They are not serious. I went there with my Infiniti to a radiator fan repair. Before I’ve been in Infiniti of Orlando and they gave me an estimate. But they didn’t trust Infiniti and they charged me 75 dollars for they own diagnostic. After this initial problem: the biggest and worst surprise: they gave me an estimate with parts 4 times more expensive than the average, when I try to ask the reason they said that AutoZone, Advance, O’Riley, Napa, etc... are not reliable and they just sell shortcuts, not good parts! Just theirs are good! So, I had to pay 75 dollars for a diagnostic that I gave (not me, Infiniti) to them and I took my car to Nissan dealership (JX35 and Pathfinder are the same) and in the dealership I saved 41 dollars comparing to Traywick. They were just cheaper than Infiniti dealership and more expensive that everyone else.

Honest, prompt, professional and friendly. Being a female going to the mechanics intimidates me a little. Seeing a knowledgeable female at the front desk and a female mechanic there put me at ease. (Girl Power!) Great work and great communication very helpful. I was shown and explained what was done and needed to be done. I also got a follow up call to make sure I was pleased with the work a couple days later. Exceeded my expectations!

Wonderful service. I came for tyres and was very pleasantly surprised to see they had many other services too. I am so glad I found this place and I know my car is in very good hands.

Polite and professional they give you an estimate of the work to be done and they stick with it if theres any changes they will communicate with you. The shop is clean inside and out.

My experience of this garage has been very poor, let me explain.The previous owner Mr Traywick, who still works there a few days a week is a great and informative mechanic. He is very pleasent to deal with and I am sure were he still the owner operator the following would not have been an issue. However I went in to have my unused spare tire changed to the front of my Jeep Wrangle and my other unused spare tire ( I have multiple sets of tires) put on the front so I effectively had two new tires on the front of my vehicle following an issue with my tracking that had worn one tire unevenly but the other was still in great shape.Obviously I needed to have my four wheels aligned to prevent recurrence. I called to see if the person who does wheel alignment (original owner, Mr Traywick) was available and was told he was but need to be there before a certain time, 4pm. I drove there immediately about 11.30am to be told he was not available despite me driving for 20 minutes. The receptionist who knew I was coming said she had meant to call me to let me know not to come as person had had to go for a family emergency, but she had been busy. Not helpful but these things happen so I returned the next day.During this visit tire alignment went well, but during the tire rim change they removed and failed to refit one of my Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS). The tried to tell me the full size spares (Jeep Wrangler full size spare for off road use) do not have TPMS; Jeep dealer assures me they do have these sensors. . They also advised me they could not balance tire because my spare was four years old, this is simply not true as I had it balance by another garage, as it wobbled so badly when driving after I left Traywicks. Instead they insisted on trying to sell me a brand new tire, which I declined.I note most of Traywicks much older part worn tires for sale in their forecourt look much older than four years old. When I went to leave I discovered that they had kept my best tire of the two front replaced and put the worst on my spare. They then tried to advise that the had put my worn (but still very good) tire in my trunk but they had not and after i challenged them they brought it through from the tire bay. Also discovered second TPMS sensor was missing.This is not acceptable and with the very rude lady on reception not being interested in resolving concerns I realised it was pointless trying to resolve. I was also charged more than originally quoted and left with two TPMS missing, one unbalanced tire, the worn out tire fitted to the spare and the good tire recovered after a confrontation about not leaving without it.Needles to say I will not be going there again and would advise that if anyone does they check everything meticulously. I then had to pay to have wheel properly balanced elsewhere (tire was not too old at 4 years -it could not be balanced) as well as yet to buy two new TPMS sensors.

Honestly I am very impressed with the service I received here. Not only are they fair in cost but one of the mechanics came over and showed me exactly where the concerns were on my car and explained why it was a concern. I loved that they showed me the issue and I loved the family feel of the placeThe kindness the staff had was refreshing. Highly recommend and trust them with my vehicle.

