I had a great experience with CPI and I was able to get through the application process and was given an assignment within a couple of days. This was my first experience with a temp agency and Ms. Monica and the other staff were very helpful!

They placed me in a good job very quickly and ensured that it would be a good fit.

This place is very unprofessional. My daughter went for an interview and felt very judged by the person interviewing her because of her looks they do seem to be bias. we are a afro Latino family and i see how they will pick a Latino over a African American. would not recommend.

Best experience so far has helped all the way trough!!! And from I have seen going their they don’t see color or race so this person making comment very wrong. When ever I need something I email and it gets done and Timea she awesome and very helpful. Thanks for all the help I love my job .

This place is a joke. You are better off finding employment on your own. No jobs available and the line of communication is non-existent!!Don’t waste your time!

My husband was out of work for over 3 years and could not find a job anywhere. No one would hire him. Lori and her staff found him job after job. They were all temporary but he took every job they offered him. Eventually they found him a really good permanent job working for the school system. You have to be patient and take what you can get until the right job for you comes along. I highly recommend Carolina Placement! They are awesome!

They give hispanics all of the good jobs first. When youre waiting to be put on a line in the warehouse they will choose all huspanics first. That happens in the office and on the jobs. I was hurt at work and they basically told me they were doing nothing for me. No workers comp. and some how the papers I filled out just disappeared. Youre better off going to the resource or another temp.

I been with this company for over a year....... I love working with them.... I don’t like the new onsite manager Fredrico since he is very rude and always making us feel less than him.... I wish Krystal can be back at the warehouse even tho at the beginning there was a lot of stuff going on Krystal always took the time to listen to us and she showed she cared is horrible to be in a place 8hrs and having people making you feel like you are garbage like the new onsite doe.... other than that I love everyone that works for CPI I have referred a lot of people I know and is a great place to work.

I think the company would be much better if they had more companies to work for. All they have is the school system and a packaging account. Please get more jobs .

Staff is extremely unhelpful. I called to request information because I recently moved to the area, and was told to keep calling back until certain employees were back in the office. Please start monitoring calls or cross-train all employees to avoid this attitude of just try again later.

This place was late getting me my first check, they didnt even know iI had gotten the job (they found me) till i had been on site for 2 days working, then asked me to come in for a drug test, 2 days after starting work there.. Super unorganized. If you are not spanish, you will get looks and an attitude the whole way through the process, this place reeks of racism to white and black people. Worst service.

This place is a absolute dump. The union city ga /fairburn ga location at the duracel/sonoco plant is always hiring because they have a huge turn over rate. They overstaff for positions causing you to come their ready to work and always getting sent home because their is no room for you and several people on a line. They pay 9.00 dollars a hour, only give you one 30 minute in a 8 hour work day if you make it to 8 hours. The female supervisors on these sites walk around with clipboards harrassing loyal and hardworking workers and to top it off you cant even leave the building to go to your car on break. Meanwhile they show favoritism to men who they let go to their car or grab something to eat on break. They treat you horrible and mess your pay up regularly. I suggest finding a real temp service that will at least put you in a place that will guarantee you a spot especially when you arrive on time and ready to work daily. Carolina placement Inc / should be ashamed of themselves for being so corrupt, unprofessional and cruel. They are a temp service that wants huge turn over rates cause it keeps them making money but you dont have to allow your staff to be so cruel to us workers

They are a joke. I was offered a decent, job they tell me to come in then offer me a terrible job. All they do is waist your time. Not reliable.

If your not hispanic dont expect to get to work, second day in a row I woke up at 430 got to work an hour early and still Got sent home after they picked all the Hispanics.

This small recruiting company needs to step up its infrastructure as well as train more people. They have an insane workload and the workers are pushed towards being unorganized. If you are bilingual, please apply for a job here, they are always looking to place people and hire them.

Do not waste your time here. I signed up a few months ago and no one attempted to contact me for upcoming positions. I even called a few times, but no one answers. I decided to go to the office one day to see whats going on and they gave me a bunch of excuses. Totally unprofessional agency.

As of today I quit Rico is very unprofessional and rude and Victoria is Also rude All ofThe CPI staff including Juvaile are rude and they treat us workers like we are dogs I have worked for this company for a long time but I had enough Lori white if you want to continue your business in GA u need to fired the people listed !! Sad that I had to quit my job because these people don’t know how to treat other human being.

I will never work for this place unless you are a Hispanic that’s when you are valuable. This place shouldn’t be open.
