The nicest people you will meet. Hard to mention a flaw in a place for helping people but the rules felt overwhelming for someone thats getting things in line after an accident.

Great privately. Free to wonder as we please. the only problem I would say we had is vibration from the air conditioner in room 31. Very friendly and helpful when needed.

My grandson was in an accident 9.5 years ago. I don’t know what we would have done without the Ronald McDonald House. My grandson was in ICU for about 3 months and in Brenner’s area some also. We stayed at the hospital day and night, rotating some and getting a little rest, showers, and food. What a blessing the RMH was!

My granddaughter loves her stay there. The Lord is truly going to bless everyone involved. I cant thank you enough for the services you provide to my daughter and granddaughter.

Best housing and volunteers Ive ever delt with

We had booked for the time of our daughters surgery. I was unable to stay but one night after finding out(very long night) I had pancreatitis the next morning. So my husband got to stay while we both, our daughter and I were in the hospital. My husband donated all he had on him but next time we stay we plan to donate more; we really did appreciate what the Ronald McDonald house had to offer.

I hate that we need their services because of our very sick newborn at Brenner Childrens hospital but the people here are absolutely amazing. Super friendly, warm, welcoming, caring. The playroom for my other kids has been amazing. I couldnt be more thankful for this amazing place and the amazing people who run it.

We love the RMH at Winston Salem NC. We have stayed there at least 13 times. The staff is awesome. I highly recommend this as your charity to support.

No one wants to need their services but oh my ... What kind and caring people. Each and every staffer has gone put of their way to make us feel at home. Always asking if we need anything. The house is so homey and comfortable. They have gone above and beyond in every way.

They were so kind during a scary moment for me. My stay was comfortable and the staff was amazing.

Very welcoming. A great place to be when your little one is in the hospital. Clean and private! Volunteers cook meals and there are fun activities.

This is a wonderful place. The staff here is fantastic and the volunteers are great. Clean and comfortable. The kids enjoy the activities and its like a home not a hotel.

The staff was so kind and patient. My family member is an inpatient and staff is great with him. I recommend this place. !!!!

Part of the pet therapy program. This House has a huge heart and works wonders! Hats off to the small staff and great team of volunteers!

I cant say enough good things about the Ronald McDonald House. This place is a refuge for out-of-town parents of sick children. They offer a ray of sunshine in dark place some of these folks are in.

I love it the staff are super nice I go here about every 6 months and there always adding something new each time I come

My son has been at Brenner Childrens Hospital for a long time and I never thought I would be so comforted by the amazing people I met at RONALD MACDONAL HOUSE. They are extremely incredible with a heart full of joy for all. I was able to cook my best cravings ... I have always had the confidence to do it because they have given me that possibility. They seek to give us better moments every day.
