I loved the sales process, window installation. No issues through out the whole process. The only problem Ive had is that some of the plastic clips on the screens have broken. My wife has called 3 times starting in March and was told theyd ship some out. Its now June and I called and left a message that we still havent received any clips. Its the little things that will keep people from recommending a company.

Bill Carpenter, measured, ordered and installed new windows. He has been so polite and cooperative with my requests and questions. He is a very hardworking, neat and talented in his field. He helped me move furniture out of the way and put it back. I have been extremely impressed with him as a person and installer. Five Star for sure.

Bill Carpenter came today to make some simple adjustments to our windows. Wow! A five-minute fix! Thank you, Bill, for your expertise and knowledge. You did a great job and even gave me some tips for keeping my windows in great working order. I appreciate it!And I appreciate that Bill wore a mask the entire time. Shows courtesy during this time of COVID. He wouldn’t know that I am fighting cancer at this time, so caring enough to wear a mask meant a lot to me.

Had them come out to estimate new windows the guy was very nice and knowledgeable. Decided to try to go with financing to purchase windows, the salesman told me he would be in touch the next day to let us know and setup signing day. Have Not heard anything since then. After a week I received my deposit check voided and a letter saying I was denied financing. Funny thing is Im signed up with each credit bureau to get alerts whenever my credit is checked I havent even got an alert that they even checked it? Even if it wasnt approved he could have still called and let me know. Maybe I would have tried again in the future?

My wife and I had new siding, windows, and gutters installed about roughly 3 years ago and been very pleased with the product and employees involved in the installation. Recently we had a broken glass on our sliding glass door. And the repair man Bill Carpenter came out and made the repair he was a very friendly and done a great job on the repair. I would suggest strongly that Reece Builders be the one you call for windows siding doors and gutters.

Because of the covid stuff took forever too get the door but the only updates or information I got was when I felt it was past due for a courtesy call ... And when the door was finally installed they installed it the opposite opening way from in which I placed the order with.. I was told my husband wanted it to open the way it was installed fine whatever but when they agreed to send someone out to flop the door . I get no call to confirm on the day(8/4/20) Im told someone would be here which NO ONE even showed up.. and the screen door doesnt sit right its stuck so bad that the metal is shaving off ... the salesman preached awesome customer service so far fat Chance

Immediately my husband and I noticed the difference in the temperature of our home this summer. The house remains cooler longer after running the HVAC. Therefore, that will conserve our energy usage and costs. The windows look beautiful and sleek. Wayne Childress delivered the high quality product that he showed us in his presentation. The installers arrived on time, worked in a professional manner and cleaned as they worked. The office team was attentive and answered all our questions. We are happy with the Reece Builders product and team.

Reece Builders is a GREAT company. We have used them to install windows, a shower, and a front door over the past 7 years. When we had the windows installed, our heat and air bills were cut in half! The windows are very secure, very tight fitting, but are very easy to open and clean. The shower looks like the showers you find in 5 start hotels, and includes corner shelves, a bench, a hand bar, and shower glass and walls that will not stain. The new front door looks great and is very secure. they matched the door to match the style of the house.Representatives from the company came to our house and met with us, demonstrated the products, and made us a great deal on each project. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH! They told us what it would cost - no added or surprise fees.They came to install when they said they would come, and the windows and front door only took less than a day to complete each project. The Shower project was done in three days.Each of these projects have already paid for themselves because of the quality of the products, and lifetime warranties. It has increased the value of our home by 10%.We have a few more projects in mind, and we already know who we are calling. I highly recommend Reese Builders!!!

Best company around for windows, siding and acrylic bathroom make overs

I asked Reece builders to come out for an estimate for a moderate job (20-30k) this was first week of January. When the sales person showed up he said would be 3+ hour visit. I explained to him we just wanted the basic facts and give him all the info he needs to give us an estimate. This through him off he had a very large binder with ALL the company info which I told him I didn’t need because I’ve done my research. He stated nobody has ever done that to him. Well we went on from there I did cut him short a few times when he was trying to tell me irrelevant info about the owner, windows etc. again I explained I want the info pertinent to my job not a family tree. After 2 hours we finally finished and as I’m walking him to the door he stated most people usually have him stay for dinner. I explained it was not happening tonight. We left things that he had everything he needed after measurements and walking through and around the house. After 6 weeks of not hearing anything I called and did get a return call stating he was sending one of the contractors out for some of the parts to look at. That was second week of February still no contact. Needless to say we will not be using them this is just a huge company that subs out most of their work and want your valuable time to give a 3 hour presentation and if married will NOT come out unless both are home. Good luck if you go with them.

Wayne Childress was never on time with phone calls and text. He even got in a heated argument with me, very very rude. Buyer beware and beware of their salesperson, Wayne Childress. The company did nothing to resolve an unhappy customer complaint. Its all about the sale with no focus on follow up.

We had Reese come out for a quote - Rodger arrived and in 1 hour gave us full quote and great demo of the product. We signed up end Feb - the team has been fantastic - we had number of questions given the Covid - but they answered them and as soon as the factory opened back up they had us on the install list and exceeded our expectations - even during the install we had calls from the office checking that all was going smoothly - and a follow up the day after sinsrall was completed. These are full lifetime warranty windows/install - the product looks fantastic - and we couldn’t be happierOne of the best investments for a Florida home!Highly recommend them!