I noticed a nail in my tire so I needed a place to patch it - quickly! I first stopped at a shop down the road - 45 min wait! I was on my way to another place close by and was passing Traywicks Garage so I pulled in. They were able to take me right in! Patched the tire quickly. In and out in about 30 minutes. Went in thinking I just needed an oil change, new brakes, a wheel alignment, and more anti-coolant. Found out I needed new tie end rods, new ball joints, new shocks, and an anti-coolant flush. Originally thought I was being ripped off money-wise but when I showed up to pick up my car with new ball joints, a wheel alignment, new brakes, and an oil change all completed in one day I was happy with the work they had done. I was taken back to the service area and physically shown what was replaced and what needs to be replaced in the future. The other things did not get done because I was pushed on time to go back to college, but the family who owns this shop is very sweet. Elizabeth is very honest and likes her customers to be well taken care of. Would definitely recommend going to this shop to get any mechanic work complete.

Wow... I brought my car to them for an alignment and tire rotation a year ago. Liked them then. Today I just had to do a tire rotation. Got there when they opened at 8 and they were ready to go! Didnt take long at all!! I so appreciated them getting me in and out because of my work schedule. I love them now! Very dependable. :)

The family at Traywicks is the most kind and honest people I have encountered for any type of small business. I misdiagnosed my own car problem and they could have suggested a replacement to my starter and I would have happily paid. Instead, they told me that my relatively new battery went bad and I just needed a new battery. They have earned a long time new customer.

Ive been going to Traywicks for repairs for a long time, When my wife was in the hospital for a long stay They did an emergency brake job right away so I could get to the hospital. Let me be upfront. The mechanics are great. Prices are good and service seemed honest. However, the lady who runs the front desk is an absolute jerk.I came to the garage around 4:49 on Friday and asked about a simple job (having wheel locks removed). They said they had closed up and I was disappointed but I understood. I can the next Friday at 4:24 asking about the same job and she said, I told you we dont take cars after 4. I said shoot I didnt know that and she repeat the same sentence. I said I didnt hear if she did tell me and hung my head for a sec as I did she repeated the sentence in a progressively condescending tone. Finally I look up and said I did say you didnt say that I just dont remember. She bobbed her head and said it two more times. I said you should probably have a little more empathy and walked out the door. I was shocked by her. I went 100 feet down Vineland to Hudson tire and they took care of me straight away.Ill never go there again. Again just being honest I gotta give it to their good mechanics & but they got really bad customer service.

Traywicks Garage is great, I have nothing bad to say. I usually do all of my own car maintenance and/or minor repairs. I was in a rush today and took my wifes car in to get an oil change. It was very fast, they did not hassle me with extra add-on purchases, nor did they try to show me a list of possible maintenance items that I should probably replace, just to be safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for quality service at a good price. I also called around to four different places before I went to Traywicks, they were the fairest price and delivered quality work.I am not the kind of person that typically writes reviews, I expect that all business that want to stay a business are looking to treat customers right, deliver what is promised and be friendly in the process. I left Traywicks wanting to write a review, that says a lot about the quality of service this place delivers.

Excellent trustworthy service and that is hard to find these days. My only suggestion is I wish they were open a bit later and on the weekends. Most of the time I have to reluctantly take my business else where because they close at 5PM and are not open on the weekends.

I took my car in to Traywick’s Garage on 4/26/13 because I was having a problem with my front suspension. The head mechanic took my car and put it on the lift to examine the struts. I was told that the driver side strut was seized and needed to be replaced. He also added that I should replace both struts in the front because it would not make sense to replace just one.I was told that the entire job to replace the front struts with labor and wheel alignment would cost me $417.44. I was even provided a written quote and they scheduled me to return to drop of the car on 4/29/13.I took my car in that morning (4/29/13) and met with a different person. I told her that I had an appointment and provided her the written quote with all the details. She took my keys and I was instructed to wait in the waiting room.A few minutes later I was asked if I could come to the front office to speak to her about my car. I was told that the written quote that I was provided was incorrect and that the new price for the job was going to cost me and additional $220.00.I was also told that there was no way that they were going to honor the price that I was given!This was my first time bringing my car to this establishment and clearly the last. My recommendation to you would be, find someone else who will honor their word, especially a written quote!

