We have been using Royal Maid Service for many years and have never had any problems with any of their cleaning teams. All have been attentive and friendly. But our latest team, Alison and Ondria, were especially thorough, reaching to dust high and low and leaving our home spotless! We were very happy with their work and hope they can become our regular team. Royal Maids always notifies us the day before their scheduled arrival to let us know when to expect them. We feel safe with them in our home and they always do a terrific job.

I use them for my personal home and a few rentals we manage. Sydnie is always prompt and responsive whenever I call. The teams sometimes turnover, as is common in the industry, but Sydnie ensures they are all trained well. On the rare occasion when find an area was missed or not done well, she has sent people out to re-do. That level of customer service is why I keep using them. Im very thankful for Royal Maids Orlando and Im happy to recommend them as a vendor for anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

Had an appointment and they didn’t show up. I had to rearrange my schedule because they called the night before and moved my appointment from 3 pm to 11:30 am. So not only did I have to wait around for them to not show up but no one answered their phones or emails so I could let them know that no one showed. I also left a Facebook message and they read it and didn’t reply. Who runs a business like this? DON’T RECOMMEND

Worst service ever

I have used Royal Maid Service for 3 years now, and I continue to be impressed with their quality of work and professional treatment of customers. I love coming home after they have cleaned- everything looks and smells clean and fresh. And I never worry when I am not home and they are cleaning. They are very honest and trustworthy. Last week one of my glasses was broken by accident... it was immediately reported to me, and within 1 week a new one was shipped to my doorstep. This is exceptional these days... it would have been easy to just throw the glass away and claim ignorance. I believe this speaks volumes to the quality of people who clean for Royal Maids as well as the owners. I would recommend them to anyone!

Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced. Valerie does a great job and I am always pleased. Whenever I have a question or need to schedule it is always a pleasure to speak with Susan, the office manager, who is extremely knowledgeable about the business and always a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommend!

I would like to say that I have not yet personally used this company but the other day i was at lake eola and a young lady approached me very kindly and handed me a flyer and business card. Most people who hand out brochures or anything you can tell in there body language they are doing it because they are being told but this young lady was sweet and kind and you can tell she has passion in her eyes for what she does. Her name is Amy. I smiled and thanked her I will see into your services soon and definitely recommend her to anyone who needs these services.

I have been using royal maids for years. Not again however. Came out and I asked for just a couple of specific things like drawers and windowsills. They didn’t do it and were there for one hour.. I called and they came back, set off my alarm and didn’t say anything. They again did not do the windowsills the second time either.

Im so happy to come home to such a clean house.Great job! I will recommend them to all my friends.Thanks Royal Maid Service for helping me haveone less thing to worry about.

It was expensive, which would be fine if they did a good job. When they left there was water all over my bathroom floor and it ruined my sticky tile. Also after they left I realized a bunch of things that they missed. Not a fan. Use another service.