They came door knocking. I accepted the opportunity for a free estimate. They scheduled it for Friday at 5:00. Called at 4:45 said they wouldn’t arrive until 6:00. I cancelled and told them to call and reschedule the next week. I didn’t hear from them for over two weeks. They just seem weird. I don’t think I would trust them to do the work in a timely or professional manner.

If you are in the market for windows, siding, bath remodel, flooring, roofs or decks....this is the company you want to buy from. Everyone is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have to say that I am shocked at some of these reviews...I have never had anything but pleasant and professional interactions with this company. They can seem to be calling excessively, but in fact, they are just making sure they are reaching all of the customers that want information or estimates on their products......and they ONLY call people who have GIVEN their information or requested contact in regards to home improvements they are interested in. They canvass door to door instead of advertising on TV and after 47 years in business, they have found this to be a more effective approach. They truly have a AMAZING and SUPERIOR product line and if you go with them, your project will end up paying for itself in a short amount of time....and their warranties are TRANSFERABLE....not too many companies offer that. Iwouldnt trust my home with ANYONE else!!

I love my new windows. I have been pleased with the entire experience, from the representative that first came to my door to the installers that came out this morning. They took the time to answer all our questions, demonstrate every feature, and were prompt and courteous with follow up to any concerns.

Had REECE install replacement windows 11 years ago..Excellent workmanship. At that time, had 2 excellent representatives sell us the windows..they are no longer with the company; however, recently had to contact Reece with regard to a problem with 2 of my windows. Spoke with Sarah, the Service Manager, who was able to work with me and have a technician arrive that was convenient for my schedule. After 11 years, and a lifetime warranty, had excellent response and the technician, BILLY CARPENTER arrived promptly at my home to check out the problem. He solved the problem, then offered to check ALL the rest of my replacement windows, discovered a problem - caused by ME..not the window itself, took care of that as well as 2 windows that needed to be re-glued so they would not come off. BILLY is an excellent addition to your company, very personable..making me feel it was very important that I be satisfied with his work..Would highly recommend REECE to anyone looking for replacement windows. If all your technicians are like BILLY CARPENTER, Reece is very fortunate.

I was asked three times if I actually contributed to the household. Considering I said I was employed, I dont know why I was asked again. Also interestingly, the math on pricing was done was incorrectly and when I pointed this out I got the following response: Do you want new windows or not? Im talking to your husband. Very classy.😐

My wife and I had been in contact with Reese Builders a couple of times over the past few months to have someone come out and give us a quote for our windows. They told my wife that it was a free quote and set up the time for them to come. All we wanted was a quote price and financing information based on the quote which we figured would be at most 30 minutes. Instead, we got almost hour and a half demonstration on the windows while also trying to put a four year old to bed. The salesman never once addressed my wife directly basically excluding her from the entire conversation and when she spoke up to ask him questions he became harsh and defensive as if she had no right to question him or the information. After he calculated the quote, it was a higher price than he said it would be by almost $3,000. When it came to financial information the salesman could not have been less transparent. We wrote up a form that he said would let the finance division what interest rate to charge. He took our information and then said his contractor would be in touch with us about the sale and when to measure for our new windows. We stopped him and immediately cancelled the transaction because we had agreed to no such thing as this was supposed to be a QUOTE! It was a very sleazy way to try and make a sale. Needless to say we will never use Reese Builders and will encourage anyone looking for windows to look elsewhere.

I am in love with my windows from Reece Builders!! 11 Windows were removed, installed and trimmed out in less than 6 hours!! They even took the time to repair rotten wood when they didnt have too. I have double pane windows in my home already, and these still save me a 100 bucks a month on my electric bill! I am a very happy customer And I plan to get my bathroom remodeled in February!

I worked for this Company as a sales rep. Reece Builders Inc. is a family owned business and they have a group of employees that have worked for them for years which is really the proof of the pudding. People dont work for years with a Company thats not A-1.

A representative of Reece came to my house today to give me an estimate on windows for my home. Im not ready to commit to such a big investment at this time, but Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. The demonstration was very informative and convinced me Reece offers a good product.

Please stop cold calling my cell phone (Im on the Do Not Call Registry) and please stop knocking and ringing the door bell - there is a no soliciting sign right there on the door. Its very rude, I work night shift! Also why are you knocking? My house has replacment windows and the siding and gutters are new as of last year! I think my house looks pretty good. I recently purchased windows from reece builders for my home. Id like to start my review on the quality of the window themselves. My original windows were single, side by side style. It was suggested that I replace those with a large single, sliding window instead. I have to say, I was skeptical. It wasnt my type, not at all what im used to. But I thought... why not, Ill give it a shot. These windows are fabulous! They make me feel like Im on a weekend beach getaway! Its amazing how clearly I am now able to see things! I really do love these windows. They are easy to clean, so I can keep the scum off of them, and are also made with safety in mind, to keep those untrusted out (which you will see in the demonstration).And this leads me to my next point- my sales rep, Tyler Leinbach, went above and beyond to assure me that my safety was at the top of their priority list. He presented the product flawlessly, was very informative and catered to all of my needs. He really made me feel like I could trust him, so my decision to install a second round of windows was a NO BRAINER! I am excited to have a house full of Reece windows. I would, hands down, recommend these windows and this company to anyone whos searching for an upgrade. Looking anywhere else would be a waste of time.

