I am not a fan. Been with state farm for over 10 years. I moved and had to change agents. I am very disappointed in the help I have received. The staff is courteous however that is not important when it takes over 3 hours to get proof of insurance when I started the process days in advance. Now I am trying to pay my bill and it was also a complication. I am a simple person I dont like to write reviews unless I have to but because of them I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING ENDING MY RELATIONSHIP WITH STATE FARM
