Very nice and professional pool company. They are incredibly responsive and reasonably priced. They went out of their way to diagnose a pool issue we were having. Will use again in the future if needed.

UPDATED: This is the correct company; the account is under my husbands names, so please disregard the response below. After posting this review and filing the CC complaint, we believe we were finally successfully in stopped the recurring charge, but are still awaiting a refund that was previously promised.We signed up for this service over the summer as we were having difficulty getting the pool to the right levels. We have been attempting to cancel the service for over three months now, but continue to be charged while not receiving service. We have called an endless amount of times and cannot get the issue resolved. Communication with this organization is beyond poor, to the point we have shifted to filing claims through our credit card service. Terrible business practices. DO NOT USE unless you want an endless recurring charge with NO SERVICE.

Swim Solutions is wonderful! Luis is respectful, detailed, polite, and so nice! The value and quality of service is fantastic. I have used other companies that cost less/more, but the service was not nearly as good as Swim Solutions. Reem (in the office) is quick to respond and answers all questions I have. I highly recommend Swim Solutions!

Great service, highly professional. You are assured that proper cleaning of your pool has been done through their picture email before and after the service. Alfredo is always punctual and does a great job. In the course of 16 years of owning a pool, Ive dealt with 3 poor/average and 1 good pool maintenance services. The 1 good pool maintenance service charges higher and requires you to deal with their recommended pool resurfacer, regardless of the cost for my small pool. Glad I was forced to look for a new pool maintenance service and found Swim Solutions. The fee quoted by Reem is highly reasonable and my service was promptly started. I hope I could continue to rely on Swim Solutions great quality service.

Swim Solutions has been wonderful to work with! They were very accommodating to what we needed cleaned on a weekly basis. The gentleman who came out every week was very kind and professional. Would highly recommend!

After several years of haphazard service from several pool companies, I have been very pleased by the service I have received from Swim Solutions for three years now. My pool is cleaned impeccably once each week, and once a month my cartridge is serviced, too.. I have had 2-3 technicians with Swim Solutions, all good and reliable, but my current tech, Victor Negron, has been especially commendable in his work. He is timely, efficient, and is always such a friendly, smiling individual.

Swimm Solutions has been great. They are always on time, amazing workmanship, professional, easy to pay, and have amazing staff. The customer service at Swim Solutions is great. They work quickly and efficiently. I requested a pool cleaning and they were at my house with in a few days. the tech was thorough and helpful and even labeled our pool equipment for me. I love the report they email after a visit. We will use Swim Solutions again and I would recommend them to my friends and family!

Luis with Swimm Solutions did an amazing job washing the stains out of our pebbletec pool. Our entire surface was brown from a rusted pool heater and the results of the acid wash were amazing. Looks like a new pool!

Tony Santos is my pool guy, and he is awesome. He always keeps my pool sparkly clean with routine care. On rare occassions, inclement weather prevents his regular care, and when that happens, he always lets me know when he can come for a make up visit. Tony is friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. I strongly recommend Tony.

This company has been above standards since i started with them 3 months ago. The first company we had was horrible. Pool would be under chlorinated everytime they came almost green. I found this company thru thumbtack and made a great decision... My pool is always blue chlorine and other chemical always on point. I would recommended this company to anyone who wants reliable great service.

Hired Swim Solutions to turn my pool from green to blue and maintain it while I was selling my house. The price was low and service was great. One less thing to worry about, I would recommend this company.

New owners and its been downhill ever since. Do not use this company. Tim and Rheem take zero accountability and are overall sloppy in running and executing their business. Technician left the hose running for 24 hrs and cause an excess water bill of $250. I have to call them every week to remind them to service my pool and usually they forget to vacuum.
