Completely saved my life today. I needed my iPad for work next week and it is a holiday weekend and they offered to fix it on a Saturday late and have it back to me same day to accommodate. I took my iPad in because of a faulty charging port that wasnt working. They cleaned it out and it charged and then they didnt even charge me for the quick service and diagnosis when they should have. Not only did they accommodate me on a holiday weekend they did it for free. Great quick service! In addition they have fixed multiple broken phone screens in the past, quickly and affordably. Great service but I don’t know what to say. I brought an iPhone 11 in for a screen repair, they replaced it with a faulty screen twice. The next day my friend had the same thing happen. 4 simple screen repair failures in 2 days.Good news is they paid for the replacements

INCREDIBLE service. My laptop (MacBook pro)crashed and when I sought help from Apple and Best Buy Geek Squad both denied service due to my computer being considered legacy or vintage ( 7 years old). I was told it was more than likely in need of replacement. My husband found this business online and after reading the ratings and reviews he took in for a diagnostic appointment. Within hours not only was the problem identified but FIXED! Other comparable shops was estimating 3-5 days turnaround time for just a diagnostic. I was thrilled to pay the $140 compared to the cost of a replacement. Great service, fair prices, awesome communication. Would highly recommend this business.

I have had to use this place of business for a few years and I have never been disappointed. They are always so honest and the work is always done in a excellent time frame.

This is the most amazing place to go if you ever need your phone fixed. It literally took less than an hour, and they called me ahead of time so I had a heads up to go. Plus, I came in about an hour before closing time, so they kept the store open past closing time just so I’d be able to pick up my phone the same day and not have to come in tomorrow. When I went, they offered me a free water and we’re very kind. I’d recommend this to anyone. Also, my screen was cracked ridiculously bad and now it looks completely brand new and the colors are even brighter. I love it.

What a nice experience. Normally I dread coming to get my iPhone fixed but this totally changed my mindset. The pricing is fantastic and their customer service is phenomenal. They even have a nice little section in the corner for your kid to play in! We have about 15 devices in our household and I plan on coming here for the rest as needed.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I looked for over a year for a reasonable repair for my iPad Air 2. Mine was a special case because I attempted to fix the device myself and removed the screen and digitizer. They repaired my mistakes within an hour and a half, got the device back up and running (including my touch id sensor), and charged 1/3 of what I had been quoted by other repair shops. Went for an iPhone repair, was quick. Seemed expensive but I dont really have anything to compare it to. Had to go back to adjust some settings which he did for free while I waited. Definitely good for repairs if youre in the area and need them.

Unbelievably fair pricing compared to other stores I looked into. Fixed my screen and even put tempered glass over it for me. The customer service was fantastic as he even offered to fix my girlfriend’s screen for free in order to earn more business. I will only be taking my devices here from now on

Rave RAVE for fixing my phone to iTechRepair Solutions at 1201 Winter Garden Vineland Rd. My wife dropped my phone in our spa and after fishing for what seemed like 10+ seconds I thought it would never work again. I took it to iTech and he not only fixed it but did it dirt cheap. Im sad to say Ive had them work on my phone several times and they are always great and the cheapest Ive found in Orlando. Check them out!

Went there on wed, shows opened at 10, ways there at 10:05. There was a sign on door that said “Be right back 20 mins break”. Was there till 10:45 outside waiting and gave up. A break right after opening up says a lot! Not sure how they got 5 stars.

I have had both an iPad and an Android tablet repaired here. They have great service and called to update me on the status as necessary. Both of mine had significant damage and I am more than pleased with the outcome. The iPad had damaged charging components, glass broken, and seal damaged. The LG was the glass and LCD badly damaged.
