I would like to be able to review their service but even after being in store and following up three different times, no return email no return call. I guess they do so much business they can afford to turn business away/ignore paying customers.
Use this place to diagnose your problems, they have in house proprietary software which can help figure out what part is falling on a PC pretty easily. But theyll overcharge you compared to a local shop like smart stuff for the actual repair
Had to get our iPad sent out due to a busted screen. Matt Gerber (no affiliation with the gerber baby) was extremely helpful and friendly! All employees were nice and attentive.Thanks guys!
Don’t go here looking for a repair unless your laptop/computer is newer than about 3 years. I was told my laptop was “too old” but it works perfectly fine except I needed a new hinge for it so that it would open and close properly. It’s about 6 years old. Went in to get an evaluation and cost on a simple fix- a new hinge but that seemed like it was too complicated or maybe they didn’t want to accept a low margin job and would rather me buy a brand new laptop from Best Buy? I was also told that since the laptop was older that they probably don’t even make the parts for it! Anyways, got back in the car and searched eBay and located the parts within seconds and going to fix it myself for about $26! Thanks but no thanks! With that same logic, when your car gets a flat tire but it’s only 5-6 years old, you mines well kick it to the curb and buy a new one instead!
The worst customer service! The communication is a headache. If you get disconnected, that happen all the time, they never call you back and you have to start all over again. Is awful!
Dont go to them PERIOD, they arent actual tech people, gave them my PC they fixed the issue then when I got home I noticed that they broke my USB ports didnt even tell me, brought it back to them to fix that and they couldnt. said they would have to replace an entire part that they cant order, then when I walked to my car and with my PC I noticed theirs a HUGE scratch going completely across the case of my $250 PC case, they said I can only give u $20 in store credit they said usually we do a complete inspection when the device comes in and when we give it back. Nice inspection 👌 2nd time not seeing something and tell the customer before they leave.

I am always amazed at the knowledge and excellent service the Geek Squad works on my computer. They always figure out the issues and corrects them!! I cannot say enough about this knowledgeable staff.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had a worse experience, starting with Geek Squad online, and finishing with an exasperating experience with Geek Squad in store. No call backs, late delivery, failed support time after time.
Had data transferred from PC to fit Mac. They made it easy, stress free. And did not laugh at my tech handicaps!
