Best Pool cleaning company around! The owners are the sweetest people I have ever met! Their workers are kind and respectful! Every employee does an amazing job keeping our pool clean & safe for our daughters to swim!

I have used this company for three years and I am very satisfied with their service. Even thought they have switched owners I still give them a thumbs up. They answer all of my questions or any problems that I might have at a record time, and I do not have to worry about them trying to get over on me knowing that Im not home a lot unlike the former company I was using.

I was experiencing poor service and was recommended to contact Clear Water Pools. They attended site immediately and straight away rectified problems with water quality. They also competently fixed other defects. I have had no problems since they took over my pool maintenance and they give a reliable and friendly service.

I had an other pool company supposedly the best. Since one month, I noticed that my pool turned green each week. This better company explained to me that it was normal.I spoke with my neighbor and he said try Clear Water Pools.I called them to have an estimate. The owner came and checked my pool and equipment and I told him that my pool often turn green. He went to his truck and came back with a phosphate test. The result was I had a higher phosphate level than the average.After this phosphate treatment, my pool didnt turn green anymore.I appreciate the professionalism and the efficiency of Clear Water Pool.I now recommend it to my friends and every other people with a pool.

Clearwater Pools, CWP, just helped replace a salt chlorinator at my home. The install was perfect and professional!This company has had a couple bad reviews and it is unfortunate that this is the case. I had a great experience and also enjoyed hearing about the companys plans for the future. They will be updating the old website, helping to clear up location confusion. As of now they do not have a store front. The company is under new management and the 2 new owners Justin and Lavinia Burton-Stones are great, professional and kind. They are diligently trying to restore the companys reviews.Give them a chance today! Write a review and help support local business in Central Florida.

The worst pool company I ever deal with.they skip maintenance visits often and never make it back. Blaming on the changes inside the company, promising a better service. But nothing changes. I do not recommend that company at all. Stay away if you don’t want to waist your money

The Owner Laurent came out personally to take a look at my pool and wound up saving me a ton on my water bill. The prices he quoted were very reasonable. Couldnt give them a higher recommendation

If I could rate a zero I would but a 1 it is. If you enjoy being ignored with no call backs after repeated messages then this is the company for you. Dont waste your time, start with another company from the start.

They installed an Aquapro heat pump for my pool . They installed it on a 20 AMP circuit which is not enough power for this pump. They told me that the reason it did not work is because the breaker was bad. I called in an electrician and 2 other pool people all of them said it was installed incorrectly. Not having enough AMps caused breaker problem. The subcontractor who worked for them kept promising to fix the problem. To this day he has not fixed it. Their customer service is horrible. They do a lousy job and they do not care to try to help you. All they do is makeyempty promises. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them.

For the entire year they cleaned my pool they left a dark ring around the bottom rim and when I tried to tell them about it they said it was pollen and they couldnt do anything about it. Weve been in our house for 10 years and the only time that ring was there was when they were cleaning my pool. We stopped using them and magically the ring was gone.... Normally I wouldnt even bother to write a negative review but the way they dismissed my complaint over and over again made me think they do not want to improve their business....Also, the service gentleman would drop chorine tablets in my lawn which burned holes in the grass on several different occasions.
