I had a very unpleasant experience with this agent. Ive been with Allstate for over 7 years before I moved to Florida and never had any issues. This agent was extremely unfriendly when I tried to cancel my policy for a competitor. Not once did he offer to look over my policy to see if there was something that could be done to reduce the cost. Instead of offering a solution, he continued to bash the competitor and say how my rates are going to go up after I have an accident. After the lecture, he insisted he canceled my policy and of course I found out a few days later that he actually didnt cancel my policy like he said. I was always happy with Allstate and I would recommend them as a business, but DO NOT recommend using this agent.

After working with this agency for over a month and following what they told me to do they dropped the ball on my homeowners policy. They kept passing the ball between Daniel and Lee as to why I never got the answers my recommendation is buyer beware
