In a word, incompetent. Wrote a policy that was completely inadequate. When I had a loss the policy covered less than 25 % of my loss so Im out $35,000. She informs me after the fact that there is a rider than could have protected me. And she is willing to offer that going forward!?? Why didnt she offer it when it would have mattered? My auto insurance professional suggests coverage that is adequate as does my life insurance agent. Her reply as to why I dont have adequate coverage? You signed the contract. YOU ARE CORRECT. I did, I trusted you to do your job. My mistake and it wont happen again. I do a lot of business across the USA, this is the worst insurance agent Ive ever dealt with.

Madonna called me inquiring about my services for one of her clients. After giving her the information she needed she relayed it to client and called me back and booked an appointment. She was polite and responsive with her follow up.

Completely incompetent I was sold a policy for a house valued at seven figures. I was offered the absolute minimum out of coverage even after a team was sent out to inspect the property. Hence when I had a claim, the policy paid less than 25% of the claim. Subsequent conversation with the agent revealed that there was insurance available that would’ve protected me and they could certainly write the policy from this point forward that would actually be adequate for my property. . My question of course, why wasn’t that offered in the first place? No answer and I am left holding the bag. I am pursuing and errors and omissions claim currently.
