I stopped by Schiffman’s in Winston Salem to look at some watches on the way home from a family trip to the mountains. My 6 year old insisted on coming in as he is already developing his own love for watches. I carried to Schiffmans three necklaces my husband had given me. The chains were tangled, the pendants not moving. Allison worked with the necklaces and made a recommendation after hearing my wants to have work done beyond that day. Since December of 2017, I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to do business with Mike Bradshaw and the Schiffman’s family. Throughout the course of this time, I have purchased a total of ten watches, and various sets of earrings, necklaces and bracelets for friends and family. Not one single time have I ever felt an inkling of pressure to purchase or make a decision. I have also had multiple pieces repaired and even had additional clasps put on more precious items by the Schiffman’s team, which I feel requires an additional level of trust, but was something I had zero hesitation doing knowing the expertise of these talented and dependable people. I also feel that through our business, I have formed relationships with Mike and his colleagues and am always greeted with a warm, “Hey, Charles!” when I make it into the store, and not a Christmas has gone by since 2017 in which I have not received a personal, hand-written, Christmas card. I had a great experience with Schiffman’s!!! I called around for appraisals and was told by everyone else that the appraisal would take up to 2 weeks in order to be completed. Everyone has certain days that an appraiser comes in which is normal protocol but the major difference is Schiffman’s appraisals are same day and that is a major bonus!! Their customer service is out of this world and you feel welcomed when you walk through the doors. I will definitely be returning and recommend you do the same!!

Visiting Schiffmans had a positive result. Even though the watch was not purchased there and it wasnt even a brand they carried, the Schiffmans staff took a look, determined what adjustment needed to be made, and repaired the watch...without charge.
