Attic insulation was installed. From the initial inspection and estimate through the installation all was very professional and thorough. Cost estimate was fair. The instillation was excellent and on time. Post instillation cleanup was thorough and complete.I highly recommend Green Planet Insulation and thank them for a job well done

Had a little problem with correct material and install initially. Contacted my salesman, and he and the company owner called to explain and apologize. Problems were resolved the following day and the salesman visited to inspect the job.

Everyone from start to finish was great, friendly, and easy to work with! On top of that, they were honest as well! I had originally contracted them to install 2 vents to the outside from the 2 existing bathroom fans (in addition to the blown insulation), but after Greg and Travon (the installers) got in the attic for a closer look, they advised me that one was already vented and didnt need to be done. They could have easily not said a word and I would never have known the difference!They did a great job, explained exactly what they were going to do and showed me their work when they were done.Best of all they are part of the Duke Energy rebate program, they do the legwork then I get a gift card for $250!!10/10, would hire again!! We used this company to blow insulation into our attic. They came out and quoted us around a week before the date we scheduled. The team arrived right on time and completed the job quickly. We can already see a difference in our power bill and how our a/c unit isn’t running as often. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again when needed. Thank you!

The initial job was not done as presented. I also questioned why nothing was used to hold the insulation in place in a basement ceiling. I was assured nothing was needed and it would stay in place. At 6 months the insulation has starting falling down in the crawl space part of the job. This is the most difficult area for me to get to. They left me metal holders, I guess so I could repair their work myself as it began to fall! At my age this is precarious to say the least. I also paid to have plastic barrier installed in my crawl space. There are 10 in gaps with no covering. They seemed very rushed when the initial job was done. The owner made a second trip shortly after to remove and replace old insulation missed initially. Overall very disappointing.

I noticed a car on the side of the road near my home on Lynwood dr this morning with the engine left running and an individual talking on the phone for at least 40 minutes, imagine my surprise when I read green planet insulation on the side and rear of the vehicle...to me green planet means that they are doing all that they can to preserve this planet, but sitting still with an auto running is just plain stupid, not to mention NOT Green at all.
