After so much difficulty finding and getting a house in this extremely competitive market called Florida, suddenly only a few days before closing in escrow, we were told we no longer qualified for our loan and would lose the house! Why? Because insurance is counted in the equation and had put us over our qualified limit! Farmers was already the best offer we had but it was still not enough. I called Sally and woefully explained our situation. It looked hopeless.
