The Cleaning Authority shuffled their schedules so that I could have my home cleaned on the day that I really needed. When the ladies got to my home they set right to work and were very considerate of the fact that I was working in my home office. They were efficient, professional and did a fabulous job!

Today was just my second cleaning by The Cleaning Authority and so far I am very impressed. They are very efficient and did a great job. I was especially pleased to see my kitchen ceiling no longer had dust bunnies! Brenda in the office is very good with communication and follow-up and the owner, Hunter, seems very dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend.

My house cleaning is scheduled every two weeks. Scheduling confirms the arrival time the day before service. A crew of two (typically) come and provide standard cleaning throughout and deep cleaning in a different area each time around. Ive always had a positive experience and would fully recommend The Cleaning Authority.

Having the Cleaning Authority come to my home on a bi-weekly basis has CHANGED MY LIFE!! I had a wonderful team (Carmen and Yamaira) clean our house. They did an amazing job and took extra steps to make sure our house was super clean and neat. Our boys “make” their own beds in the morning but these ladies took the extra time to make their beds look neat. I was just really happy when we got home.

Save your money and your time. It should have been a red flag when no one called me back after our consultation. Then I suddenly get a text a week later saying that I have a cleaning scheduled the next day. I then have to explain to the owner (?) about what the manager who came to my house and I agreed upon in terms of scheduling. Bottom line, I didnt get the day I requested. The first clean was just OK - but it was very half done. For example, the top of oven was wiped down but not actually clean - it was streaked with grease. Nothing was done deeply, just a very superficial clean. The second clean however was even worse. The carpets in my house (3 rooms of them) were not even vacuumed. Somehow there was also black dye that appeared on one of my carpets during this cleaning process. I cancelled my service and thought I would just skip leaving a review - maybe it was a fluke. That was until today when I went to do some cleaning in my garage (which we dont really use). I found that several bags of garbage sitting on my garage floor from BOTH of those house cleanings - which were weeks ago. Keep in mind that my garbage cans are outside on the side of the house - not in my garage. I now have to clean up a huge pile of garbage covered in bugs because the cleaners did not take out the garbage, but instead left it on my garage floor. I highly suggest you skip the Cleaning Authority and try a local person instead.

I have been an employee here for 2 years and ever since the new owner took over 2 months ago we all enjoy working here the new culture that is in place now is great we are all proud of the way we are cleaning and happy when we see our customers satisfied with our work.

Office staff is terrible!! Dishonest, Rude!! Cleaners were ok but you can fond somewhere better for the price.
