I had a package unit air conditioner with natural gas heating system installed. From the point of getting a quote to completing the installation, All Star Heating & Cooling were excellent. After receiving the quote I had additional questions. I was replacing a system and wanted to be sure the new system would do a better job. Les, the owner, responded to my numerous queries via text and phone expeditiously. When I decided to proceed, Les and his team/staff, kept me up to date on their locating the unit during these times when production has had many delays across the country. When the installation was scheduled I was told to expect them at 6:30AM. The technician was at my door at 6:30 on the dot! The techs were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and Covid safe. The job was great from A-Z.

Our ac went out on 7/28/21. We called E.C. Waters to repair.it. After three days, they said they didn’t know when they could get the part they needed and would call me after the weekend!! ( It was 92 Degrees in our house.) 🥵 We called around to our friends and we’re given the name of All Star Heating and Cooling. Boy, what a difference! We called on a Friday evening, they came over on Sat. morning, and had it repaired by that afternoon! ( and they were $100.00 less expensive) The tech, Nick, was amazing. He was competent, professional, acted concerned, and kept us updated on progress. The owner, Les, even called us a couple times as well to make sure everything was going smoothly. So please, don’t suffer like we did, call All Star first.

Scheduled All Star heating to replace our AC system. They communicated prior to the day on what time they would be coming out and they were on time and moved quickly. The team was professional, nice and easy to work with. They answered lots of questions by our 4 yr old on what was going on. They offer a great warranty on some of their units as well. Would highly recommend using them.

The owner contacted me and because communication is the key to good focused customer service. I’m upgrading to five stars. My assessment is that communication to expectations was implied versus specific.Review: Had a Saturday service call. Unit flipping from cool mode to heat mode when it cycled back on - resulting in a very HOT house. Tech did not successfully nail down the issues. I’ll concede that it was more than likely a combination of several small issues leading into one big issue.I was unhappy, but let me just say, the owner got involved and based on my reasoning for several reasons. He values his customers, he cares about his employees (company) and he’s committed to excellence service. This is a win-win for current or future customer.For my part, I jumped the gun and wrote a two star review that hindsight told me was unfair as I should have called the office - communication - that was on me. After a lengthy conversation with the owner, I recognized this on my behalf and made it right. Customer service at All Star is Five Stars hands down.Now, make no mistake about it. I will give a one, two or three star review. Trust me people work hard to earn those reviews. When they earn em, I give em.That’s not the case with All Star. I could have deleted the review and started over, but it’s important for people considering using All Star to look at the owners detailed response. It’s thorough and epic! I for one added a couple stars just because he cared to respond.

Excellent service, communication and price. We had our whole system fail and were getting the runaround from our home warranty companys trusted partners. Everyone at AllStar was with us every step of the way, diagnosing the issue, getting a straightforward answer about what it means, and how best to combat the problem. We ended up going for a full system replacement. Every question was answered and no stone was left unturned during the process. The crew that came in to do the install were efficient, patient, and polite. Truly couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I cant tell you how happy I was with All Star from Jill in the office to the 3 gentlemen who installed our unit in a professional manner. They even cleaned up at the end, I was so impressed! Thank you again All Star!

The company was responsive to all my communications. They quoted a price and it did not change. Installation was scheduled and the installation was completed with no issues. The techs were on time and efficiently installed the new HVAC system and cleaned up afterwards. My new system has been running flawlessly ever since. Highly recommend using this company.

I have used them since buying my home over 6 years ago, they have taken care of repairs on my old equipment but installed a new system for me as well. Great customer service, friendly and trust worthy company that I would recommend to all my friends & family.

Frankly, I think all these positive reviews are fake.This so called company installed brand new AC in July 2020. It worked one day then it stopped working. They came the next day and fixed. Two days later it stopped working again - two days later they came again and fixed. Then 2 weeks later it stopped working again. Of course they. came and fixed but the question is....would I use this company again? NO, NO. There is no reason for professional to install brand new AC and not knowing what they are doing therefore it took them so many visits in order to get it working. Mind, this is happening in a Hot Florida summer. Sorry, I will look for someone else to take my business to. This review is for All Star heating and cooling of winter garden FL (Hi Les).

Needed two AC units; one for my house and one for an investment property. Both went on the same day. Unbelievable service. Les and Kelly are extremely responsive, worked with me on the price since I was buying two brand new central units and really do a great job. The techs are professional, clean and explain anything that needed answering. I have a service contract with them for routine maintenance as well. I was referred to them by an electrician that I use and he could not have been more right about them.

Outstanding service and an excellent product. The company is very quick to respond when I had an AC issue. I found out I had a Freon leak and ended up getting a new system later that week. They removed the price of the previous service call from the new AC system price. New AC unit is running like a champ! All questions and concerns are answered within an hour or two. My landlord hired this company to complete a warranty claim from an AC he bought from another company that we did not like their service. ALL STAR had some great employees who not only called us before our appointment window but they also were on time. Very nice young men who fully kept me involved in the process and worked fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!
