Second time I have used Mallard systems to clean my white tile roof. Workers are very professional and safe. The roof was wet from rain and they decided they clean the whole roof using ladders and without stepping on the slick tile and they did a great job! Highly recommend Mallard.

I am thrilled with the results of the work completed on my home by Mallard Systems. My roof had stains from overgrown trees from prior homeowners and the sidewalks were covered in mildew in shaded areas. The guys just finished up and my roof looks like new and the sidewalks are perfectly clean again! The team was extremely courteous covering up all my plants and surfaces along the drip lines. Mallard is always at the top of the list in choosing low pressure washing cleanings for your siding or roof. I have been using them for over 10 years. Theyll come out and give you an estimate without even being home. They can even do the inspection using a drone. How cool is that? Their prices are on the higher end in comparison to many other competitors out there but their quality of workmanship has no comparison. I had my roof cleaned and the min charge for any rood is 400.00. Granted the average price typically ranges between 250.00 - 300.00 for the other guys out there. However, as they say, you get what you pay for. My roof looks as good now as the day it was installed 7 years ago. My roof will typically stay clean for 24 months after their service. The chemicals they use also deter future algae buildup. They even go the extra mile to protect your plants and their techs are very professional. Ive used them for my siding and driveway in the past. Highly recommended.

My wife inherited her mothers home in Deltona and was getting it ready to sell. The roof was dirty and had some of that black spot on it. We were referred to Mallard Systems for cleaning the roof. We were a bit challenged as we live out of state and had to really rely of their integrity. They were very easy to work with and understood our situation. They scheduled the cleaning and kept us informed every step of the way. While they were there, we were called and told the gutters were in need of cleaning and they could do that at very little cost while they were there. When they were through the results were amazing, the roof looked brand new! We found the cost to be very reasonable and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Edit, Aug 14: The supervisor came to the home and apologized. He offered to do whatever it took to make things right and I really appreciate that. That level of customer service is what I appreciate the most, and the integrity displayed by the company to make amends for the issues. All is well now.This morning, Anthony and his team pressure washed the roof, drive, sidewalk and exterior of our rental home. The drive and sidewalk look clean but after further inspection, there was a lot of damage to our plants and landscaping. See attached photos.I dont care how unnecessarily clean the drive way and sidewalk look, the level of care for our hard work in keeping plants and landscaping negates everything else.The last one, was a very delicate cutting of a Frangipani weve been growing for over a year.None of the pictured damage was noted on the work order, only the cracks in the sidewalk and driveway.

I have been using Mallard for years. They are prompt, professional, and thorough. This time the crew went beyond all previous cleanings and did an excellent job.

The techs called ahead and arrived on time. They pressure washed my sidewalks, driveway, chimney, house sides, and roof carves. The job was completed on time, about four hours, and nothing was missed. Their truck mounted compressor was very quiet and a lot less odor than I expected. All plants were covered and rinsed off. The job site was left clean and my hose coiled for me. I do wish that the techs had a tablet so that I could process my credit card with them. I gave them a check. I will use them again.

Mallard did a wonderful job. They cleaned the black mold off our shingled roof. It looks brand new! They pressure cleaned our house, back porch, driveway and sidewalks. They also cleaned our windows on the outside. Jack and Ace are a credit to the company. They even cleaned the green mold off our fence gates. They also took care to protect our plants around the house. Were very happy with the results. Well use Mallard again when needed.

If I could give 1000 stars I would! I can not say enough wonderful and positive things about my experience with Mallard, their entire staff and their owner...BOB! I am a huge animal lover...my friends refer to me as Snow White! My gardens are magical and all of the animals feel safe. At any time you mat see my outdoor kitty Mac lying next to a squirrel eating nuts...who is next to a bird...who is next to a lizard...who is next to a frog! All we know is love in my house...for all! So...I schedule an appointment with Mallard...they are very informative and when they mentioned bleach...my heart sank. I was worried about all of my plants had a family of frogs that lived behind my fountain for 8 years and I was sure they would not make it. But Bobs team not only took great care to protect my plants....they took great care to protect my frogs! Bob personally came out to reassure the crazy lady at Hamilton that he would make sure every precaution was taken that nothing was ruined or killed in the process. When they were finished...my house was sparkling and all survived. I was so impressed, the next day I had them come back and pressure wash my driveway, courtyards...etc. When they were finished I was thrilled!!! They left and I realized that they threw in the Fountain to leave it sparling clean and beautiful! Then my heart stopped...because I knew any kind of bleach...cleaning solution would kill the new tadpoles. I was right:(((( I called Mallard to let them know...( the whole office was on red alert of the frogs at one house in Winter Park! ) I explained I was not upset...but just please mark my file....step away from the fountain! The office manager was sincerely sorry and later I received a call that the owner Bob had donated $100 to a Non Profit organization in California that helps to save frogs! I mean who does that! Mallard does a great job of cleaning your tile roof. They also do everything possible to protect foundation plants. Plus, they know how to clean around solar panels. My one unhappiness is with their cleaning of our sidewalks. The sidewalks did look great when they left, but the sidewalks were wet. The next day in the sun, it was obvious that their low pressure cleaning left our sidewalks streaked. So, I will clean the sidewalks again to get them clean. Overall, a good 4 rating.

