go to altamonte mall location, you may wait too but when theres a greeter and when its your turn you get taken care of.

Absolutely a nightmare. They promised me 45 speed internet for $40. Ended up finding out that 45 speed was unavailable for me and they could only provide 24 and it would still cost me $40. Then I took off work 2 days for installation and the first day they couldnt install it for some reason and the second day no one showed up. There was one day that the installer showed up at my door unscheduled and called annoyed because I wasnt there. I have asked them for everything in writing because everyone you talk to says something different and after three week I have yet to receive anything even though they promise that emails are being sent to me.

Shockingly good service here! I really was surprised. They have a checkin line that puts your name on a list to be seen, which is shown on the overhead TV. The agent helped me quickly and got straight to the point and did not try to upsell me on anything. Kind of surprised how great it was. Comparing it to T-Mobile, the previous carrier I had, this is light years better on the customer service aspect.

Switching to AT&T because they have better reception where I’m moving. My fiancé’s phone’s touch screen stopped working and we needed to get her a new one. I called ahead to assure they had the Xs Max (because it appeared to be in stock online) and I was informed they only had one left and wouldn’t be able to hold it for me (though he reluctantly agreed to “try” to hold it for me, no promises).I walked in with my fiancé and asked for who I spoke with on the phone (I won’t mention his name but he was pretty rude the whole time. ) In the middle of the activation process we were informed that we would have to pay $400 on the spot to add a second line. What?! Mind you, I had previously spoken to a rep on the phone who mentioned nothing of that fee. (At the time of the call I didn’t have my payment ready so I didn’t complete the transaction. )Long story short I called AT&T the same day and was able to not only get the iPhone (only downside is waiting for it to come in the mail) and set up service, but also I was only charged $80 for the whole transaction. My point is don’t let them scam you!! $400 to setup service is robbery especially since you can do it for $320 less over the phone. I’m still dumbfounded and confused, all I’m saying is don’t bother going to the store just wait a little longer to receive it by mail!

Keith and Hasan were great! My mother needed help activating her new iPhone. She was a first time iPhone using coming from using an old Motorola. When they looked up her account they saw that she was using spectrum for cable/internet and paying too much. We switched her cable and internet to ATT saving her $70 a month!I was most impressed with their patience with us, since there was a learning curve with my mom and the whole process.We left very happy :)

I wish I could give this store zero stars. One of the employees there was so rude to us and the store manager neglected to call to try to make the situation right. The employee literally told my husband that he was being sensitive and to get over it after he helped a customer that walked in after us. We waited for 45 minutes with our 2 & 4 year old sons after check-in, and instead of helping us when it was our turn he helped the other customers. This happened almost 3 weeks ago and still has not been resolved. Additionally, this seems to the be the normal experience in any AT&T store. After years of being a loyal customer I am ready for a change.

My family and I have shopped at this store location since it first open in the Winter Park Village. Not anymore. I was in on Monday night 2/5/18 upgradeing a phone for my daughter. The service was sub par and the sales rep did nothing to help us set up my daughters new phone other than telling us we have to do a restore from iCloud at home. Not the best option for us but ok. About an hour later I get an email from ATT welcoming me to my new Mobile Protection Pack and thanking me for making a good decision. Here’s the problem. I was never offered and never asked for the Mobile Protection Pack when completing my transaction. After a couple of calls to ATT corporate it was discovered that my sales rep added to my plan without my consent. If I didn’t catch it then it would’ve added and extra $11.00 a month to my bill. Buyer beware if you decide to shop at this location.

I walked in early to my appointment and was hoping to be seen ahead of time. I stood there like an idiot for 5 minutes in the middle of the store, no one else was near me, before someone helped me. They did see me early since they had some cancellations. That is the only good part about this story. The manager there, Jesselyn Moore is totally ignorant as to what good ole fashion customer service is about. My wife had upgraded three days earlier and while there, she bought two accessories and then the sales person talked her into an iPad. They said it was a promo and $100 since she was there upgrading her iPhone. Turns out, they slammed her into a new cell # added to our account on a 2 year contract and we only found that out when we got a text from AT&T about a new line. I was there taking it back. My wife had to leave town suddenly and had her Amex card with her but I had the receipt, everything in perfect order including the bag. They did not want to take back without the physical credit card. I had my Amex for our account but the actual # on my card is different than my wifes. I logged into my Amex account and showed them the purchase as well. Still, she said no. I had to persist and after about 10 minutes of nonsense, she finally agreed to give me the refund but credit it to my AT&T cell bill. Okay, I said fine. When she presented the return receipt to me it showed a $45 restocking fee! I argued that not only did they slam my wife into a contract but they never told her about a restocking fee because I had discussed with my wife the entire transaction and that we were going to return it and she now has told me that she absolutely did not know about this either. I was on the phone with her actually while she was in the store so heard a lot of the details in the background. I told Ms. Moore I was going to file a complaint against her and the store. She seemed to careless and was very curt about that in front of the other employee that was assisting. Seemed like she was showing her authority. Anyway, this review is the first complaint and I will be sending this write up to the incident to the corp office of AT&T wireless as well as to the BBB and DBPR in Tallahassee. Going to see if Amex will do anything but not sure. By the way, in looking at reviews for this store, I am NOT surprised as to my bad experience. If I was not locked into several phone installment plans with AT&T, I would have already been over at T-Mobile where I came from several years ago because back then their coverage was dropping some calls I switched BUT, there customer service was top notch-always! This is not my first frustration with AT&T. If you call and asked questions on their 800 # or in the stores about promos, I swear you will get three different explanations if you ask three different AT&T employees. This AT&T store would be a ZERO star if it was an option on Google Reviews!