Excessive prices and poor customer service! never return to this place

I have been a customer of Traywicks Garage for over 10 years. I know when I have my cars serviced there, I will get honest dependable service. Before any work is done, they always tell me what my cars need and how much it will cost.

Deeply disappointed. Went in for a simple tire repair. Nail in center of tire. Mechanic who greeted me was super friendly and courteous. Immediately after they brought car in to FX, a woman started motioning for me to come into garage area and immediately stared the press to sell me a new tire. I have 17,500 miles on the tires and 5/32 tread minimum. I quickly said no. She was agitated and told me to go sit back down. Within 3 minutes, the tire was now unrepairable. She called me over again to show me where the steel belt is showing through as though it was some type of manufacturer defect. Of course that wasn’t the case. The belt was showing through where they had scraped the rubber violently to adhere a patch. A simple $15 repair has turned into a $280 new tire episode. I wish the gentleman I met when I arrived had handled my repair because I had great confidence in him. The woman, her upsell, and the result, not so much. I’ve since shown the tire to two garages who both said it should have been an easy repair based on the condition of my other tires.

I have gone to Traywicks for auto repairs on my vehicles. This is a good honest establishment. On one occasion, I had a dead battery during the time when most businesses where closing shop early in anticipation for a hurricane. They waited for me and stayed operating until I arrived after a battery jump. They replaced my battery with no hesitation! They went over and beyond with customer service!

Was panicking because my car kept breaking down, but they fixed it and provided great service, I recommend 10/10

I have not had service there, but I did call to get a quote on a Front Strut/Shock install. They informed me they do not accept outside parts. Ok. That is actually totally fine because of warranty, etc. Then the woman added that shops are in the business of making money on labor AND parts. Well, I am sorry if I really care about my vehicle, did hours of research on selecting the exact shocks I wanted to use, and bought the specific high-end Bilsteins I want to use. Now you wont make money on the parts OR the labor from my car.

I have been using Traywicks Garage for over ten years. They are excellent! I have a background as a mechanic, so Im no stranger to the pieces and parts of an automobile. This means when I get my car fixed I can tell pretty quickly if they are being honest or not. Traywicks has always treated me and my wife with absolute integrity. Never once have I found that they were anything but honest. On top of that, they are good at what they do. Especially front end alignment, ac work, and service jobs. But the reason that I am motivated to write this review is what happened today. My vehicle needed a new axle shaft and Elizabeth took the time to shop around for a sale price, and saved me $320. Excellent, competent, friendly and professional, I highly recommend Traywick to anyone. As a side note, I dont understand how some of these other reviews can be bad. My experience has been consistently excellent for over ten years.

Very unprofessional customer service!

Mechanics are excellent. Similar to others here I find it is the attitude and approach of the front desk staff which brings the rating down. My Wife had brought her cars here for years and was very happy. She would bring the car in, get an estimate and approve it no questions asked. Never any issues with come-backs . Recently we had occasion to bring one of the vehicles in for a noise in the drive train and were presented with a number of items that also needed attention . Being somewhat mechanically minded I had a few questions about the long lost of repairs they recommended to a vehicle I brought in. They lady was very offended and felt that I was questioning their integrity when all I wanted was to understand so I could make informed decisions. She said no one ever asked question before when the car was Brought in and maybe she should just speak to my wife :-). They even went so far as to complain about me asking questions when my wife went in to pick up the vehicle. They seem to have an issue explaining things to knowledgeable consumers and that is a red flag. Unfortunate as the mechanics are excellent I especially like the sign that reads Air $3.00