Our rooftop is spotless! The only thing that didnt go so well was that the bushes on the right side of my home were killed by the chemicals.Update!It has been two weeks since I received a reply from Mallard Systems regarding my plant damage stating that they were gonna contact me to talk about their plant damage coverage. So far, no one has contacted me.Update 12/02/20I went ahead and gave them a call because they forgot to call me; they reimbursed me for the labor and the damaged plants. The lady in charge of the reimbursement process was awesome.

They did a great job with our roof cleaning and the price was competitive. The method they use is safer for the roof than the one many other companies use so shouldnt hurt the lifespan of the roof/subroofing.

Had someone come out for an estimate and was disappointed. Prices are crazy high but they offer all kinds of weird “discounts”, for finding via web, bundles, just because... I mentioned I don’t need screens cleaned, I was dismissed. I said I need the driveway done, he said it didn’t look that bad (there were stains, large dark patches of mold and crud especially by the downspouts, we are selling and it NEEDS cleaning) and completely dismissed the request on the quote. At the end, I was given the quote to give to my husband so he can decide. I had already told him I make the payments and I’m the one doing the actual remodel work, myself. Right there, a huge No. We did not hire them. I did not hire them. Ladies, skip this one if you are making the decisions. You will be discounted and dismissed, to your face.

We called Mallard Systems about two weeks before the Christmas holiday. They sent a rep out to give us a quote for our tile roof, patio screens and patio area around our pool. We were given a quote that we thought was fair and they were able to schedule us two days before Christmas. From the customer service on the phone to the rep and the techs that came out to do the cleaning we were very pleased with the service that we received and will consider using Mallard Systems again in the future.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They were hired by our homeowners association to pressure wash our town homes. The employee pressure washing our houses, decided to save his own time and pressure wash with a bleach solution, did all five houses in the row, let it sit and then decided to go back and rinse it off. Since he didnt rinse each townhouse off right after spraying it with bleach, our navy front doors are now streaky and a terrible green color. When I noticed the problem, and told him to stop destroying our houses, he decided to argue with me and say there was a problem with the paint before hand. I then called Mallard and filed a complaint and the employees then stopped and sat with their trucks. Bob, the unfriendly and unprofessional owner, then came to my house to give a non-apology. I would NEVER recommend these yahoos to anyone. And one month later, our doors have not yet been repainted.

I have used Mallard Systems 4 times over the last 35 years. They are very easy to work with. My roof always looks new and mold/algee free. They have been referred to me by roof installers.

We had Mallard Systems out last year after the rainy season to do our sidewalks, driveway and roof. Since we have a lot of trees, we needed to have them out again this year. As it was 13 months they did our roof under their 18 month warranty which we completely forgot about. That helped us decide to get our street gutters cleaned this year which were extremely slippery with mildew.

Overrated, overpriced and overconfident. The lack of safety of these techs is a huge liability for a home owner. Clean Spray Corporation performs twice as much for half of the price of Mallard.For instance, Mallard would charge a minimum of $350 for a driveway and some sidewalks. Clean Spray Corporation did it for $175 and pressure washed the whole front of my house, FOR FREE! Same thing for the roof.

This company came to “power wash” my entire complex recently. The employees continually yelled an animal call ALL DAY LONG while standing outside our windows clearly talking to their friends on the phone or sitting on social media while not even paying the slightest bit of attention as to what they were doing. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever come across to provide a needed service. In addition, I needed to power wash my unit afterwards because their work was so poor. PLEASE use another company!!!

Our tile roof needed more than just a cleaning. Mallard cleaned and then painted our roof. It looks better than it originally did! We are thrilled not only with the look but their service as well. Highly recommend.

Landlords decided to take a gamble and hire these “experts” to take care of cleaning both houses roof. Unfortunately these ‘trained’ technicians did the bare minimal when it comes to their job descriptions both technicians very poor in customer service and communications. The worst part is when i walked outside of my house to find a nice wet surprise all over my front door and front porch! I had no idea that roofing cleaning also included front door wash and also a free bleach soaking of all my shoes (including work shoes). When I confronted the technician they played a small game of pointing fingers as neither of them wanted to take responsibility, with few words to none they did not apologize and just suggested i should dry all 7 pairs of shoes they soaked for no reason and carried on. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism and respect towards my personal items. Neither the technicians or Managers (over the phone) Took matters and made it better they ended this with a deflecting apology and made it clear they’re not responsible for their poor work. Huge shoutout to their customer service trainer on absolutely failing on their job!

I used Mallard Systems in July 2016. The sales man (Julius) was not honest. I asked a lot of questions about the work I wanted and the promises did not come true. They did such a crap job on the first trip I had to make them come back. I did not have them do my roof, so I cant tell you what kind of a job they do there. I had them pressure wash my house, driveway, sidewalks, fascia and curbing. The housed ended up looking ok after the second visit, but I realized after paying the bill neither worker pressured washed my front porch. The second worker and Sue from the office told me that they dont clean tiger lines on white gutters and fascia. I purchased a $5 product that took the tiger lines without effort. The second worker told me they do a better job on mold and mildew, which I have one of that, my house is not that old. Again, the sales man (Julius) seemed honest. Every question I had about what to expect with the end state, he promised me that the house would be perfect. Again, it was far from it. As far as im concerned, Mallard Systems robbed me for $750.00. I should have never paid the final payment. Beware!!!!!
