Wonderful,efficient and courteous company. We ordered a small dumpster for remodel waste and they were prompt in their delivery and pickup. Office and delivery people very polite. Thank you for a great experience.

Rates are very reasonable. Big Yellow includes more tonnage in the initial cost than other companies. The dumpster was late but Rodney called me multiple times to explain what was going on and why. Sometimes these things happen and when they do its good to know they are on top of things.

EDIT: The second time I used this company, they didnt charge the quoted/agreed upon price. They quietly charged an additional fee to my credit card two weeks later. Thats not how you keep repeat business. Ive directed my last five rentals this year to Select Waste Services in Sophia, NC and theyve been exceptional. Big Yellow Svc left a bad taste in my mouth and sent me looking for other options. Everyone wants to feel like their business matters- no one likes to feel tricked.Super simple service to use. Its like ordering a pizza. They make it easy! =)

Dumpster was delivered when they said it would be and they stay in contact with you through the whole job . Used 2 times so far and will definitely call them again
