Michael was amazing! When we walked in all the employees were helping other customers. So my wife in I checked in and we were browsing the mobile phones. As soon as Michael finished with his customer without hesitation he walked up introduced himself and asked how he could help us. We explained we were looking to switch our mobile phone service he was very helpful nice and VERY PATIENT as we were transferring 5 lines 3 of the lines were getting new phones. He asked us what we were looking for in as far as phones we picked out what we wanted from that moment on is when he showed how much patients he really had as he stood there and helped us set them all up and get all our stuff transferred from our old phones to the new phones which took quite a bit of time. I really hope spectrum know what such a good customer service Representative they have because he definitely went above and beyond with his service and he if I owned a business he would definitely be that representative I want greeting and helping my customers when they walk in the door. Thank you again for you amazing customer service Michael!

If you plan to discontinue service please be aware that they charge monthly ahead. So if you cancel at the beginning of the month you will not be refunded for the remaining month’s service.

I went in to return a cable box as an agent on the phone told me I should, and not only was this location not able to except any returns but the representative who I spoke with was very rude about it. Her attitude of “not my problem” to the multiple customers in the store who had been hoping to make returns was beyond annoying. I am not one to cause a scene or have an outburst at someone because of a stupid policy, so I just left the store and returned the cable box at UPS as the store instructed me to. However this woman’s (who’s name i didn’t get) attitude and smug demeanor still has my blood boiling. I think almost anyone who lives in the central Florida area knows that spectrum as an overall provider does not have the most popular reputation, so the least these representatives can do is be kind and courteous to those who are already frustrated. Instead this woman did the opposite. Wish I said something, better training is definitely needed on this woman’s behalf.

I had a really bad experience over the phone where I was given false information and I was frustrated. So the next day I went into the store to cancel all my services. Sierra (sales associate) took really good care of me and really listened to what i had to say. Because of her personable customer service I ended up keeping my services, even switching my cell phone over from t-mobile, all while saving me money!

As a senior citizen, I finally had to give up my flip phone for a smart one. I was petrified, but one of the employees at your Winter Park, Fl. store, Peter, was incredible. He not only showed me how to handle the new phone, but took away the fear i felt for the new monstrosity. He was patient and Id like him to get the recognition he deserves for being such a spectacular representative of your company. I had been with AT&T for over 45yrs and was totally against switching. Peter made it palatable and actually easy. Thank you so much Peter. I will recommend Spectrum to all my friends at ATT because of you.

Sierra (sales associate) is awesome! She is knowledgeable about Spectrum products/services, not to mention, shes outgoing and very personable. Before she helped me she helped an elderly lady and was so nice and patient with her. I was glad that I was able to be helped by Sierra too!!!

Really depends on what time you come in. In the evening when there’s the least amount of people they’re really quick.In the middle of the day when there are the most people they’re really slow - there’s just no sense of urgency.I’m in here during an afternoon and 1 employee is just sitting on the ground chatting up a customer; another is hanging out talking about literally everything other than spectrum services with another customer; while the third is actually doing a good job. I came in to get a single cable that wasn’t included in my self install kit and I’ve been sitting here for half an hour. I’m at the front of the line now only because three people left after having to wait for so long.If you can, come in after 7pm, they’re much better then.

Beautiful new store and friendly staff but only had two people working with a line of people needing assistance. There is a sign-in kiosk but the person who walked in after me was told she didn’t have to and was helped as soon as one staff member was finished helping the last customer he was with. If this person was returning to complete a previously started inquiry, I think the first come first serve basis should still apply.

Zero stars wasn’t an option, but it was that what this store, manager, and employees deserve. We had an appointment scheduled at 10 am on 4/24 to pick up an internet router. Simple enough, but not the case. I got to the store at 9:57 am and was told the store would not be open until 10 am enough though the website and appointment said the store would be available. After the store opened at 10:30 am with four people in front of me, 45 minutes later, we finally made it out of the store. And wow, was the manager rude.

Kudos to the guys at the Spectrum store on Aloma in Winter Park - Peter and Gian. Four separate conversations with four Spectrum technical support people could not fix a very simple problem for me. I just wanted to change my email address so I could access my account to pay my bill online. So after two days of futile phone and online dead ends, I just went into the store to pay my bill (forget the USPO which couldnt get the bill to me in time to mail my payment on time!). Peter and Gian did not have to help me with my techie problem - not their job - but they did. They were knowledgeable and determined, not to mention cheerful and FUN! Good job, guys!

Stopped service with spectrum over the phone, rep advised I could return equipment to a spectrum store within 7 days of the shut off date..... when I stopped by this location I was advised they “cannot accept equipment after services have been disconnected as they would no longer have a button to press” .... either spectrum changed their policy within the last 6 days or store employee “G” at this location was just not willing to assist me.

I walked into this Spectrum store front to return a router and I was in and out in less than 5 mins (about an hour before they closed). I signed in at the front desk, was almost immediately helped, the gentleman behind the counter scanned in the router, I signed a receipt, and I was out. Easy-peasy. Thanks!

A really nice location, new where all Spectrum services are offered: cable, internet, phone and mobile.They are set up with 6 customer service kiosks.On a late Saturday morning, there were 3 persons on staff. I waited, after signing in, for about 10 minutes and had my business complete - returning unused cable boxes - in under 5 minutes.Parking is easy.Overall, a great location for Spectrum services.

