Amanda Chase a direct representative and insurance broker for State Farm has been a HUGE LET DOWN. I have been insured with them for almost 3 years. As a local business owner I understand the need to support other local businesses in todays market, but after they cancelled my policy without notifying me because of 3 windsheild glass claims I was appaulled to say they least. In the state of Florida damage to your windsheild is considered a no fault. I just happened to come accross the cancellation when completing my monthly P/L statments. When I called Amanda Chase State Farm I was told Im sorry Mr Connor we cancelled your policy due to too many claims in the past 3 years. Never once received any cancellation through mail or calls from this company. God forbid I was in a car accident as this would have had serious consequences to me and effect my livelihood. This is a disgrace and should be noted for anyone looking to insure through Amanda Chases office. I went with Geico with same coverages and managed to save a few dollars for the same coverage. Would recommend doing research on other State Farm Brokers befor doing business with these people as they have no regard for their clients well-being.

My State Farm quote for this ended up being the same monthly cost as a quote I received from another company, though State Farm’s coverage for this price seemed like a better deal. The agent who completed my quote, Chad Wagner, absolutely solidified my choice to stick with State Farm.Chad did not rush my decision and instead took the time to explain the components of my quoted coverage. Particularly after experiencing this process with agents at other companies, I really want to recognize Chad’s professionalism. Getting new insurance was on a long to-do list after uprooting my life for this move, and I’m immensely relieved to have found a helpful agent who made sure I’m comfortable with my coverage.

They promise you great prices. When I told the sales person I didnt want uninsured motorist, they charged me anyway. When I thought it was taken care of they used up my policy money when that ran out they cancelled both polices.

I was referred to Amanda because the original agent I called didnt write polices for landlord insurance. The person I spoke with was very nice and took all my information and said someone would call me back shortly. Two days later I received a return call. I gave two stars because the call was returned eventually.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. If I had to describe this place in one word it would have to be unethical. The sales team ( Justin Kiel) will say whatever and do whatever it takes to get a sale. Once you sign up they stop picking up the phone and want nothing to do with you. I was lied to multiple times about different discounts but then advised after State Farm Corporate reviewed my file that they could no longer provide the discounts and the rate was increased. Save yourself time and go with a different insurance company.

Talk about sent by an angel... I dont normally sit down and write a review due to a busy lifestyle. However, this warrants a stop and pause in my busy schedule.