Update: the quality of the work was good when they installed and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.Overall, the company redeemed their lack of organization in the beginning.made an appointment but the company never showed up - no call or email to let us know they were not coming out.

Great customer service wasnt pushy understood that I probably wasnt in the market yet and didnt try to push sale me made me comfortable …. especially the scheduling coordinators that worked around my schedule …. All I can say is great job keep up the work

The product is great I cant complain what so ever! But the salesman was WAY TO PUSHY!!!!He did jump through some hoops to meet with us but was very pushy for us to consider a contract.

I experienced a very uncomfortable interaction with Reece Builders’ door-to-door marketing approach. A salesman showed up at my house during dinner time on a Friday evening, informing me that he had spent sometime inspecting the property (without permission) and wanted to discuss particulars. Wasn’t illegal, but felt like invasive, borderline snooping behavior. I expressed my feelings, let him know I was not interested at this time, took the pamphlet and said good night. The salesman returned after a few minutes— I did not answer the door and was a bit shocked that after I requested not to be bothered, I was being approached once again. I placed a “no soliciting” sign out front after the salesman left a second time. I called the company to offer my feedback and the person I spoke to was very defensive of the salesman’s approach and assured me that they have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Some people may respond well to a super-aggressive, invasive sales approach. After experiencing it myself and reading similar reviews on Google, I wish they would reconsider it.

Great people and ultimate customer service and financing

A rep came by house to house and I told him Id like my sunroom windows replaced. A salesperson came out and measured and sold me new windows & installation. We signed a contract. The salesperson returned the next week telling me that the windows he quoted would not fit. He tried quoting me more expensive windows. I told him I would not pay that much. He came back a few days later saying he would install the more expensive windows for the agreed contract price. A person came out and said they could not / would not be able to install the windows, but the installer would be out to confirm. Instead, I received a letter saying they declined to accept the job as stated.Guess they didnt want to lose all that profit due to their mistake. Guess they dont find their own contracts binding. Guess they didnt have the balls to come to my house and tell me to my face, instead they wrote a letter. When the salesman was here, all he wanted to talk about was honesty & integrity. Sorry, I found neither.

We had Reece out to give us a quote on windows in Gulfport, FL. After almost 3 hours, they produced an absurdly high quote for 8 windows (13K) and told us that if we didnt make a purchasing decision while they were here the price would increase by 2K. Typical high pressure in home sales, not at all okay with us. Yes, they are a premium window I suppose with Virgin vinyl Optical grade glass and so on, but the windows quoted were not even impact windows. We even told the salesperson we were just getting quotes, not making a determination to buy that day. Other things that rubbed me the wrong way: when I made the appointment, they wouldnt come unless my partner and I were both there, that is SO old fashioned, sexist, and patronizing, I should have gotten the clue then and there not to schedule with them just bases on that. Secondly, after over 2.5 hours, the sales person wrote up the quote which was just scratch paper, no detail in regard to how much each window was, what the installation cost was, or other details, therefore, making it impossible to compare to other quotes. Also, the financing options were sub par in my opinion, 18 month same as cash, or you can finance for around 9.99%. In conclusion, the salesperson was very nice, the product was demonstrated well, but we wont be choosing to go with Reece. Just wish we could find someone that will give us a quote without the horse and pony show.

Since when is vinyl siding for a less than 1600 square foot home $27,000.00!!!!! Best product on the market or not....that was our estimate

Strictly due to 2 of their employees showing up at my home after dark at 8 in the evening, I will never give Reece Builders my business, regardless of their skill or price. What they lack is respect and common decency, and I refuse to support that. They kept my husband outside for 15 minutes in 30° weather with no coat (as he didnt expect it to take so long) while they insisted he speak with their supervisor on the phone right then to confirm they had talked with him. My home is at the top of a large and very steep hill, and is not easy to access. Seeing as they came by after dark, in an unmarked minivan, they would have had to have been on my property prior to notice the issues that they pointed out. Unfortunately, the guys were just doing their job, it is their management that is responsible for the harassment. My husband called their customer service line after the men left to check to see if they even worked for Reece, as it was all extremely sketchy, and expressed that he did not appreciate them coming to our home after dark and soliciting, and the customer service rep went so far as to reference the ordinances for our city and the fact that they were within the law to knock on our door that late. Theyve obviously had countless complaints around their tactics, and for most business owners, they would adapt their methods so they wouldnt be driving away potential customers in drives, but apparently Reece Builders has not realized that yet.

Got a phone call from them randomly at 7:30pm on something I aquired about 2 years ago, hung up on me rudely when I told them I was no longer interested.

This company has been calling me up to three times a day every day since May.

Spent an hour or so talking about the company...
