We contracted with Vinyl Master to do a LOT of work done on the outside of our home. Our new roof, gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, siding, shutters, front door with sidelights and transom, and entirely new front porch look AMAZING! Im sure some people may not be patient enough to endure roughly 5-6 weeks of ongoing work on their home, but Daniel is very responsive and clearly communicates with you throughout the process. This company replaced our roof after we had some wind and storm damage. We filed a claim with our insurance and the adjuster had incorrect measurements and forgot an entire portion of our roof. Bought a house recently that had some shoddy window capping that was allowing water to penetrate and rot out some of the wood framing. Hired Daniel and Vinyl Masters to remove the old metal, replace a couple of rotted sills / frames, and rewrap 23 windows. His crew did the job efficiently, they were cognizant about not leaving a mess of old metal behind, and the windows look good. Every step of the experience from my initial conversation to the walk through with Daniel was a positive one. We contacted Vinyl Masters in August for new siding. I had Vinyl Masters build me a new rear deck and cover my house with vinyl siding. I was very pleased with the speed as which I got an estimate and their prices were very competitive and reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and worked steadily, kept the site clean hauled off the old demo’d Deck, all work was completed in three days as promised they cleaned site good even went over it with a large magnet to get any missed nails. When we realized that painting the exterior of our house didnt make sense in the long run, we decided to go with vinyl siding. We dreaded the process of finding, hiring and managing a contractor for the project, but we were pleasantly surprised. After meeting with a few recommended siding companies, we decided to get the job done by Daniel Morales and Vinyl Masters. Our dread proved to be completely unjustified. Daniel quickly assessed the job (complete siding, shutters and gutter guards for ~1300sf house), provided a competitive quote, and gave us a detailed explanation of what his team would do, including all the details of the work and the teams qualifications. We met with Daniel for the initial discussion and measurements, and again to pick out colors after we decided to use Vinyl Masters. Throughout the process, Daniel offered solid expert advice based on his years of experience. The work started as scheduled, and Daniels crew did a top-notch job. They worked straight through each day, stopping only for lunch and a couple of short rest breaks. Aside from the expected sounds of nailing siding to the house, I happened to hear them a couple of times calling out cutting measurements down to the eighth-inch. Just had my house transformed. Daniel and his crew from Vinyl Masters did a GREAT job. My house had needed some attention for some time and VM was one of two companies i called to install vinyl siding, replace windows and repair some areas that had started to deteriorate from water damage. I thought everything was wonderful until Daniel didn’t do what the signed contract said he would do! As if getting hit my a tornado wasn’t enough and dealing with the ins wasn’t bad enough then when it came down to it he didn’t do what he said he would do! This company said in the contract that there would be a new roof and vents now one year later the roof is leaking and he want warranty it even though it says he will on the contract! And during the time he was at our house he done over 1100$ work of damage to or heating and air that we had to pay for! The windows are not straight that he put in etc.... there is lots more I will be sending a letter to BBB and commenting on Angie’s list! Said people try to take advantage of other that just went through a tornado and there lives turned upside down!

VinylMasters turned our sweet but ugly ducking home in Ardmore into the charming vintage jewel we knew she could become. We did plenty of research including talking to 3 vinyl contractors and even though VinylMasters wasn’t the least expensive, we felt they gave us the most for our money.
