First time ever coming to Ace hardware, great customer service. Steven was very knowledgeable in solving our outdoor firepit drainage issue with Floridas wet ground. I ended becoming an Ace reward member and will look forward returning to ace hardware for future home improvement needs

Bray Ace Hardware is always great. Employees are helpful and theres always someone with experience in what I need done. I cant stand going to Lowes or Home Depot now because the employees are kinda terrible compared to this Ace.

On Saturday I purchased a new grill online with store delivery from Bray Ace Hardware . Delivery was scheduled for Monday, but I received a call that it could be brought over a day early on Sunday. Fantastic news, I was so excited!Zack was professional, polite, and brought the grill all the way to the patio. He even gave me a few tips on assembly and invited me to call him if I had any questions. The only improvement which I could suggest would be to give Zack a man sized hand truck when delivering a 200 pound grill. It was amusing to see him maneuver the large unwieldy box onto a tiny hand truck fit for a 10 year old. :-)

Good place to shop. Cashier where the lawn equipment was sold was not to friendly like they usually are. I took a blower into your repair shop and John helped me when I went to the counter. He was very helpful and kept me informed on the repair. I think he is very good and polite dealing with the customers. This trip earns 5 Stars. Thanks you John for your help. This is a great local hardware store, the employees are always friendly and willing to help. I rarely have an employee pass by me without offering to help me and if I ask where something is they walk me to it not just point me in the general direction, you simply won’t get service like that at any of the big box hardware stores.

This Ace is very nice. It has a small nursery section but they have good prices. Its a drive for me but they had what I needed so I didnt mind. You can also buy online and pick up at the store so Ill never have a blank mission. Staff is extra helpful as well, I felt welcomed.

I went in to get a paint can, plant for my porch and to see if I can get a solution to my jammed disc on my angle grinder. The key I had was not working. Not only did the get me a better key but they took the time to remove the jammed disc for me! I have to say this is my first time leaving a review and not sure why I didnt take the time before as many times in the past they have assisted me with my projects! Brad, Wayne and Tony where awesome as usual! Great customer service by all including the garden manager that led me to them! Thank you Winter Garden team!

Went into Ace Hardware over the weekend was happy to see social distancing markers on the floor and a sign saying masks required on the door, but after entering the store I noticed there was no enforced social distancing, no limit to the number of shoppers within the store, no enforcement of mask requirement, and even several employees not wearing masks. Given that were seeing record breaking COVID cases coming out of Florida, I was surprised to see the total disregard within the store. I usually try to shop local, but I will not go back here.

I had a stripped bolt and bought a picture in to show to the person assisting me so I could find the right size. Bradley looked at the photo and when I told him I had the chair in the trunk of my car, he asked to go outside to look at the stripped bolt up close. He shocked me when he asked to remove the chair from my car to see if he could take it in to the work room to remove it. After a few minutes, he emerged from the back with everything as good as new. When I reached in my purse, he told me to put my money away. He said there would be no charge. And if that was not enough, he asked if he could take my chair back outside to my car for me. Thank you, God for blessing me with Bradleys assistance and chivalry. Ace has a new customer now thanks to Bradley. He is the epitome of white glove service. Thank you, Bradley.

Visited May 8th. Not a SINGLE employee had a mask or gloves on. Tons of customers entering touching doors. 90% of customers took no precautions either. No employees seen wiping down door. Greatly disappointed in Ace and will avoid returning here in order to avoid contamination by the masses.

Walmart customer service representative recommended me going to Ace to get the keys made after being unsuccessful with them three times. After the second visit to this Ace ROBERTO made the keys and when I pointed out the small problem he made them again and he guaranteed me the keys would work. He also gave such Customer Service assisting me with the correct light bulb for my oven. When I tried the keysT...they worked and the bulb was correct!!!...Go Roberto 😊

My husband and I took our commercial husqvarna Kawasaki zero turn mower in for adjustment, They were recommended by Mainstreet Mowers. I must say... They had the mower in repair, for 4 days took it apart and couldn’t put it back together. They didn’t charge us, but my husband has the task of putting it back together. If you cannot repair a certain model why not just say so, why waste a person time...So unprofessional.

I took too long to write this review and forgot the gentlemans name who went above and beyond for me. I came in with an odd request, after being turned away from Lowes, and the man not only accomplished what I needed done, but did so with care and precision, and then refused any reimbursement. Im coming back to this Ace from now on.

The service at this store is horrific. I made a appointment for my lawnmower and had the worst experience. The unprofessionalism of everyone at the store including the shop manager who I was told is young and his first management job is really concerning. They will lie to you and give you the run around about the service, timing and cost of the work. When call and question and speak with management, it escalates the situation. I feel I was taken advantage of and that’s really sad. I was recommended to come to this store by a friend and I’m sorry I listened. I recently moved to Windermere and prefer a small store over the big box store; but the service and outcome of my first time dealing with everyone at the store left me without any choices but to make sure I go some other place for all my home and hardware needs.

Normally this was my go-to place for all things home improvement and hardware, but not today. Today I went into Ace to replace the wooden support slats for my king size bed. I went to the lumber area and requested that they cut 3 slats at a specific length. Today, the Ace guys told me they couldn’t help with that because they no longer cut wood. They recommended Lowes or Home Depot. Wow! I guess I’m going back to Lowes!

This store will beat Amazon any day. Yes they have everything you need but what makes the difference is people. Every staff member is helpful and knowledgeable. They understand the community and their needs. Came here for hurricane prep and its a well oiled machine. Good updates on socal media, fair prices, honest answers. I cant recommend this place enough.

Who would ever shop at Lowes or Home Depot when you have this Ace nearby? Prices are comparable, and the convenience cant be beat. Whereas I would waste lots of time walking up and down the aisles in those places looking for what I need, Ace is so walkable that I can usually find what Im looking for within a minute. And when I do need assistance, theres always 2 or 3 staff that are approachable but not overbearing.

First time in this store, and already have a great impression! Came in for a car Key copy, store member Michael was extra helpful, found us a copy for our car key we couldnt have had done anywhere else, even changed the batteries on the car remote. The store is well stocked, highly organized and everything in its place in order and its ultra clean. The are well staffed all around and have a large assortment to put honw depot or lowes to shame. 5 stars, Ace has always been the name in hardware before the other guys.
