I can’t say enough about Ben there Dump that, Kory and his brother also Veterans, they went above and beyond. When my wife couldn’t decide when she was finished poor Kory had to hear it from me. He was very understanding and they where very flexible. For a first time experience at using service like this we where more the impressed. They even picked up our first one early and replaced it with another empty, it stay for over 15 day. The price was far and so are the Brothers . Would I recommend them to others? My husband and I have a small painting business and needed to dispose of empty paint cans and other personal household junk taking up a lot of space in our garage. After contacting several other dumpster providers in the area (who did not return e-mails or phone calls, or were not very helpful), I was quickly contacted by Kory responding to an e-mail that I had sent to the company. He and Marquita (in the office) were both very helpful in getting the best dumpster for our needs and setting up delivery in a timely manner. Larry, the person who delivered the dumpster, was very accommodating as well in getting the dumpster placed where we needed it in our driveway. We had plenty of time to get it filled and the pickup service was great as well.

I was recently looking for a company that could deliver a dumpster to my residence and through word of mouth, I was told about Bin There Dump That, in Winston-Salem. I called the number and spoke with a team member, who by the way was super helpful. I explained to him the job I had at hand and he walked me through the multile options for dumpsters and gave me a recommendation for the one that best fit my project. I ended up following his recommendation and I am happy that I did. Part of me wanted to select the smaller dumpster but I needed the larger one after all.The day of delivery, the driver arrived to my house very promptly and even gave me a call when he was on the way. He was very thorough in explaining the process of drop off and pick up. They even go above and beyond by making sure to put down protection boards that kept my new driveway from any marks or potential damage. I definitely liked this since my driveway was just repaired last year.I loaded my waste items and they picked them up and scheduled. I could not believe that something that used to be so complicated when doing renovations could now be so easy for someone who does repairs myself instead of hiring out contractors. I am definitely going to use them again and wish them the best of luck. Great people and I can see why they were recommended to me!

They actually delivered my 15 yard dumpster to my house the day I called. No waiting at all. Which is unheard of. Clean dumpster inside and out and was placed where I asked. I actually rented for 1 month because of fear of delays in my project and actually my pick up date was on a Sunday but they came on Monday to pick up. No mess left behind and you would have never known there was a dumpster there at all. Thanks guys! I have rented many dumpsters over the years doing kitchen remodels but this company tops them all.
