We purchased new Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP) for our old house. The old pine wood floors were not in good enough shape to refinish. The LVP was cost effective and utilitarian for our lifestyle. LVP will allow us not to worry about our pets nails or other worries of wood floors. Thank you CWF for your professional installation. I love my house again!

Had lots of word of mouth recommendations that these guys were the best to work with. We had a bit of a challenge communicating with our sales rep that led to a gross under-estimation of our project and a delay in finishing our install. When we raised these concerns to management, they came to our home to apologize, worked to find a solution that would make everyone happy, and ultimately honored our contract even though it meant they had to order additional materials at their own expense.Install was done quickly and professionally and, most importantly, looks great! They had to match a hardwood floor that was installed almost twenty years ago and did a great job. We love our new floor and would definitely recommend working with Carolina Wood Floors even with the hiccups we experienced at the outset. Were very satisfied and look forward to working with them in the future.

Came, measured and discussed job. He said he would send text of quote by end of day. That was Friday. Its the following Wednesday now and still no quote. Contacted their competition who gave better rate and scheduled job on the spot. I would not recommend for hardwood refinishing.

Service began April 8, 2019 finished April 10, 2019. My first home project! I have been wanting hardwood floors in my home for a long time. I have been researching different companies and received three estimates from other competitor flooring companies. CWF was by far the most helpful, engaging, easily contacted, and in my opinion the most educated and knowledgeable,therefore, I decided to work with them. I worked with Mark every step of the way! Mark, was an absolute GOD send. He educated me on the types of hardwood that would best suit my familys needs. He dropped off samples, and answered every question my kind came up with. We decided to go through with engineered hardwood in birch hand scraped. My floor is beautiful! Mark explained the process and the workers were friendly and on time.
