I first arrived at the Clarks Group and was instructed to email my resume to the address on the business card they provided me. So that is what I did. I never received any kind of email response back from the Clarks Group, so I had to make a phone call to get them to answer. I was then told on the phone that there were no jobs available which matched my skill set, but my resume was kept on file with them. After that, I never heard from the Clarks Group again. They did not really seem to go out of there way to help me at all. My experience does not seem to match most of the other reviewers.

It is VERY difficult to find top-tier talent. The hiring process is arduous with valuable time, energy and resources constantly monopolized. I moved to the Triad just after the election and went to at least a dozen staffing agencies. Most were pretty relaxed in getting back to me and just before Thanksgiving 3 agencies told me to enjoy the Holiday and get back to my search on Monday. When you dont have a job, thats not what you want to hear.I found the Clarks Group online and called. They told me I could come in that day and do the typical tests and interviewing. Kathleen said she had a potential interview and would call me the next day. When she called she asked if I could interview that day. The following Monday I had a job. The Clarks Group literally got me a job in less than 24 hours, and at my expected pay rate. Kathleen doesnt mess around, and she always tries to keep in touch every 2 weeks or so just to make sure that the job is going well and to answer any questions I might have.

The people are nice and if its the only place you can get a job then take it but they have no benefits and its mostly low wages. I wasnt aware of this until meeting employees of other agencies and saw how they were paid more and had paid vacation. Some agencies even offered great healthcare not just average healthcare. Overall it wouldnt be my first choice and these reviews online are misleading. In addition they ask you to complete a review on google after the interview which is not an accurate review. And lastly I was told I was getting paid one amount and when I got hired for placement I was told a lesser amount. Because I had put all my eggs in one basket I took it. -----In response to the owner- The healthcare benefits are average if that and its been discussed with the staff that it is average care and just something to avoid the healthcare penalty for tax purposes so its dishonest to say otherwise. In addition I have a degree so that information is irrelevant. Allowing people to make honest reviews helps a company to become better and I stand by that but thank you for your response.
