We can’t wait to go back! If you are looking for a peaceful and unique setting (with all the miniature therapy horses) this is it. This country setting is close to the great restaurants of historic downtown Winter Garden and the West Orange Trail which is ideal for biking, walking and running. Susan is a great host and is very personable. She has a lovely home inside and out with several places where you can sit outside and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you while watching her horses graze.

Our annual girls weekend was by far the best one yet thanks to the beautiful people & horses at Soul Haven Ranch. Spend the weekend or the day and you wont be disappointed. The experiences with the minis is like nothing else. Calm, zen, beautiful. The B&B is gorgeous and the city of Winter Garden is so pretty. A destination for sure! Thank you Susan.

Lizzy is a beautiful horse and Susan is so passionate and professional with what she does. They showed up on time and Lizzy was ready to go. The horse and carriage was my grand entrance for our wedding ceremony and everyone broke down in tears. I am only sorry I didnt have any apples or carrots for Lizzy! The horse was not even bothered by our dogs.

Spent the most amazing weekend at Susans Soul Haven Ranch. The Ranch itself is absolutely beautiful and the my time with the minis is an experience everyone should have! We had a girls weekend here and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Susan for an incredible time!!!

We booked the mini horse experience and couldn’t have been happier! Susan was great, you can really tell the level of care and love she gives the horses with how calm and obedient they are. The looks and comments we got taking the minis for a walk down the trail were priceless. We were big fans of Rocky the puppy too, haha.

Had a great weekend and even better experience with the miniature horses. They are so precious and just my size. Accommodations are top notch. Will definitely be back.

Horrible service! They were providing carriage rides in Downtown Winter Garden during the Holidays. I booked my time, told my 3 year old about it. She was so excited and impatient to go on the ride. We waited for over 1 hour, and they gave my time slot away to someone else. And we couldn’t go in the end. Very disorganized! So disappointed!

We love coming to the ranch and visiting Miss Susan, since day one she talked to our daughter directly (which I love) and through the care and handling of the mini horses has built a relationship with her that is so precious to watch. She always makes time to chat with us when we see her out in Winter Garden, she has become a friend we always enjoy seeing. Miss Susan and Soul Haven are so cherished in our Community!

My son has been going to soul haven ranch for over a year and a half ! He absolutely loves Ms Susan and riding trouble! He has experienced so many amazing things by “hanging out” with the horses! It’s by far his favorite place to go! We are now going weekly so he has something to work towards!

This company had a horse drawn carriage in Winter Garden at a Plant Street Halloween event on 10/31/20. The driver was literally yelling at people in costumes saying it would scare the horse. Literally rudely yelling at people. No one expected a horse to go by or know the horse was bothered by costumes. It’s Halloween. There are crowds. There are costumes. This could have been said or handled in a better more professional way. I love horses and would not want the horse scared or upset. But the driver could have been more professional and kind about it. How were people supposed to know this? You don’t have to yell at them. They are just standing there or walking on the sidewalk or crossing a street.

Soul Haven Ranch made a once in a lifetime fairytale come to life for our daughters Senior Prom. Due to Covid, many planned activities for the Class of 2020 was cancelled. We redefined the circumstance and created the most magical moment for our daughter.When I contacted Susan (Owner), she walked me through what I can only visualize in my mind. We talked about which carriage would best suit my daughter/event, the footmen, the horse & carriage decorations.Susan came to our gated community and set up her team. Everything was seamless.She brought a photographer/videographer (Higher Power Drone Photography) who captured everything using a drone.When my daughter & husband saw the beautiful white horse drawn carriage come around the corner, tears fell. My daughter leans over and whispers, I feel like I am about to step into one of my fairytale books I read as a child.Thank you, Susan and Soul Haven Ranch for creating a Magical moment that will last a lifetime.

Soul Haven brought out their amazing horses and princess carriage for a wedding event at our venue and the entire affair was absolutely breathtaking! Our brides photos will forever be truly magically because of this service. We definitely recommend Soul Haven for any carriage needs!!! 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Soul Haven Ranch on Valentine’s Day! We got to groom and walk miniature horses, which was so fun! Susan is so kind and helpful, and you can definitely see her passion for animals. I am not so experienced with horses, but am a huge animal lover. Susan was so patient and was there to help me every step of the way. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem, and we are looking forward to staying in the guest house soon!

Beautiful place

Susan was a wonderful host to my children. She welcomed into her home and was very nice. She was very knowledgeable about the area and horses and accomodating to us. The breakfast wasnt the most grand affair but it was perfect for an easy start to the day. We will surely return.

I did a photoshoot here a few days ago. Wow, its so lovely, the horse and carriage are straight out of a fairytale. Its amazing. And the staff are super sweet.