The store employees were helpful and accommodating.Spectrums phone customer service is deplorable. I wasnt happy with the A01 they sent and tried to return it. I told the person who setup the mobile service I have a Galaxy S5 and wanted a similar phone. They said I was beyond the 14 day window and Im stuck with paying for it $115. Well the shipment date reads 03/02/2021 and today is 03/16/2021. I have Spectrums TV and Internet at $166/month. Called twice over 35 minutes each time.But guess what,NOT FOR LONG as soon as I switch to AT&T or Dish its good by spectrumBy the way. If you order and they deliver there phones or equipment. You need to return by the same way and aquire the shipping labels from them.They trying to say its beyond the 14 days. 16-2=14 everywhere elseIll bet supervisor there would have bent over backwards to keep my monthly $166 TV Internet and took the phone back.By the way, I never even actived or used the phone!

Terrible on device compatibility knowledge. Wasted time without any results.I went to the store this morning after hearing great stuffs about Spectrum mobile and their prices. Ive brought my own unlocked Samsung galaxy s20 5g. Ive been a tmobile customer before but their service had been unreliable. It took them over an hour to port my number to Spectrum but data never worked. Then the store associate spent more time to talking with their support team only to find out that my phone is not compatible! Then I was told my option was to go back to Tmobile and have them port my number over to Tmobile. Are you kidding me?Before you bring your own device please do yourself a favor and research. Because store associates are beyond clueless.

Annoyed with the cell phone side.... when we first got our cell phones. I had to pay a 300.00 deposit for two Note 10 Plus... we went last week because out phones were ready for a early upgrade and we were looking at the new Samsung 21 ultra.... with giving them both of the Note 10 pluses they told me Id need to pay a deposit of 700.00 for the new Samsung 21 ultras... like are you kidding me??? You are the only company that charges people to trade in the phones... thats ridiculous weve been with our cell phones for almost 2 years... October will be the 2 year mark... may just pay the phones off and cancel our service.

Heres a summary of my recent Spectrum customer experience: My Employer said to get either the RAC2V1S or RAC2V1K because compatible with their software, so I went to the Spectrum store by me in Altamonte Springs, but the employee there told me they didnt have either router. Next I called Spectrum tech support who said theyd send a tech who would have these routers. But the tech they sent did not have either router and didnt know anything about them. Then my co-worker Mike told me he got his router from the Spectrum store in Winter Park, so I went there, but the employee there told me they didnt have these routers either. Finally, I went back to the Spectrum store by me and an employee there found the RAC2V1S in one of their cabinets. So after an ordeal, I did finally get the RAC2V1S and install it and its working.

Bad customer service at this store, was told over the phone when I canceled service to return the equipment to the Spectrum Store. Went in with no other customers and two store clerks running the store. Walked up to one of the clerks to return the equipment and was told “We can’t accept equipment unless you are disconnecting your service here in the store, go to the UPS store to have it shipped.” So after finding a UPS store I did manage to get the equipment shipped and was confirmed by the clerk at the UPS Store, who by the way knew what I was going to say before I could finish, that yes the store is supposed to take back the equipment and the store down on E Colonial DR took equipment with no issues according to the UPS Clerk . Basically the too long didn’t read, terrible customer support at this store ran by employees who need to be replaced by someone who is willing to do their job and not sitting getting payed for nothing. Avoid this location and their unprofessional and lazy staff.

Went to ask about their phone plan. Sure, two paid off phones brought over from Verizon at $122 per month would go to $90 per month plus $12 for insurance on one phone. They cant do two phones because they dont support LG phones. Remember when they first came to town, you couldnt bring phones you were forced to buy phones that they support. Kinda shallow. Showing you the full SPECTRUM of how we can fail and disappoint you, the CUSTOMER.

The staff called Brad is very helpful and helped me set up my Internet service easily. They offered free modem and router and I spent just one minute to activate the Internet. They also have very economic phone plan and I financed a new iPhone with a very affordable monthly price through Spectrum. The interior and exterior environment are nice as well!

Terrible experience. Cant get .Odom for 2 days. No body in store cant answer a y question. Looks, like they dont care. You cant call in to store. They not willing to call you. I was very impressed by his ability to work under pressure and multi task. Im very sad that I didnt get his name because he handled the morning rush so flawlessly and with Grace. Usually pretty lenient with customer service or waiting. But i walked in this store and was the only customer, and I wasn’t greeted when I walked in which is fine everyones busy with there personal work. I stand at the desk the only customer again in the store and don’t get any help until I speak up and say hello. The employees looked confused and tell me “Hold up be right with ya”. I understand and stand around for only like 3 minutes while waiting for them to finish conversation. After they finished they didn’t have the product I was looking for. All in all a pretty standard trip when dealing with Spectrum. Nothing personal just not the best.

As far as this actual location goes, the staff are friendly and courteous. Theres a self-sign-in system, but if theres no wait, theyll greet you directly. As internet technology shifts from a wired system to wireless, Spectrum is trying to appear more like a wireless provider store. The open concept does not offer any privacy when handling personal business/information. While Spectrum has a great wired/landline internet product, the company itself has no idea what the words customer service mean. The company is more or less an octopus and each tentacle is unaware of the other.

This location is refusing equipment returns. Jay was rude, and insisted I go to ups. After calling spectrum twice and confirming this specific location should be accepting equipment returns, Jay told me that customer service doesnt know what they are talking about. There were 3 other people in the store trying to return equipment that were being turned away as well.
